The resort's location is very convenient as it is near the tourist attractions. They also provide taxi and shuttle bus to and from the resort with good price. No hussle during check in and check out. They surprised us with a big room more than enough for two persons and with an impressive view. The whole resort was chill and relaxing and is really good for family holiday. The view is exceptional and offers a really great price The buffets and Ala carte menu were just good for the price paid. The cocktails done near the reception were lovely. The pool and the beach side were beautifully constructed. Overall, our stay have been very wonderful. Surely, we can recommend our family and friends to book here.

They send us to our room without cleaning being done. We arrived while the cleaner is still there cleaning and floor is still so wet. The fridge is broken, though it is still working. We have reported it to the cleaner. The AC didn't get cold as it should be. The other bartenders doesn't make a good drink. I think they should train more so all of the bars have the same quality of drinks. They should provide more engaging activities for adults as well. Food on the Ala carte should improve. Improve in the cleanlines around the resort and pool.

The layout of place is stunning. As soon as you go out of the main hotel towards the rooms, it's like a pretty Italian style village. very classy and comfortable. The Roman pool was fantastic to swim in. the gardens are excellent, the place is generally clean through out. the sun decking area is great. different levels to relax and enjoy the sun and sea. because there isn't a beach you have to walk over the coral via a floating bridge and then jump into the sea. and you can start snorkeling straight away. we saw blue spotted sting ray plus many other amazing fishes. the water is so clear, clean and beautiful. you can organise and start your activities from there too. the food is fine. beef and the kebabs were my favourite. someone to make your omelette the way you like and plenty to choose from. I got a great massage in the spa. sold by Osama and Ahmed was my masseuse. he did good. customer service was very good throughout the trip. do give a tip to the waiters etc. I found out later they had a family room, I will use that next time I come with kids. Ahmed Ibrahim was a very nice friendly manager.

Location is far from the main road. like 3km before you see shops. the area is getting developed. so to go to other areas you'll need a taxi. hotel is convenient, haggle but still expensive. once you get to town you can take numbers of other drivers or download in-drive app another UK tourist advised me. I'm not a fan of bath tubs and curtains. the shower and the curtain can be updated. the mattress can also be updated too. but it was still clean and comfortable to sleep in. ground floor rooms have a lot of mosquitos. ask reception for help in this. the WiFi is very expensive, your better off getting an Egyptian SIM card. it's so much cheaper and much better. I think I paid 10€ for 13GB data to last a month. the hotel charges $20 for WiFi only. ,

The staff at this resort ( also known as Sharm Plaza ) were exceptional in their attentiveness, friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. The all inclusive meals were of a very good standard, the menu varied daily and the interaction between the chefs and waiters made for many pleasant dining experiences. The snorkelling was superb on a long house reef just a few meters from the shore, the coral condition is excellent with an abundance of colourful fish. I cannot fault the room, we chose a superior room which came with a sea view, terrace, air-con, daily room service, Wi-Fi ( an extra ) in the room. Outside, a pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a short walk to the shore. This resort is extremely good value for money , no doubt we will return.

The Free Wi-Fi in the lobby is all that is offered unless you pay for coverage throughout, including your room. The jetty over the reef needs stabilising, watch your step !

Location is very good , all staff are helpful , suitable for snorkling , i want to thanks mr ahmed ibrahim in reception team for being kind and helpful ,also mr eslam and ziad thanks for beach guys khalifa and essma , cheif of resturants mr saeed , food is good need more varities , i will repeat it again of course , was a wonderful vaccation , mexiacan resturant need improvement , italian resturant was tasty

Value for money is a 10 out of 10. For diving and snorkelling this is a more than perfect spot. Almost the best coral reefs i have seen in whole Sharm.

They need to work a little on the food and its varieties. Rooms need to be provided with Wifi.

Everything was perfect, the Rom service, the magnificent view, the pool, the proximity to the magnificent beach, and above all the professional management of all the staff..Especially, Mr Ahmed ibrahim

‏The resort is very spacious, there is no golf cart, and there are also a lot of stairs, which makes it not suitable for those who suffer from some health problems ‏As for the restaurant, it is okay, but the expansion of the restaurant and the spacing between the different items is tiring, so that the grills and drinks are considered in an attached restaurant.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, good choice of food from bbq chicken, roast beef/ lamb to seafood and fish, plenty of green salads and cakes. However, do not expect burgers. Absolutely lovely and clean private beach with access to coral reef with planty of different type of fish. But you find out of date sun beds which should be replaced. Do expect to go up and down the stairs from the main restaurant to sea front and bar.

Very good value for money. We got more than we expected for the price. Attentive staff, large rooms, beach, access to water, beautiful house reef, varied food.

Slippers are needed in the room, the floor is cold. And fumitox for mosquitoes, they bite. In the shower you need your own shampoos and conditioners, in the room there is only shower gel.
