This was mybsecond stay in the hotel. Spacious room with amazing terrace e overlooking the beach and sunrise. The hotel.is somehow dated, but maintained, staff from reception, to chefs, cleaners. .... all deserve 5 stars. I enjoyed the near by diving centre ( part of the same hitel beach) and completed PADI. So convenient.... And instructor kind, knowledgeable... Viola, the dining room coordinator, was attentive, always thinking Kingdom out of the box, and helped me to identify places out of the hotel for a few evenings. So, price is average, food average, but staff, location does well.make it up. Go for it.

Dark in the entrance The policy of taking 40 dollar for early check in was not suitable especially when guest came 6 am mornybf from flight direct and the hotel knew there are no flight from some countries only in this time Beside that 40 extra charge not. Allowed to have breakfast in the same arrival day while you chargers extra for early check in

Big and clean rooms. Amazing buffet. The people working there very profesional and kind always ready to help. The swimming pools and the beach beautiful. you can see plenty of coral and fishes. Superb experience.

The hotel is nice and spacious, clean and organized. The staff were so helpful and professional. Should mention and thank Mr. Mohammed Atiya at the front desk for his smooth checkout and help.

I wished they had the paid-out option as card was not accepted in transportation, and ATM machine declined my cash withdrawal.

The staff are the hotel's real stars. Natalia at Guest Services was highly professional and efficiently helped us on a number of occasions. Ibram ditto, at the Lebanese restaurant in the evening, at breakfast and on the beach. The location is fine, long beach with well spaced out chaise longues.

The hotel internet is bad. Get a local SIM card for data usage, at the airport or the hotel shop.

The staff are very helpful, cheerful and fast. Every thing was clean. The view magic.

No WiFi Network. There is no tourist office. The blanket was having bad smell.

We liked everything about the sheraton Hotel all the staff were great so helpful and certious if any queries nothing was any trouble sorted very quickly and promptly resolved restaurant was great,at least 3 of them all serving a great,selection of foods beach was amazing so clean and entertainment on the beach plenty if things to keep you occupied or just to relax the area where hotel is situated is a taxi ride into plenty if towns for shopping or other entertainment you fancy . Highly recommend the sheraton Hotel will be back again

Nothing all staff will see to all your requirements

The hotel was big, big rooms, a very nice view of the beach and the sea, a pool Not great but really good. The sea has a beautiful coral reef and a convenient place for snorkeling. The hotel was attentive to our requests and we had a great time

The hotel is in a remote location and any trip requires a taxi. At night there is no boiling water in the shower and you have to talk to the reception and they will take care of it

The advantage of the room was that it was not close to the pool and faced the tremendous island Tiran. I liked the staff.it was vert helpful.it is very convenient that the cleaner was all the day long on the floor.i asked for his help some times.i liked the service in the restaurant.every my wish:coffee,wine,beer was fulfilled.mostly i liked that it was not already HS and we enjoyed the beach and the sea almost alone.

I reserved the room facing the garden,but got the room in the main building facing the beach.i did not understand why.the food was ok.when you are snorkling alone,it is a bit dangerous that you can meet suddenly the shark because the undersea area is not defended by some underwater net or whatever.

Great property! house reef is amazing for snorkelling (but bring your own equipment as you won't get it in the hotel). buffet was amazing - great options for al the meals. receptionists (esp Khaled) and house keeping staff -all very helpful and polite. Room service prompt. room was really lovely - large and the view from the balcony was just amazing. the territory of the hotel is very impressive, good enough for a morning jog or romantic evening walk on the beach

the property is very secluded, you can't walk to the city. you have to depend on hotel taxi to go and see anything apart from the hotel, 20 bucks for a 5 minute ride felt like a rip off. gym felt a little run down and it is located on the sunny side with AC not working properly, even at 8am it felt like a sauna
