A Fantastic Stay at Rehana Sharm Resort! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rehana Sharm Resort, and from start to finish, it was an amazing experience. The staff truly made my visit special, going above and beyond to ensure every moment was enjoyable. A huge thank you to Marwan, whose attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch to my stay. The bar man and the pool boy by building 1 were exceptional—always friendly, welcoming, and ready with a refreshing drink or a helping hand. Their service made lounging by the pool an absolute delight. The restaurant staff were just as impressive, providing fantastic service. The delicious food and warm atmosphere made dining a wonderful experience every time. Rehana Sharm Resort not only offers beautiful surroundings and great amenities but also a team that truly cares about their guests. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended—I can't wait to return!

The rooms could do with an update, but were functional.

The Manager (Marwan) was amazing he done everything he possibly could to make my stay enjoyable, the staff were also polite and helpful. The room was large and clean with a good size balcony and shower room (with hot water). There were lots of pools and sun beds available. I did not eat at the Rehanna as Unfortunately I had to cut my visit short as I have a bad back and didn’t realise the distance I had to walk to get to the beach (they do have a little bus to take you 1/2 way to the beach) But getting old doesn’t come alone and the walk made my back worse The beach was full when I visited it but I was still able to find a bed and go snorkelling off the pier. I have been to quite a few hotels in Sharm and for the cost and facilities they offer here it is good value and once again I must say that the Manager Marwan couldn’t do enough for me.

There was nothing I didn’t like

I have never experienced customer service like this! I am a frequent global traveler, this by far is up there with the best I have ever had! The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help make your holiday comfortable. On this occasion I travelled alone with my son so felt a little vulnerable, but being in this hotel made me feel at ease. The reception manager Mr Aalah was on hand to help with absolutely anything, constantly asking if I needed anything, he even changed my room because I wasn't 100% happy with the location of the first one! I felt like he was my 'go to person' to help with anything I needed. Such a lovely man. The pool life guard Yusef was unbelievably professional & alert, we even witnessed him dive into the pool to help a toddler struggling during a extremely busy weekend, I felt comfortable to relax and sunbath knowing my son would be safe in the pool with him on duty, he always made sure we had everything we needed and whilst remaining professional and caring I often seen him advising parents and kids of pool safety procedures, he was on hand to help with anything by the pool. The waiters and bar staff were unbelievable they constantly asked if we needed anything, if they could help with anything, if our food was ok etc etc they even offered to move us to the a la carte restaurant on a busy weekend of Eid, so we would feel more comfortable! My only suggestion would be is to have someone monitoring the queues for certain things as the Egyptians from the city at weekends can be quite pushy (oh & chocolate sauce for the pancakes for the kids would be nice 😀) The staff knew I was on holiday alone with my son so went out of their way to make us feel comfortable we were even brought fruit platters and cakes to our room complimentary every night! This by far one of the best holidays I have had due to the fact that the staff were as helpful as they were! Thank you so much Rehana Sharm we Will 100% return.

Some monitoring in the dining room as some guests were extremely pushy when it came to queuing for food (I suggested this and they immediately had a member of staff keeping an eye on this situation)

The stay was amazing as every single thing was organized very well and special thanks for Mr. Marwan Wakked as he is a very professional manager always tried to do the best for all guests in addition to special thanks for Mr Anwar B&F manager as the food was very tasty in all restaurants.

In spite the hotel on the second raw but they provided access to the beach with transportation facilities in a safe way.

Its really so good hotel and staff and the most hospitality man I have been see in any hotels before is ( Mr Marwan Waked ) the room division manager so helpful, smart and will back this hotel again because they have just good people like him thank you Mr Marwan Thank you Rehana you made my vacation ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We where upgraded from 4 star hotel to 5-star hotel on the beach. So we not needed to walk that far. Our room had probably best location, near pools, bar and on first floor. Very beautiful green grass and nice cattle egrets where walking on it and making our day great! We liked very much also animation team, girls and boys with pretty good knowledge of english, polish and russian languages, all did very good job. Also we visited Taj Mahal club on the last day of our vacation. Our vacation lasted 2 great weeks. I want to thank manager who upgraded us, we are extremely happy with our vacation. Ofcause I have to say that we been lucky also because of warm weather. Water was 24-25 and air was fantastic all the time. It was January second part 2024.

For the price we paid, I would say we really where really satisfied with service and quality of hotel.

I give this hotel 5 stars! The service, staff and everything was beyond what I expected! All the staff do their best and more!

The only thing that I recommend them to improve is the food in the restaurant, it could be better and have much more variety than what’s presented.

From start to finish, we found the management and staff at the resort to be most accommodating. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, staff were always happy to help. The rooms are spacious, relatively modern, clean and tidy with a wide variety of complementary toiletries and a fruit bowl. The food was delightful across breakfast, lunch and dinner. We strongly recommend the grilled chicken and freshly cooked pasta. They were quite considerate, organizing our transfer plus sorting out for us a late check out as we had an evening flight. We were also given a packed lunch to take to the airport, because our flight time meant that we missed dinner. To conclude, we’d highly recommend this resort to anyone wishing to visit Egypt. We received nothing short of first class treatment and can’t wait to return. Our rating five stars and 10/10
