I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all the staff members at the resort. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful time during our stay. Their dedication and assistance were truly remarkable. They were always available to answer our questions, provide valuable information, and even treated us to a delightful dinner at one of their outstanding restaurants. The resort itself was meticulously maintained, with timely and thorough cleaning. The lounge, rooms, and pools were all beautiful and well-maintained. Opting for the all-inclusive package was a brilliant decision as the food was absolutely fantastic. There was an extensive range of options, with different dishes that were always fresh, hot, and delicious. The hospitality provided by the staff was top-notch, and I am eagerly looking forward to returning to this resort in the future. I would like to extend special thanks to Yousef, the gentleman at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us and was incredibly kind and generous. I would also like to express my gratitude to Elsayed and Mohamed, who worked in the dining area and were extremely helpful. Rossum was instrumental in arranging our car service and went out of their way to accommodate changes in timing while I was away. Ali, the concierge, was also very pleasant and helpful. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Ayman and the other staff members who wore the same uniform. They were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly.

We spent 5 amazing days in Jolie Ville Golf and Resort, we felt pampered and spoiled like VIP guests! A BIG THANK YOU To Mr. IBRAHIM , MOMEN and KARIM from the Reception and Mr MOHAMMED- our angel ! with his staff from the Pool Bar, together with all the crew that work in the resort. They have all been kind helpful and always ready to give assistance if needed. I have always find very nice assistance and crew in the whole resort, ALWAYS. The resort is very big and we have been put in the renovated area, although we should have had a sea view room, but we preferred this kind of compromise. In fact, as in this period the tourism from Russia is reduced, the hotel itself is almost empty. So some areas are obviously closed and they are renovating partially the resort. But the hotel is working properly and perfectly! The room was very big, with sofa and armchairs,with an extraordinary balcony. The swimming pools are like enormous lakes and rivers around the central part, king of "island". Everywhere, the water, the gardens are continuously cleaned and looked after. The gardeners are doing an excellent job! The Recreation team are always trying to make guests participate and to involve them into the activities; it's very difficult when there are not many people, so I really appreciated their effort. Talking about the sea part: well, the coral reef is astonishing as you may know. There are many jetties from which you can get into the water or even stay there on the seabeds to relax. The only difficult part (for those who may have problems with walking) is for sure that this resort is not directly built on the beach, and it takes approximately 10min by walking and steps to do. The structure is however buil amazing, also the one in wood built on the beach and I personally didn't find it so difficult (even if I am not a sporty person and don't walk much!

For sure as a suggestion for the future, we strongly recommend to improve internet in the rooms, but apart from this everything was perfect thank you!

Food and drinks were good as we were on All Inclusive basis. The staff are excellent and very friendly. Rooms are really good, we went for the sea view room

They allow smoking inside the bar and the semi-outdoor restaurant. This is horrendous and they should review this urgently as this is 2023.

We have stayed at jolly ville for 5 nights. In the hotel there is a pleasant atmosphere and we felt at ease all the time. The sea is very close and ideal for snorkeling. The two swimming pools are awesome. Rooms are big and nice, with confortable beds, wonderful balcony and air conditioning. We enjoyed every minute and we definitely recommend jolly ville for your stay at Sharm. P.s. we suggest to agree with the hotel for a private transport from airport to hotel and viceversa. We found difficult to find a taxi for cheaper price alone. Also, we recommend the trip to ras Mohammad for snorkeling which can be organized from the hotel.

Food was not special, but good enough for few a days stay.

The water in the swimming pool was very cold .. the water is not heated, which made us upset and uncomfortable  Please heat it

The staff was really friendly and welcoming and I'd like to thank Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Ibrahim in the reception for their exceptional and very professional hospitality that we really appreciate and Mr. Ahmed Sultan in the Royal swimming pool for his cooperation that made us really enjoy our stay and our whole trip

The timing of the snacks and the ice cream 🍦 on the beach and the pools is very short and should be extended as it needs someone to follow them accurately

The sea and the staff were lovely. Especially Ibrahim Raslan at the reception, Mahmoud Missini with the housekeeping, Mohamed Heshan and Mahmoud Mostafa the lifeguards, were very friendly and helpful.

The bar at the beach is always closed after 5 pm. The facilities such as disco, mini disco for kids could be improved. The food was OK. The shop and the bars were extremely expensive. A beer for example was 5 dollars. All in all, I recommend you have your vacation at this hotel if you would like to have peace of mind and crystal clear sea.

Everything! All around nice and clean. Food is very deliciuos. Staff very helpfull, with smile and very helpfull. Huge pool heated. Beach area amazing. Beach bar got stuning views. All gardens, flowers, plants looks so beautifull in resort area .Been look after very well. We are very satisfied with our stay. Would love to come back one day again. Surrounding, landscape, & amazing view in the beach, the lazy river although some part of it not in used.

Foods….lots of variety but tasteless & salty. The cleanliness isn’t spotless corners wasn’t properly clean skirting boards dusty & ledges dusty.

all was nice and cozy. the royal wing pool was amazing i stayed there most of the time. the food in the restaurant was perfect Al so the staff. the Italian restaurant was good. but it needs little Italian touch

the pool needs maintenance and countenance cleaning. (the lazy river ) also the slides. the lobby couches must change. i wished if there was internet service all over the hotel
