Vacation at Jaz Mirabel Beach Hotel, January 2025 We spend our winters in Egypt every year, and this time, we chose Jaz Mirabel Beach in Sharm El Sheikh. Our vacation lasted from January 11 to 19, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we've ever had. Check-in and Room We arrived late at night, exhausted after our flight with kids, and were pleasantly surprised by the quick check-in process. We were greeted with a welcome drink and offered dinner in our room, but we declined as we were too tired and just wanted to sleep. The room was simply stunning — spacious, clean, and with a beautiful view of the mountains, sea, and pool. Housekeeping was impeccable and done daily, with hotel managers regularly checking if we were satisfied or had any requests. One evening, we needed an urgent cleanup in the bathroom after 9 PM, and the issue was resolved instantly — within 15 minutes, everything was sparkling clean. Dining The food at the hotel was excellent! It delighted not only us but also our children. Breakfasts were especially varied, with options like eggs in different styles, sausages, cheese and meat platters, porridge, yogurts, pancakes, Belgian waffles, baked goods, and desserts. The restaurant even had a dedicated mini-zone for children with small tables, kid-friendly meals, and cartoons playing on the TV. Lunch and dinner featured a wide variety of dishes: several types of beef, poultry, fish, pasta, grains, fresh greens, and salads. There were themed seafood days with grilled shrimp, crab, and sushi. Grilled dishes were prepared outdoors daily, adding a special touch. Even our picky kids were satisfied, which is a huge win for any family trip! Pools and Beach The hotel has numerous heated pools, where we enjoyed swimming and sunbathing. The property also boasts a large sandy beach with a convenient pontoon.

Our holiday was perfect. There were no shortcomings.

The accommodation was highly satisfactory, with all team members demonstrating professionalism and wearing pleasant smiles. The food was exceptional and delightful. I extend my gratitude to the entire restaurant team for making my son Ezz's birthday celebration memorable. Aqua park very good and suitable for all ages. Highly recommended

The Mirable Park is situated quite a distance from the beach. If your preference is to be in close proximity to the beach, kindly ensure your reservation is made at Mirable Beach not the club. Overall no have any comment in my stay

Very nice hotel with good service. Tasty food with rich choice. The personal of the hotel is very kind. They are ready to help with everything you need during your vacation. The service on reception is very well organized, special gratitude to Mohamed Elbanna for his kind and polite welcoming and assistance during the staying in the hotel.

Very loud music on the beach during the day. Moreover, very loud music on the open air performance at night. If you want to relax and have quite rest you have to wait until the end of the performance, usually by 23:00-23:30. Many hotels are trying to ensure calm staying for guest with lounge music.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were offered welcome juice, which was a canned drink that was not fresh and hot and without ice. There was a problem with the rooms, old furniture and some bad smells, which were changed by the receptionist. The next day, we contacted the hotel manager, Mr. Khaled, and the food and beverage manager, Mr. Wael Allam. To be honest, they did everything they could to satisfy us and let us enjoy the hotel and spend a comfortable time. All the employees were cooperative and cheerful. The hotel food is good and could be better.

The air conditioning in public areas such as the hotel lobby and restaurants needs to be improved and work more efficiently and better. The hotel furniture is very old and needs to be replaced. The internet is weak and there is no service inside the rooms. All cold drinks are served hot and when you ask for ice it is not available as if it is an impossible need. If the hotel rooms are renovated and the services are improved to the next level, it will be one of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh

Activities and night shows could have been better.

It was a great 2 weeks holiday at Jaz Mirabel. The staff were very helpful to accommodate our needs. We first started at Club section but soon moved to Beach section as we found more suitable due to mobility issues. Booking.com and hotel arranged this without much complication. The grounds are huge and well maintained. There are many pools that accommodate the guests and a mini aqua park for children. It has also many bars throughout the resort whereby you can sit and enjoy a cold drink. There is no swim up pool bar - to be clear. But there are bars around the pools. There is a very nice spa where we bought various massage and beauty packages - they were amazing. The hairdresser in the resort cut my son’s hair which was overdue. Various shops in the resort and the pharmacy were great for supplying urgent needs such as pool toys, sunscreen, headache tablets etc.

Food doesn’t have much variety compared to some other 5 star hotels but still a large buffet to satisfy different diets. My only issue was that there were 2 restaurants (of similar size) 1) for those with children and 2) for adults only. We, having kids, had to use the first one but it was getting too crowded and a bit chaotic for us during rush hours. We managed to avoid this by going early. Sea level is low and one needs to walk quite further into the sea to have depth but this is in general the same with other hotels in SES. Mosquitos are quite annoying but if you tell the housekeeping, they spray your room with repellent. Bring body repellent though for when you are sitting outside at nights.

the staff are super friendly and helpful they made us feel like home, they go above and beyond to ensure we’re being served in an exceptional way. I liked how you care about cleaning the pool, the beach. I like the aqua-park - on top of the list 😍 the place is so comfy where you don’t need to go anywhere else. special thanks to Mohamed Sabry, Wael, Emad, Hazem, and all the staff who work at the restaurant at the park.

- the room wasn’t that luxurious “5255” I expected more decorations better furniture and comfy bed. - tissues only on the bathroom. also, there should be travel size toothpaste and toothbrush. - there should be more amusing concerts and shows. - I didn’t find animation team to entertain the guests.

The staff is very polite, everything was clean. Everyone was helpful when needed. We needed to call other Egypt numbers during our stay and the reception dialed them immediately. When our taxi came they called us at the room. Everything was very good.

The resort is very big. We stayed at Beach, but if you stay at Park, bear in mind that the beach is common for both hotels and is a bit far from the Park. This also leads to the difficulty in following all activities happening at different places and often missing some. The staff said to use the QR code for following the hotels’ programs but the wi-fi was extremely bad and almost never loading and the program was often not the same as written.

Mr. Abdullah khaled in the reception and mohamed saber showed a perfect attendance to our needs all the time from the moment we stepped in till we checked out. Amazing approach specially from Abdullah khaled. When it comes to the food it was just wow quality was good but what made the difference and made the meal time fun and enjoyable was Mr George the manager of the restaurant can’t recall his last name but he was just an outstanding person , it’s not just a job for him it’s personal, and he is so cosmopolitan, his attention to details is amazing. Overall 100/100 for him and his restaurant team. After all was a pleasure to stay here.

However rooms and facilities needs to be renovated as the room quality itself wasn’t the best toilet smells , tv screen was old and had to be changed. Room decoration is quite old and not stylish too. The Animation team wasn’t up to standers we were miss informed about a late night soirée so we went and and found out it isn’t what we came for
