We really liked the garden of the resort and the embankment with palm trees that connects the resort to the neighboring resorts (so we could also look into the neighbor's yard :)). Beautiful beach, with sand and enough sunbeds, a pontoon from which you could snorkel. The room was on the ground floor, with a nice terrace overlooking the garden, spacious enough. Cleanliness was not my strong point, but we survived :). The food was ok, you had plenty to choose from, you weren't starving. A plus for a la carte restaurants (Fish market, Oriental and Italian), you can book from the app for the next day (lunch or dinner). The resort has a very good application, where you can find out a lot of information. Very nice aqua park, both for kids and big kids/adults. It was also very good to have the transport from the airport included in the price, the driver waited for us at the airport exit, even if the plane arrived late at night and was delayed. You must go to see at least one sunrise on the beach. We think it was a good choice, we recommend it to the unpretentious. We would return.

Suitable for family. So much to do on the beach which we could walk to in 5 minutes within the resort. Camel rides. Horse rides. Para guiding. Plenty to keep the kids busy with entertainment and pools. Beautiful clean pools and aqua park. 3 a la carte restaurants, so many places to eat that were part of the all inclusive.

The shower was not very good and water not very hot. The food choice in main restaurant, each day it was the exact same menu. Also location wise it was a minimum 30 minute drive before you get to main sharm el sheikh which is fine if you just want to stay in the hotel area for the whole trip but not if you want to go scuba diving in the red sea, visit old market or quad biking in the mountains. Just takes longer each day to get to these things.

We stayed for a week at regency plaza hotel. I did late checkout via booking.com for one night as my flight was very late. Staff were good and let me keep my original room. The staff were amazing, and room service was on point. Staff are very helpful. Maher shahin was amazing by the pool with my kids. The hotel is a bit further away from soho Square and nama bay. Inside the hotel there is a taxi service run by ismaeel he was very helpful. So many pools and slides to keep kids entertained.

The only thing my kids didn't like even though lunch and dinner was buffet style it was quite repetitive.. we didn't get a chance to book the other restaurants as i couldn't log into the app as there was no WiFi in rooms, they had it only in one section of the hotel, which was quite poor.

The location is marvelous with outstanding see view and nice gardens, the staff are very welcoming with great hospitality, special thanks to Mr Mohsen in the reception. The food quality at the royal resturant is great

Other restaurants at the hotel are acceptable, however, not meeting the expectations, for me I would give the floret (main restaurant) 6/10, Camello 6/10, pizza 6/10, oriental 7/10, fish market 8/10.

Some organizational moments

Huge resort with very beautiful gardens,beautiful beach with amazing water,like Malidives. We stayed in Sea frount room,changed rooms from pool area and it saved our holidays. With the room we got access to royal beach restaurant and private beach. Food in royal restaurant was much better then in main reastaurant. Also service was perfect,they brought drinks quickly and all staff in that restaurant was friendly. Main restaurant always full of people and toi loud. Also the quality of food not so good. Room was clean and we got every day towels and water to the room. Service on the beach perfect. I used spa Services several times and it was perfect,hamam,massage👌

Reception should be the face of the hotel. Service on reception in this hotel and specially Omar,what can I say,he spoiled my holidays and also made me feel like I’m not welcome there. We stayed for 9 nights and on the last evening got to know that our flight has been cancelled,so i went to reception and I was told to come next morning for late check out. Next morning there was another person and this hero Omar asked me to book one extra night for price which was 50% higher than other nights we spent there. He was very mean and treated me like stranger who just entered the hotel,not like a guest who already spent 9 days in the hotel. On the night we left I got apologises for Omar’s behavior and a lot of warm words and smiles,I’m very thankful for that to Mustafa.

The cleanliness was good, and there are good facilities in the hotel

I didn't like that the internet was only in the dining room area and not in the whole house from the hotel, the beer was terrible, they don't know how to make it, the beer was mixed with tap water, even though everything was included, I couldn't be at the beach where you only have to sit with a gold bracelet and all, and people near the beach are really harassing people To buy things and there was no activity in the pool while I was there food was low standard

Thanks to all the hotel staff who took care of us from the first day of our stay. Special thanks to Omar who worked at the reception for his professionalism in contacts with hotel guests and his sense of humor that put a smile on everyone's face. Also thanks to Muhammed who cleaned our room every day to the highest standard and every day a different composition made of towels was waiting for us. I also can't forget about the service on the Beach. Muhammed always made sure that our sunbeds were prepared and properly sheltered from the wind.

Just had a fantastic holiday here, can highly recommend this hotel. A big thanks to all the staff including Tamer front desk, and Mohamid egg chef. Raouf. Basam. And all the staff in the restaurants. Not forgetting Rammy a big thank you for sorting out our sunbeds each day. Will definitely be coming back again next year.

I recently stayed at Regency Plaza Aqua Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms, great pools, and a fun aqua park — perfect for both relaxation and family activities. A special thank you to Osman at the front office, who was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. He made check-in smooth and easy, answered all of our questions, and was always there with a smile whenever we needed anything. His service truly made a difference in our stay. I would also like to mention Osama, our housekeeper, who was amazing with our family. He was always helpful, friendly, and caring, especially with the children. He made sure our room was always clean and comfortable, and he was genuinely attentive to anything we needed. Thanks to the great team at Regency Plaza, especially Osman and Osama, we had a fantastic and memorable holiday. We would definitely love to come back again!
