I stayed with my wife and two kids (6 & 9 years old) for 11 nights at the end of March, and we really enjoyed our stay; for this price, it is superb. The hotel is located in a group of two sister hotels, and you can use all of their services. Each hotel has a pool, main restaurant, a few thematic dinner restaurants, a playground, animators, day/night programs, bars, shops, and there is also one spa/fitness/hair-salon area. The main restaurant was good enough. The kids especially enjoyed strawberries, pancakes, and desserts. Many guests are from Italy, so they try to serve some Italian food (pizza, pasta), but it's challenging without olive oil and parmesan. Anyway, the food was a good mix of traditional, European, and Italian cuisine, and we really enjoyed it. The thematic dinner restaurants can be used twice for free if you stay more than 5 nights. In the restaurants, they serve red and white wine for free, but I definitely recommend buying a bottle if you are a wine lover. The beer is not too bad. In the bars, you can drink for free: non-alcoholic drinks like Fanta, Coca-Cola, soda, tea, coffee, ice sweet drinks, and local alcohols like rum, vodka, ouzo, gin, and they have beer on tap. For a fee, there is ice cream, strawberries, drinks in bottles, and billiards. In "Charmillion Gardens Aquapark," you have access to the aquapark with toboggans, which is super fun, and 80% of them were open at the end of March. The kids' pool in the Aquapark area was heated, but the main pool wasn't. Anyway, we used the other two pools in sister hotels, which were heated. The sister hotel has a pier with a lifeguard, so you can safely snorkel at the beautiful coral reef when the weather isn't too windy. My daughter also enjoyed kanekalon pigtails from the hair salon. The staff was also really kind and helpful; tips were optional. Internet was reachable throughout the resort.

Lot's of mosquitos. Even if you closed the doors and balcony they can reach you in your room. Really annoying. Beach from Charmillion Gardens Aquapark is 6-10 minutes by walk trough sister hotel.

The aquapark was brilliant and it was great that both the big slides and the smaller children's area were together - it meant we could keep an eye on all the kids at the same time. The resort is lovely, especially as you can use facilities at all 3 hotels. The food was very good and a lot of variety.

The restaurants close quite early at 9.30 and 2.30 for lunch. It meant we missed meals a couple of times if we were late coming back from excursions. Even keeping it open till 10 would be useful.

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), and our stay at Charmillion Hotel was truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone was kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time. Reception: Mr. Salah at the reception is a star! He solved every problem with a smile and was always welcoming and helpful. Out of all the reception staff, he supported us the most and was always cheerful and polite. Food: The food was very diverse and tasty — I would rate it 8.5/10. There were different meal options every day, the salads were very fresh and flavorful, and both the oriental and western desserts were delicious. Everything was always clean, well-organized, and full of flavor. Aqua Park: The water was clean, and the Aqua Park was so much fun — our kids enjoyed it a lot. Special thanks to Mikhail, Hassan (“بتحبها”), and Ali Mohamed. Animation Team: The animation team organized different activities every day for both kids and adults. They were very kind and engaging. Special thanks to Camilo, Magid, and Ahmed. Spa: We had a massage session with Jamila and Morjan, and they were excellent! Highly recommend booking with them. Gym: The gym is well-equipped and clean, and the staff there are very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Raymon for his support and kindness. Housekeeping: Towels and bed sheets were changed daily. The housekeeping team was very cooperative and polite. Special thanks to Mahrous, who took great care of our room. One of the best features of the hotel is that you can also visit the nearby Club Resort and Sea Life hotels and enjoy their pools and restaurants.

I had one of the best experiences of my life! The accommodations were amazing—definitely a 5-star experience with huge facilities. And Andrew was fantastic; he really knew how to help and make everything enjoyable! And Rabie was nice too

We arrived at the property quite late around 11 pm .The receptionist Sobhy didint bother us at all, gave us the keys and pointed us to the late night open buffe and that was exactly what we needed after the long journey. The following day we wanted to arrange some day trips in the region and travel agent Eslam on site was more then helpful to arrange everything we needed from visas to the all questions we had and the tour guide Habibi to Dahab was one of the best, speaking more languages then you can count and dont forget the Driver, they made our travels even more exciting. Our room was spotless the housekeeper Mohamed Elmakarem knows how to make an impression. The restaurant staff was top quality as the food in all restaurants on site and last thanks to all reception staff as they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as they can. Highly recommended for those who seek quality resort.

Hello. I've rarely been as happy as I was during my stay at the Charmillion Hotel. I think it was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was top-notch. From the food to the cleanliness and entertainment. It was impossible to get bored. The best thing, however, was the hotel staff. Starting with Andrew the Magician, who did literally everything he could to solve every problem, even the smallest one. And he always did it with a smile. The entertainment staff deserves special praise. Camillo, Shika, and Ahmed did everything they could to make us feel relaxed and always had a positive attitude. We'd like to commend the bartenders: Alla, Youssuf, Mahmoud, and Ahmed, who were patient with our orders and poured their heart into every drink. Mahmoud kept the place clean, conjuring up various sculptures from towels for us almost every day, in addition to cleaning the entire apartment. We also want to extend a special thank you to Manar, who assisted us with restaurant reservations and other ad hoc requests. It's impossible to mention everyone, but we truly can't fault anything. It was the vacation of a lifetime, and we wholeheartedly recommend Charmillion to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Robert with family

Honestly NOTHING

We had a fantastic stay at Charmillion in Sharm el Sheikh! Everything was really great from start to finish. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and always in a good mood – you could tell they enjoyed their jobs! There were always activities to participate in for both children and adults, which meant it never got boring. Salah at the reception, Ashraf as a cleaner Mohammed Ashraf who worked in the restaurant, and Camello who had activities were the best. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and the entire hotel maintained a very high standard of cleanliness. The food was also really good with a great variety and tasty dishes every day. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend Charmillion to anyone looking for a lovely, carefree holiday with both relaxation and fun experiences!

Location of the hotel is great. Just approx 12 minutes from airport. Have never seen a better working hotel staff. From the first minute till the check out all stuff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and we did not need to wait for a table even at a single meal. Aquapark has both options for kids and for adults. All rides were active and we enjoyed the aquapark really a lot. We booked a family suit. The room was big and clean. AC was working well and we did have a nice balcony equipped with chairs and a tea table. The WiFi network was unbelievably good. You have internet access even in the sea. It’s our second time in charmillion and we are looking forward to book again for next summer. A big thank you to all the staff ( especially to reception guys Mohammed and Karen) and to the hotel management for this great hosting. This hotel deserves every single cent we payed.

The aqua gardens hotel has no beach which is understandable but the issue is the distance from hotel to beach. There is a golf car service to the beach for which you need to call the reception but it takes long time to reach you as there are only 2 cars ( as far as I was informed) avilable for 3 hotels One other point is the towel service. You get clean and nice towels daily but the towel service is restricted by each hotel. What I mean is you can not get towels from charmillion club if you are staying at gardens aqua. Which means you have to carry your towels all the way from your hotel to the beach and back everyday. This distance takes exact 12 minutes one way.
