The hotel is just wonderful! Definitely recommend and will come back again! Everything is great, the location is a quiet bay, the sea is incredible with a sandy entrance through the beach and a very wide beach line. The restaurant and cafe on the beach make your stay on the beach very comfortable, the waiters carry the order right to your bed. The entrance to the sea is cleared, it is sandy and very comfortable, our children just swam by themselves every day. The staff - how wonderful they are, very nice, smiling, always ready to help and make your arrival as pleasant as possible. The guys at the reception thank you very much, you really did everything to make us feel comfortable, the staff in the kitchen, and all the bars, great room service every day. Our room was just great, very convenient with access to the pool. Great food and cocktails, sparkling wine every day. A nice contingent of guests, mostly people from England, Germany and Holland, without a lot of guests from the "404" country. Lovely hotel with amazing staff and service. Really nice food. A lot of activities with very useful app to check daily plans and book some sessions.

There is great diving centre at the hotel called Aquarius,why Tui offering external diving club called Cora dive club(one of the most unsafe company ,please avoid Coral dive club and make sure you diving with Aquarius diving located on hotel beach

The food is quite good, although it has become a bit worse than it was in October of last year. The beach and the area are clean. A major advantage of the hotel is that most of the guests are from England and Italy. Consequently, there are almost no russians, which is a significant plus.

The best resort I have had the pleasure to visit. The attention to detail, the views, the pools but above all the incredible staff. Everyone went out of their way to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive and for the duration of your stay and even beyond. . I couldn't praise them enough. We went diving on two full- day boat excursions where we had the same experience with the wonderful crew (diving and boat) who went above and beyond to be helpful.

The only very small issue was that we felt the evening music in the lobby area could have been a little quieter, but that was only on a couple of nights so really not a big problem.

Everything was nice, the location, the beach, the pools were clean. The food is great, and has different options everyday. The staff is very kind and helpful. There are many different activities arranged by the hotel. The wifi was working well everywhere also on the beach.

Our room was in the main building, which had a lovely view of the sea and the pools, but since the night programs are arranged in that building, it can be noisy until midnight. After midnight there was no loud music.

The staff were all so friendly and couldn't do enough to help - nothing was too much trouble and they seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even thought about it ourselves! The bed was soooo comfortable and the room had everything we needed, as did the resort. It was so relaxing to not have to think about or worry about a thing. The sea was crystal clear and we had the best snorkelling experience we've ever had. Definitely buy one of those new-fangled snorkel masks from the hotel shop - they are well worth it! Oh and the food? SO much choice and very delicious. Finally - the wellbeing classes were brilliant - a great way to try new activities without judgement and in such a stunning setting. Francesco, Hannah and Emma are great instructors and very inspirational. We definitely want to come back again next winter!

The stuff are very friendly, especially Moemen in the reception, he is very smily, helpful, he helps me al lot , he is the best . Hossam in the main restaurant , and all stuff of tiran restaurant

The quality of food wasn’t the same like each time I went there (this is my 7th visit)

You feel special in this hotel, they take care of everyone and they are adjusting according to your situation. All the staff are helpful, caring and friendly. At the front desk, I remember Mr.Moemen and Mr.Ruwais they were so helpful and very polite. The restaurant has a variety of food and has a new menu every day even for breakfast. Mr. Milad suggested and booked for us a beautiful dinner in an Arabic grill restaurant that has an amazing taste and a live band with Arabic music. Staff in the pool are very active serving everyone so fast and with a very beautiful smile. Housekeeping staff are answering your requests at all times. The hotel has a perfect location with a nice beach, a coral snorkelling area and a waterpark. I recommend this place for families and I definitely will go back there again.

Modern and clean building, sandy beach, several pool options, easy access to every area with baby stroller, rooms are big comfortable and clean.

Unfortunately two of us got food poisoned at the a la carte Tiran restaurant, they ate the same meat plate and got same kind of poisoning with vomitting and fever continued for 2 days. Some of the stuffs were very kind ( who works at the restaurant and pool) but some of them ( who works at the coffee shop near the beach) were really rude to women.
