I stayed with my wife and two kids (6 & 9 years old) for 11 nights at the end of March, and we really enjoyed our stay; for this price, it is superb. The hotel is located in a group of two sister hotels, and you can use all of their services. Each hotel has a pool, main restaurant, a few thematic dinner restaurants, a playground, animators, day/night programs, bars, shops, and there is also one spa/fitness/hair-salon area. The main restaurant was good enough. The kids especially enjoyed strawberries, pancakes, and desserts. Many guests are from Italy, so they try to serve some Italian food (pizza, pasta), but it's challenging without olive oil and parmesan. Anyway, the food was a good mix of traditional, European, and Italian cuisine, and we really enjoyed it. The thematic dinner restaurants can be used twice for free if you stay more than 5 nights. In the restaurants, they serve red and white wine for free, but I definitely recommend buying a bottle if you are a wine lover. The beer is not too bad. In the bars, you can drink for free: non-alcoholic drinks like Fanta, Coca-Cola, soda, tea, coffee, ice sweet drinks, and local alcohols like rum, vodka, ouzo, gin, and they have beer on tap. For a fee, there is ice cream, strawberries, drinks in bottles, and billiards. In "Charmillion Gardens Aquapark," you have access to the aquapark with toboggans, which is super fun, and 80% of them were open at the end of March. The kids' pool in the Aquapark area was heated, but the main pool wasn't. Anyway, we used the other two pools in sister hotels, which were heated. The sister hotel has a pier with a lifeguard, so you can safely snorkel at the beautiful coral reef when the weather isn't too windy. My daughter also enjoyed kanekalon pigtails from the hair salon. The staff was also really kind and helpful; tips were optional. Internet was reachable throughout the resort.

Lot's of mosquitos. Even if you closed the doors and balcony they can reach you in your room. Really annoying. Beach from Charmillion Gardens Aquapark is 6-10 minutes by walk trough sister hotel.

The aquapark was brilliant and it was great that both the big slides and the smaller children's area were together - it meant we could keep an eye on all the kids at the same time. The resort is lovely, especially as you can use facilities at all 3 hotels. The food was very good and a lot of variety.

The restaurants close quite early at 9.30 and 2.30 for lunch. It meant we missed meals a couple of times if we were late coming back from excursions. Even keeping it open till 10 would be useful.

I had one of the best experiences of my life! The accommodations were amazing—definitely a 5-star experience with huge facilities. And Andrew was fantastic; he really knew how to help and make everything enjoyable! And Rabie was nice too

We arrived at the property quite late around 11 pm .The receptionist Sobhy didint bother us at all, gave us the keys and pointed us to the late night open buffe and that was exactly what we needed after the long journey. The following day we wanted to arrange some day trips in the region and travel agent Eslam on site was more then helpful to arrange everything we needed from visas to the all questions we had and the tour guide Habibi to Dahab was one of the best, speaking more languages then you can count and dont forget the Driver, they made our travels even more exciting. Our room was spotless the housekeeper Mohamed Elmakarem knows how to make an impression. The restaurant staff was top quality as the food in all restaurants on site and last thanks to all reception staff as they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as they can. Highly recommended for those who seek quality resort.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Charmillion Gardens Aquapark in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s facilities were impeccable, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breathtaking views added an extra layer of charm to my trip. A special mention goes to Rabie at the reception for always welcoming us with a smile and providing outstanding support, and to Hassam, who ensured our room was immaculate and comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was great. The staff were all friendly and wanted to help in anyway possible, expetially Osama at reception. Room was cleaned every day. Food was delicious and fresh. A lot of options you could choose from. Beach was clean and nearby. Animation team tried to entertain everyone. Mini disco and show every night. Aqua park with a lot of different slide for every age. Beautifull gardens with different flowers and trees. There were 5 a la carte restaurants. We tried Lebanese and Japonese. Both with delicious food and firndly staff. I would recomend these resort to everyone and definitelly will come back again.

This is an amazing property in terms of facilities and access to other facilities in other adjacent hotels Charmillion Club and. Charmillion Sealife, so plenty food choices, plenty of choice of pools … We had access all areas which was fantastic

The aqua park we we chose to stay was only open 10 til 12 and then later from 2 til 4 i think so kids didnt have allday access to the aqua park We were constantly hounded by staff to sign up for excursions and other treatments available onsite I was quite nervous when I would see staff approaching Also bathrooms require refurbishment showers were not very hygienic

First I have to say, here is a family holiday hotel. If you do not see any kids around, stay away. But if you have kids, this is quite a good place to stay. Hotel almost looks after your kids safely. All staff are very child friendly. This hotel is connected with other 2 hotels, and shares all facilities. Aqua park hotel guests can use all of the hotel facilities, spa,gym, Aqua park, beach, activities (yoga, show, etc) and 2 other hotel pools. Also Aqua park guest rooms are a little bit away from 2 theaters, where they do night shows till around 10pm. So it was good and I recommend it to the family with small kids, they need an early quiet night. I had a chance to access all 3 hotels dining, which is all buffet. All food is the same quality but depending on occupancy of each hotel, the number of choices and volume are changed. At the end we were at the Aqua park restaurant all the time. There were a lot of wild kids but sweet, it was innocent and acceptable. And we can have a meal to relax. It is the smallest dining room but most quiet.The staff are really looking after us. Depending on each hotel's occupancy (club, sea life and Aqua park hotel), it gets higher, and the food fights are much more fierce. And no order and chaos!!. You have to fight with a non English speaker but only swearing in English, was painful. At the end we are so tired and angry to fight just to get a table and decent foods, in turn of getting a variety menu. (skipping cue and taking the whole serving plate to their table, making a lot of left over on their table. This is not telling one particular family, actually a lot of them!) Beach, stunning beautiful red sea, and a long bridge are attached at the end of the club resort beach, and you can see the beautiful corals and fishes by snookering. The beach has a nice parasol bed and has a small privacy wall. Also beach bars, sandy valley ball courts,kids play and football pitch. They rented a ball and played with other guests.

Super huge, clean and beautiful territory; great for kids & families, especially the Aquapark. The food was for all tastes, mostly reasonable. The stuff was especially kind: Ahmed from the reception and his manager ensured all our needs are adequately met (queries, mosquitos, luggage...), Mahrous turned down & cleaned our room daily to a high standard, the animation team terrific, worth mentioning the Kazakh lady called Assyl who was amazing with kids. Our daughter enjoyed her company very much. Not to forget the smiley, generous Mr grill/BBQ at the Aqua Gardens restaurant. We would come.again!

The sea isn't quite for swimming. Too shallow, not so sandy in the water etc. The concept of Italian/Japanese/French/Lebanese restaurants is a bit of a joke - they had nothing to do with these names. Lastly, good beer (sakara) but all soft drinks were low quality.
