The food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. The staff were very helpful in the restaurant and by poolside. I would definitely visit Nubian Village again. Yhe facilities for young children were brilliant and safe. Our little loved playing on the different slides. We joined the foam party one day which was very entertaining as was the aerobics session with the surf slide game at the end. The cleaning staff were also very polite and respectful.

The entertainment needs to improve in the resort. I asked for late check out, but had to move rooms which meant packing and unpacking on the last day of my holiday. The hotel should allow you to check out late in the same room you stayed in.

Excellent service apart from the hair dresser who was very unfriendly unlike the rest of the staff. The Internet connection though is way below standard considering it's an excellent hotel. There's a big room for Internet improvement as you need to always login and it's not available anywhere except the reception area. One last feedback is the hotel doesn't seem to recognise the Arabic culture and a lot of emphasis on the Russian and Italian language.

1.The family room was very big,very close the main swimming pool and the lobby and the main restaurant. 2.The beach is very clean and tidy, there is a coral reef suitable for snorkeling

1.Rude and unprofessional stuff at all, especially Ashraf from the reception, in my opinion they should throw him away from there. In addition most of the bars and restaurants workers are not nice to the guests, especially Arab guests, everybody asks for tips all the time everywhere!! 2. There are no activities tailored for Arab guests, all activities are aimed to foreign especially Italian guests. 3. There is no enough variety of food. The same food every day, especially in the breakfast. 4.We got a room on the second floor, the problem is that there is no elevator in the building !!!!(family with 3 little kids). 5. Location is not good, far away from everything, old market 30 min , nama bay 25 min driving. 6. No parking inside the hotel, u should park your car outsid the gate!! (One night we arrived at the hotel late, the kids were asleep, I stopped the car near the lobby for a few minutes to pick them up and move the car back, the staff started to be rude and talk unpleasantly towards us) 7. No water activities at all, no banana, no diving, no parachuting

The food was ok but not very good. The sauna and spa is very expensive and not good at all.
