Our stay in the hotel went perfectly, starting from the FO Mohamed Essam and his welcoming smile with high level of professionalism, he eased the check-in process in less than 10mins with full illustrations of the hotel facilities ! Mohamed went beyond his job and helped to call the pharmacy using his own cell phone Staff are very courteous and polite , Bassem & Youssef on the pool , Amir in the pool bar ! Maged in the bar beside the main restaurant, is really nice , friendly and professional Spacious rooms and modern furniture Very good and variety of food Pool foam party was unbelievable

There is no direct pool bar as in seagate or sharm hotel branch We have tried salt restaurant in seagate, there should be another branch in Villas and suites Overall our experience is perfect as usual from rixos hotels in Sharm Al Sheikh ! Perfect hospitality

Everything was perfect, the hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff are competent and helpful, especially Ms. Ashrakat she is professional and very helpful and is a credit to the hotel, we are very happy that we were delaing with her and happy with her assistance. facilities are well-maintained and the pool is very large, clean and well-maintained we will definitely return.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Luxury Suites was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is luxurious, comfortable, and the service exceeded all our expectations. I would like to give special thanks to: • Omar at the reception for his warm welcome and outstanding assistance from the moment we arrived. • Mohamed Salah, the Front Office Manager, for his high professionalism and genuine care for our comfort throughout our stay. • Ahmed Salah, the lifeguard, for his kindness and attentiveness, making our time by the pool both safe and enjoyable. Thank you all for making our holiday an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

We stayed in one of the Villas and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean (cleaned daily), towels are replaced everyday and they were happy to provide us with extra dental and shaving kits upon request. The fridges are filled with water and soft drinks which are all free and frequently replenished! The villa is quite far from the main hotel where the pool and restaurants are but they do have carts which arrive very promptly once you message them so you don’t end up waiting very long. The villas also have a private pool! The beach is also very beautiful, there’s a bus service that runs every 15 mins or so from the hotel and takes you to the beach. Please see the pictures below! And the pool at the hotel is massive with very attentive lifeguards. There’s also an ice cream bar near the pool. The food at the restaurant is very nice with lots of variety - they even have grilled meat for lunch and dinner. They also have beach volleyball, padel, basketball, football and tennis courts which are all free of use.

Pickalbatros bought this resort from Rixos Golf Resort. Do NOT confuse Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites with Pickalbatros Golf & Beach Resort because it is a completely different resort approximately 2 miles inland from the coast. However, I'm glad I didn't book the golf & beach resort which I visited, as it looked very tired and a lot less luxurious. There's a frequent 7-10 minute shuttle to the beach for the Golf Luxury Suites resort private beach which is adjacent to the golf & beach resorts' beach. It's not really a beach but a rocky cove with some sand and sunbeds and a pontoon to access the sea. However, the water is clear and beautiful. The Golf Suites resort is very good and extremely well maintained. Our suite was huge, 90m squared. The resort is very well spread out and the pool is a standout being exceptionally large and heated. The most outstanding feature of this resort we found to be the staff. From the front desk to the bars and restaurant staff. Everyone was an absolute credit to their country and the resort. Friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. Particularly notable was assistant front desk front office manager Mohammed Hassan who was substituting for customer service. He could not have been more helpful or friendly. The barmen were also a pleasure and fun to engage with at all times. I witnessed the rudeness of some other nationalities (Russian), and found that a smile and trying to greet and express 'please and thank you' in Arabic went a long way, resulting in better service and quality of drinks. Normally, in all inclusives the buffet restaurant isn't as good as the a la cartes but in this instance it was the opposite. There's both a large interior and seating outside. The food was often cooked in front of you so it was fresh and dishes were plentiful and well stocked.

The a la carte restaurants are average at best and are themed set menus on the day, as opposed to selective a la carte. The quality needs improving and does not match the buffet restaurant. The animation team are very friendly and good at their jobs. However, the volume of the music when they're doing activities, is so loud that you cannot even have a conversation lying next to each other over 100m away across the pool. It's so loud (and I'm no prude and like music) that it reverberates and echos off the buildings.

From the very first step into Pickalbatros Luxury Suites, we knew this was going to be something special! The vibes, the elegance, and the attention to detail were just perfect. The stuff especially- Moa’amen in the reception, abo fares - hesham the driver, mohamed almahmoud . They all were very respectful and really nice to us, everything we asked for, we didn’t wait 10 min and they gave us without asking. Overall all the staff was really nicee Thank you moa’amen and abo fares🙏. The food was amazing. Also it was my sister’s birthday, they sang to here, organized the room for here, i will insert some photos. I am really thankful foe each one of the staff🙏 We will always choose pickalbatros golf. Note: of you are a group or i family, i recommend to take a villa, it’s really huge and like a home. Also it has a private pool.

Everything was perfect, besides the beach was a bit far.

They took very good care of us during our holiday. When we told them we were coming for our honeymoon, they made a gesture by making our room bigger. They are very good at cleaning. The food is very diverse and delicious. The Italian restaurant is incredibly delicious, you should definitely try it. Especially Mustafa and Mohammed Salah, they always helped us whenever we needed something. We were very pleased. The price-performance ratio is very good. We will definitely come again.
