One of the best hotels I have visited, all the staff were extremely cooperative especially the restaurant they care about every detail to achieve your comfort and happiness. And they smile at you. The life guard cares about your children more than me. The swimming pool water is warm and beautiful. The reception helped me a lot and gave me a bigger room for free. I thank everyone especially Mr. Peter House Clean he took great care of the cleanliness of the room and the children liked the shapes of the towels. Thank you all and we will meet again next vacation

The food was good and delicious, but it needs more variety.

The facility was really nice, we liked that we could use the Laguna vista also, they had a really fun aqua park. When we first arrived at the hotel, and ate the food we had a bit problem with the spices, as we are used to other tastes, we told the staff and they called the manager of the restaurant, Samir Mostafa. He was so helpful, and such a nice gentleman, he made special dinners for us and really made the stay so pleasent for us. If anything goes wrong ask for this man, he will do anything he can to help. We also came too early to the hotel, but the receptionist, ziad, made an early check for us, we were first due to 14:00 o clock, but we already got the bungalow 08:00 o clock. The last day as we checked out, the manager told us we could still use the facilities and the eat at the restaurant until our fly were due. They were so nice and the room were cleaned daily. It was our honeymoon so they tried to make the stay more special by sending invitation to a romantic and making the room more romantic for us by using rose petals. We really recommend this place as u get good valuta for the money.

Around 6-7 o clock it’s not allowed to use the pool, it could have been nice to use the pool late at night. And at the weekends they could have some late programs for example until 1-2 o clock. But overall we were really happy with everything.

Honestly last year I was in a different Pickalbatros and it was not good so this time, we said let’s give a chance and try this Laguna club, honestly the management are very professional and very kinds with us we arrived late the night 2:00 am morning and everything the welcoming was perfect, my kids really enjoyed we are very difficult and meticulously so if I need to compare for the money paid I can say it’s very good price to what we got. I want to that Mr. Mohamed the manager, Mr. Mostafa & Samir and especial thanks to Nader this guy was amazing from the first moment he saw till the end. I want to make some good mention to Ali who works in the colonies restaurant all the time smiling to us so thank you for all the time serving my family with a big smile!! The food was good in my last 3 night the first night was not that good then it was improved.

The negative point I would say is that the hotel are considering only Russian speaker so all children movies or songs are in Russian, which is not a good thing as we should all use english as international language. The other bad thing is that all slides are located in the other side of the hotel means you need to cross the road it’s very hot and cars crossing all the time. There is some staff like the chief cooker some others in restaurant I feel they are obliged to work and hated to serve us not only us but with every one, we had an issue with the chief cooker as he didn’t want to serve my wife because she brought a different plate that what he thought should be for shrimp…. So I was really mad of him, so management have intervened.

We were very pleased! The food was of very good quality, you could eat at the hotel at absolutely any time and even in different places, I’m now talking about the bar near the main restaurant, where you could be offered high-quality coffee and desserts. It is important to say about the coffee in the bar, because there is a different coffee machine, a professional one, in other places of the hotel there are other coffee machines, where the coffee is a different. The hotel territory is not large, but it is enough to find entertainment for yourself. Because if suddenly there is not enough, you can always cross the road and go to another hotel of the same chain, which is literally huge. True, for us it turned out to be too noisy but for some it can be a positive side (I'm talking about Laguna Vista now) The best choice for a quiet and relaxing holiday is still Laguna Club, because Laguna Vista suffers from large crowds, which affects the staff. The Laguna Club staff are simply the best people, from the security guards who were always ready to help, to the guy who gave us towels or the guys at the bar who did everything at your requests. I ask the managers who also do a great job, keep up the good work, you have a very cool staff, better than Laguna Vista, thank you very much! I want to say a lot, but I will do it next time, because I will definitely return to this hotel again.

Criticism is needed for growth, so I will try to describe what can be improved. 1) Hookahs, not the best in this area, can be done better and I believe in it 2) Not all the pools were heated, I think that this can also be fixed

Cousy, calm, excellent service, staff were helpful and friendly. you can order the food and drinks everywhere, size of the Bangles were good. facilities was great, for the Aqua park and the beach access you have to cross the street to Fiesta hotel, you also could use their swimming pool and the light snack and drink bar too (Same Group) there is a bus move between the hotel. close to by walk to Supermarket, pharmacy, souvenir shop, any many restaurant like Hard Rock cafe, McDonalds, KFC and other restaurant. The Aqua Park image is not in the same hotel, you have to cross the street by walk or bus. The beach you can walk 700 meters or wait for the bus. They need to improve the food varieties options

Everyone in service in the hotel was very friendly, helpful and cheerful. I really felt like home and confy there. Special thanks to Manager Mohammed (with glasses), Mostafa Ahmed at Columbus, the waiter (can't remember his name) making me special coffee everyday and housekeeper Said.

The only one we didn't like was Mohammed Arafet at the bar who didn't serve us well (was very grumpy). The food could be better and delicious. Also when we checked out, we asked for a spare room to stay untill the flight but they said it is not possible but we saw other guests stay till late and check out at night . That was really not nice.

It would be nice if you had more kids area around the pools such as swingers or covered playgrounds. In general we had an amazing time, wonderful experience and very friendly, well trained & helpful staff starting by the cleaners up to the life guards, the receptionists, the supervisors and the managers. Latterly everyone was impressive in how to make our day better. Special shoutout to Mr. Mohammed for his continuing dedication via WhatsApp since we booked in the resort to the day we arrived till the day we checked out and returned home. Mr. Mustafa Maghdi from the front desk who did everything easier from the start to the end. Mr. Ahmed Adel for his unstoppable service everywhere of the resort and also day and night. We were a group of four and stayed at Laguna Club for 10 days. On checkin we were upgraded to the pool view rooms. I have to admit the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had to go across the road to access the aqua park and the beach which is a 5 min walk. They do have a shuttle service as well. The staff at the Club are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. PS. I don’t normally mention names. But, it’s always good to appreciate exceptional service. Mr. Ahmed for taking the effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. Mr. Mohamed Salman from the reception for take the time to check on us every opportunity he had. How can I forget Mr. Hassan Ebrahem (server/waiter) for ensuing we were served our drinks and any other requirements

It would be nice to upgrade the food a bit and have a little variety.
