His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to interact with him. He exemplifies professionalism and is always willing to go the extra mile to assist guests. Any issue or concern I encountered during my stay was promptly addressed and resolved, thanks to Mr. Haddad's expertise and attentiveness. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Tamer at the reception desk. His warm welcome and efficient assistance made check-in a breeze, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. Additionally, Mr. Ahmed provided invaluable assistance when I needed to arrange a car rental. His helpful recommendations and seamless coordination made the process effortless and stress-free. On top of the exceptional service provided by your staff, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food served at Island View. From breakfast to dinner, each meal was a delightful culinary experience. The variety and freshness of the dishes exceeded my expectations, and I savored every bite. Overall, my experience at Island View resort surpassed all expectations, thanks in large part to your dedicated and professional staff members. What stood out the most for me was the exceptional staff—they were consistently friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Another major highlight was the location. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access everything I needed during my stay. If I ever return, it will definitely be because of the amazing staff and the unbeatable location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-placed place to stay.

there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The rooms felt quite old and in need of renovation, which affected the overall comfort. Also, the food lacked variety, which made dining a bit repetitive, especially for longer stays. With some updates to the rooms and more diverse food options, this hotel could offer an excellent all-around experience. Still, the service and location make it worth considering.

I recommend!!!!! Island wiev resort sharm el sheik. very nice hotel, clean and safe. A very nice place for a reasonable price. The food is very tasty and fresh. Large selection of meats and cakes. The service people are very positive. AHMED (reception manager) a super helpful man. Smiling and very professional. I recommend this gentleman. Concierge MAHMOUD also a very helpful person. A smiling and very positive person willing to help with suitcases and other matters. The rooms were very clean, cleaned every day. We had a room with a sea view. Fantastic view from the balcony. Evening animations were great Several swimming pools, including one with heated water. Beach with a pier and entrance to the sea. Beautiful coral reef and diving equipment on site.. We will definitely come back here again this year..! I recommend!!!

My partner and I stayed at The Island View Resort 17th - 27th march 2025. I have some mobility issues (I have multiple sclerosis which comes with a multitude of symptoms that vary daily as well as a degenerative spinal disease). The staff couldn't have been more helpful, supportive and accommodating. They were all absolutely amazing and all very friendly and kind. The hotel is beautifully set in Sharks Bay on the very doorstep of Soho Square. I emailed ahead of our arrival and Tamer had arranged the most suitable and perfect room for us closest to the main pool, restaurant and reception. Our room had a lovely large comfortable bed which was stunningly decorated daily by Ashraf and his team with amazing towel displays and cleaned perfectly. Satalite tv, very comfortable seating area inside and out, as well as shower perfect for not falling over in :) The food was great and different every day at dinner. We're also fussy eaters and they yet again happily accommodated that. The dinner staff are all very attentive and generous! The variety of croissants at breakfast are impressive too! The hotel has its own private beach c/w jetty's- perfect for snorkelling over the coral reef as well as its own diving centre (Pyramid diving centre) where Sayed takes care of anything you could possibly want to do in the sea from scuba dives to chartered snorkelling trips on a private yacht. Please note there are quite a few steps to get down to the beach - which I was thankful to be advised about prior to our arrival. The pools are all manned by lifeguards, we spent most of our time in the pool closest to our room/reception where Mohammed and Wael looked after everyone very well- even moving sun beds for everyone and telling us about the best places to visit and learn about. There are several bars too which serve a variety of drinks and cocktails (alcoholic or not).

The best staff and the best food. Everyone is cooperative with customers. The beach is beautiful and charming. Excellent services in all departments.

Location, the jacuzzi and the poll on the sea, the sea itself and the wonderful corals, wide rooms not very moderate but O. K. room service cleans the rooms at request.animation team working hard all day till night...the girl singer at evening has good and atractive voice , the sax player is marvelous...... breakfast was very good... as for .lunch and dinner many varriates some food is not tasty not all but it's O. k. the bacaries and Sweets is very good... Mohamed at reception is neet and fast professional convincing all guests that he upgraded the rooms to a bigger suite!!!... as a whole all staff is working hard. sure under professional leadership. three chears for all the crew. ....I think it was a very good trip sure I will repeat it.

Some sun beds on the main pool and all on the beach must be upgraded... very loud voice from the loud speakers on the pool specially at the morning.. .. . only two golf cars working all day there must be not less than four specialy at mid day when changing the rooms for the new guests...... the way from the rooms near the main restaurant and the beach is a mess if you go walking curved roads looks like a mase. always got lost specially there is no sighns showing the way.. the artetecture who made the land skape was very bad.. unfortunately this issue can not be fixed. ..

Property is in a lovely location! Stayed there many times when it was under Sunrise few of the staff still there in the restaurant

Nothing changed in the last 13 years Hotel very Tired and Dated and well over due a refit ! Booked a Junior Suite which stated on this site Hot Tub in Room so we took with change of ownership must of had an upgrade but! But still the old bath tubs no plug in bath or sink ! Just a kettle in the room no cups tea/coffee sugar milk or spoons

The service in this hotel is exceptional. All staff, without any exception were amazing! They are professional,helpful and super polite. The food is amazing and plenty of it. The private beach is amazing, I can see that they are working hard to make the hotel even better. I am looking forward to come back.

The only downside was that the Wifi that didn't work very well inside the room and the showers need updating but this wasn't a major issue.
