Almost everything. The beach was very well organised, with sun beds, towels and very attentive drinks staff, many offers of massages, haircuts, manicures and pedicures, all quite professional, no funny business, fine snorkelling off the pier as well as a dive shop offering tuition and dives over the coral reefs. There was a host of poolside activities in the beach pool, and two other pools for lazing in, and every guest birthday was greeted with riotous laughter and birhday cheers, as well as a small chocolate cream cake. The food was plentiful, varied and of good quality, all available as buffets, and the dining rooms were light and airy. My friends and I availed ourselves of the "all inclusive" option, and felt it was value for money. One of the party had his 60th birthday there, and engaged the pier for a seafood spread out on the end, over the coral reef. The food (seafood chowder, prawn cocktail, seafood platter complete with grilled crayfish and a delicious chocolate mousse) was excellent and added to a wonderful night for us all. That same friend and I accepted the dive boat option (42 euros) for a full day of boating, diving, and a very tasty lunch. The bus trip to the marina was chaotic and it was a couple of hours before we got moving on the boat, but from then on the experience was remarkable. The boat (there were over 50 of them, all large, well-equipped and expensive vessels) was handled with skill, and it soon became obvious that the operation was totally professional and attuned at all times to safety first. The trip visited a number of coral stacks arising about 20m from the sea floor, finishing on a large sand bank where around a thousand people got off the boats and walked on it. The ramping of the boats was an impressive sight. I've left the best til last...

There was,unfortunately, one thing striking a discordant note: the presence of a number of guests from a particular country that must remain nameless. Apart from one woman, every member of this group with whom we had to interact displayed the exact same characteristics - they were loud, rude, greedy, objectionable and graceless. There were no smiles, no please, thank you or excuse me, much pushing in front of food, bus and swimming queues, and the thing that I found most distasteful was the loading of boxes of food at meal times to take away as extras or for friends who didn't pay the all inclusive option. We talked to many staff about them, and found that they were universally disliked for the reasons listed. No, they weren't Australians...

Value for money

They can improve the sevice at the Zen bar, Ahmed not very friendly. They can introduce international cousine at the main restaurant.

The diving Center tried to steal our money they accused us of breaking one of their equipment which was broken already . They made us feel uncomfortable.

Nice quiet location but not far drives from things. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great dive centre next door (eagle divers). Selection of pools very nice. Good on site spa. Lunch and dinners were good in the main restaurant Beds really comfy and good AC Amazing reef for snorkelling Shuttle bus up and down the length of the resort constantly as too hot to walk up and down the hill. Music and games/aerobics at the main pool. Enough sun beds

Imported alcohol not included but didn't matter too much as didn't drink much. Entertainment ok but could be a little better. Nothing on the door step if you're wanting to walk anywhere. 'Swim up room' wasn't really accurate

This is a correct hotel based on its price. There are more pools (party pool, relaxing pool, pool for families, pool with spa elements) and the hotel has own sea coast as well. Everybody will find what requires. Food is OK. BBQ evening is perfect. Daily snacks on a little limited range but they are OK. Staffs are very firenldy. They are very greatful for a little tip but absolutely not required. The toiletries in the room are more than enough (among if them shaving tools, tooth brush and toothpaste ect.). Cleaing and two bottles of water in your room every day.

Weak wifi signal is the room, but mobile adat service working well in the whole city incl. on the sea. The coctails are very watered but it is a low budget all incl. service. You can drink a whole day without any problem... There is a free programm (golden sandy beach) when the hotel take you to one of their other facility's beach for a whole day. It is not worth a single penny. The beach is the same as the sea coast of the hotel but you will get only some snack, soft drink and beer in the all incl. service. Much better to stay in the hotel...

We had a good time at the hotel, which offered a pleasant relaxation and rest. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable every day, and the diving spot at the end of the hotel had a wonderful marine life. Only a small part of the staff was genuinely kind; the majority seemed indifferent to the guests and appeared to be tired of their jobs. However, the restaurant manager went out of his way for the guests; he is a wonderful person. The food was delicious, especially the desserts, although the breakfast was monotonous. The pools were perfect and provided great entertainment. Overall, we are satisfied and would gladly return to this hotel.

Price Quality. Comfy swipe up room (1114) we had. Staff were amazing at all times and well educated. Variety of food and quality. Abdallah responsible for room cleaning was great and did amazing structures with towels 😅 Shadi the waiter was incredible, Jad & Beshoe (hope pronounced right) from reception were lovely. Staff made the experience even better...we were so relaxed hence why we stayed one more night than planned 😀🙏 Thank you all ❤️🙏

Beach closing at 18:00! Just when perfect time for a swim in the sea 😩 Entertainment at night hardly exists and clashes with dinner time. The nights we stayed, we hardly seen any show because we would be having dinner still...and when we arrive its only music on.Not like it has good shows tbh but If this is a resort, then entertainment needs reviewing seriously and planned well so can keep customers entertained at night! We were so disappointed with entertainment that we would not come back to this resort if it stays the same. Entertainment makes a big difference especially when you go all inclusive!

super Management, super team top service Front office team, chreck in/ out procedures, service team ( also at beach and pool bars) kitchen team and food, drivers and Houskeeping everybody gave his best to make our vacation top, they are offering their service with a smile top shuttlebus service to the most visited locations in the city. i visited many hotels in Sharm ElSheikh such as Baron, Mövenpick, Ghazala, Maritim but i really enjoyed my vacation the best this time at this Hotel i would recommend it for everybody who wants to spend a nice vacation without any worries as a hotelier in Switzerland i have to give this management and this team a high score

The all inclusive food is awful, barely edible, paid for it and couldn’t eat it 90% of the time as was disgusting every single day.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception (thank you Magdy and team). Decent breakfast but nothing extraordinary (limited fruits and cereals choice, pastry doesn't seem fresh...) Free shuttle buses every evening to different locations around the city. Free shuttle everyday to partner beach. Nice coral reef for snorkeling at the beach.

Beds are way too soft. Bathroom furniture was old and dirty. Restaurants close at 9 pm, after that the only option is to chose from the limited room service menu. There is no classical beach, only stairs leading directly into 5 m deep water (unsuitable for non-swimmers or people afraid of deep waters). All pools are maximum 1 m deep. No proper location to visit within walking distance.
