Really nice hotel, with big, bright rooms and beautiful views. Everyone in the hotel cares about you and your comfort. The receptionist Gaber is very helpful and always makes sure that any queries are resolved quickly and smoothly. I look forward to my next staying in this lovely place.

The location is exceptional with an amazing view of the sea and the mountainous Tiran Island across from the nice Sandy beach with a great swing too. The staff were also impeccable catering to our every need and trying to fix every inconvenience we came across with the greatest attitude and professionalism. I'd especially like to thank Mr.Ramy at the Front desk, Mr. Maburk the general manager and Mr. Mustafa who helped us with our room housekeeping and Mr.Ahmad at the lobby bar and Mr. Sammy and Mohammed and Ziad at the restaurant. And Mr. Ahmad on the beach. And honestly the whole staff was super nice and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. They made our new years eve very memorable with great hospitality and celebrations

Very little to complain about, I would just appreciate it if the they could include pina colada as a drink option next time :)

We recently stayed at Amarina Sun Resort & Aqua Park Sharm El-Sheikh , and I can confidently say it was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free, which is especially appreciated when traveling with kids, big thanks for MR Khaled GM and his team for upgrading our room for free to see view . The resort itself is in great location with nice view , sparkling pools, and a range of activities for all ages. Our children had a great time , the staff there were wonderful, and the daily activities kept them entertained and engaged. While the kids were having fun, we got to relax by the pool and enjoy some much-needed downtime. Dining options were excellent, with a great variety that suited both adventurous and picky eaters. The buffet had fresh, delicious options each day, and the themed nights were a nice touch. The resort also accommodated dietary needs, which we truly appreciated. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a stunning view. Housekeeping was consistent and thoughtful, often leaving little surprises for the kids, which made them feel extra special. We made unforgettable memories here and will absolutely return. I stayed for a week at Amarina Sun Resort, and it was absolutely fantastic! The beautiful sea beach was like a dream – clean, picturesque, and perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, with special thanks to Mr. Salama, the Food and Beverages Manager, who ensured every meal was delightful and service impeccable. The animation team added so much fun and energy to our stay with their engaging and cheerful activities. From the facilities to the hospitality, everything exceeded expectations. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

No Wi-fi except in the reciption

If you go for food and drinks which are included don't go here but if you go for a magnificent experience in Sharm it is the best hotel to book. Staff was amazing, really kind, and always ready to help you. We had our room earlier within 5 hours with no cost, and still, we could've had drinks from the bar after checking out waiting for our flight time. I am really happy to choose this place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the food and drinks but I have problems like that even in some restaurants. I gone for the experience, not for food. Food was plenty but not on my taste

This was my third visit to the hotel, and my second one this year. Honestly, my stay back in May was much better in terms of service quality, food variety, taste, and overall quality. During this recent visit, I noticed a noticeable drop in the variety and quality of the meals. However, after I spoke with Mr. Rami, I was truly impressed by the exceptional attention and care shown by the entire hotel staff to me and my family. Special thanks to Mr. Rami, Mr. Mohamed Zidan (F&B), and Chef Mohamed Asafra for their professionalism and genuine hospitality — it really made a difference in our stay.

The hotel has a great location, and both the beach and the pool are beautiful and well-maintained. However, I do believe the hotel could benefit from some renovations, especially in the rooms, bathrooms, and the main restaurant area, to match the level of service and location. I will definitely come back again and truly hope the food quality and overall upkeep are improved to reflect the hotel's great potential.
