This resort is the best. First of all, we came very early, and we got our room at 10 am already. With a free upgrade to a suite with direct sea view. What a beautiful room and stunning view over the sea and tiran island. Soft bed and pillows, very clean, good shower with tub, big room with balcony, free minibar, lots of amenities. The snorkeling is better than el fanar, ras um sid. The corals are healthy, so many fish, and 2 napolionfish as residents. Plenty sunbeds available. The kindness, the service, the food, cleanliness are the best. Me and mama where treated like queens. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The general manager, the staff from the kitchen, at the reception, everyone is so kind and helpful. I so recommend this hotel, and definitely wil come back as soon as possible. Our room was just 10 meters from the beach, that was very convenient. On the beach, always gently assisted by staff to get the sunbed in convenient place. The sunbeds were in enough quantity, never happened that we had no place. The small walls between the sunbeds create some personal space, that's very good. The food was good, and no queue in the restaurant. Very pleasant staff, always ready to help. Always smiling 🙂 We enjoyed a lot the sea view from the restaurant and open space there it was fantastic. All in all, we are delighted! We came for snorkeling, and it was great pleasure, so much different fish and other species, it was awesome! We went to El Fanar twice, and taxi service and Ibrahim was always helping us to get there and back. The walk along the beach is very nice, we used to stroll along in the evenings or jogging in the mornings 🙂 Hot water in the shower any time of the day.

The things to fix: wifi was not working very stably: my phone Samsung and HP notebook would sometimes disconnect and connect only several hours later or even next day, for unknown reason. My second phone Sony was having stable connection though. 🤷‍♂️ Of course, we do not come for wifi, but I had some work to be done, and more stable wifi would be of help. In our room 386, two electric plugs were not working, maybe better fix them or remove them... We ended up buying a 3-way plug at the local shop :)

Superb welcome from staff - the first words I heard were “welcome home” - good marketing, but it works. Comfortable room with views towards the beach. Spotlessly clean. The beach adjacent to hotel has a very decent reef section with plenty of coral & colourful fish. The restaurants served a tasty choice of hot & cold food & drinks, plenty of fresh fruit, good vegetarian options too. Service from restaurant staff was excellent. Grill offered delicious meat and fish options. House wine & beer was tasty.

Wifi in my room was very poor - signal kept dropping, and speed was glacial. In the reception area and restaurant it was pretty good. Some mosquitoes about at dusk - wear suitable repellent or consider covering up exposed elbows, ankles etc.

The facility is big and well organized, although the jetty could be bigger. Reefs are amazing. We really satisfied with the service of the diving center, great experience with the instructor Solimen. For the meals, variaty may be limited but the food is delicious. Overall experience was good, would recomend and come again.

This is a general problem in this area, some of the staff have attitude problem and does some stare a lot. But in general they are good and helpful.

Guests were mother and daughter.......... Reception - especially Mr Shabi and his young protege Kiku(?), and the snack bar waiter Mustafa...... in a sea of pushy people these 3 remained polite, helpful and attentive in the most professional and friendly ways without going too far. The cleaning crew was amazing, and creative. Our room was fresh and clean daily, the entertaining towel animals and other efforts made us smile. The resort grounds were much the same - clean pools, clean beaches, clean pathways, etc. The restaurants on the resort were less than we hoped for but still decent. Some days were clearly better than others, especially the fish(which we paid extra of course) - except for beverages. (Really? No beverages at the fish restaurant? What's up with that?) We booked a session for parasailing from resort staff. It was okay but rather short compared to other resorts in other countries. Beach staff was super helpful with towels. Taxis / cars take you to shops and town for reasonable prices and have an excellent system for the shopowners to call when you wish to return to the resort. Breakfast buffet was fine but nothing spectacular.

The activities directors/coordinators (animators) were rude, pushy, persistent. They interrupted our lunches (especially the Russian woman). We had to ask the lunch waiter to remove her from the cafe while we ate. The Egyptian man was far less rude and much more pleasant in recruiting for activities, and we did finally agree to one activity with him. This was also true about the spa staff - pushy, pushy, pushy.

Nice hotel overall, spacey room, nice view from the balcony. Decent food. Most importantly, an excellent coral reef for snorkeling (lots of colorful fish, schools of bluefin trevally, a couple of napoleons, bluespotted rays, titan triggerfish, a moray eel, and a turtle on the last day)

The staff could be less insistent in asking how we liked our stay. Three calls from different people in the course of two hours is way too much and simply annoying. Selection of fruits in the all-inclusive restaurant can be improved.

We had reserved Sunrise Remal Beach Resort, but during our stay it was still closed for renovations, so we were offered alternative accommodation in the same conditions at the sister hotel Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. Therefore, this review refers to Sunrise Arabian. The property is exceptionally well maintained, the all-inclusive package is very diverse, and the staff is always prompt in responding to any requests. There are several different pools, and we particularly enjoyed the "Relax" (adults-only) pool, which was quiet and not crowded. The food at the international buffet restaurant NORA was good quality, and everything was quickly replenished. The hotel has a small house reef with easy access from a pontoon, where snorkeling was very pleasant, as we could see many colorful fishes every day. The room was large, with good bathroom amenities, and a nice view (garden and partial sea-view) from the balcony. Very beautiful gardens too.

We had booked our stay about 6 months in advance, but when the dates approached it turned out Sunrise Remal Beach Resort was still closed for renovation. After communicating with the hotel (chain) staff, we were promptly offered alternative accommodation at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort, in the same conditions, at no extra cost. Therefore, this review refers to Sunrise Arabian. Check-in and check-out were swift and simple, so the alternative offer was correctly registered in their system. We also received a complimentary room upgrade. The location is also relatively close to the airport, about 15 min. by taxi. Sunrise Arabian is excellently designed and maintained, with beautifully landscaped gardens and enough facilities to cater for so many guests. Although we heard that during our stay it was almost fully booked, it never felt crowded. There were enough sun loungers by the pools and at the beach, tables in the main restaurant NORA were quickly prepared for the next guests, food always replenished etc. The all-inclusive package allows guests to use the a-la-carte restaurants as well, but we were extremely satisfied with restaurant NORA, with a wide variety of Arabic and international food, fresh salads, fruits, excellent bread and pastries, so we could choose our favourite things every day. All the staff we saw in the resort were very professional, efficient and polite. I will not mention any names here, because literally all the staff we saw and interacted with were very nice - in the NORA restaurant and the Churchill bar, at the pool (we mainly used the Relax adults-ony pool and at the beach pontoon, at the reception, the room cleaning staff, the gardeners and so on. We were impressed by how well organized all the hotel operations are: the restaurant hall supervisors, the head chef, the guest relations representative, and even the resort's general manager are always around and open to communicating with the guests.

We were pleasantly upgraded upon arrival, which made our stay even more special. The resort is perfect in every way – from the stunning views to the beautifully designed rooms. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel incredibly welcome. Beautiful hotel in a great location. amazing beach, and most importantly the team of the hotel, Ali Mustafa and Mr Muhammad from Chimichuri we’re so kind and welcoming to our family and our little boy. Pica from the reception was wonderful guide and super nice. seed Muhammad the Bartender from the lobby bar as well worth mention. Usually we don’t write reviews but those guys worth it 🙏
