Most of the staff consider the Egyptian guests as last ranking guests, the western guests are preferred, all the staff ignore egyptians and their demands however if they deal with westerns they give them priority everywhere in the hotel, ask Mr. Ashraf the guy on the swimming pool he just carry drinks for western pple only but he passes any Arab or egyptian ignoring him totally though we pay the same. Food was not that perfect, some of the housekeeping staff were rude, just wanna say a final word ur Egyptian guest is the one who can bring u more guests than westerns, in other countries the citizen is on the top priority but in Egypt it is the contrary

Very good resort most of the staff were very nice but some of them need to improve specially for dealing with the Egyptians

It was very nice stay and the all inclusive buffet always had something new to offer! Was a really cool experience. The staff at the restaurant, the staff from housekeeping (Ahmed), the staff at the pool (Mohamed and the sports' ladies from Villains entertainment) and bar (Bassem and Mina) are really awesome people that make your stay so good! The buffet was awesome at every point of the day.

The amount of information you receive is not always enough or accurate. However, the staff does a great job at explaining when needed. The reception staff tries their best, but they are not very nice and are not very responsive to requests. At checkout, please keep in mind that you need to wait for housekeeping to clear the room, which in our case meant around 15 minutes of stressful time with a taxi waiting outside until the reception 'cleared us'.

The hotel was amazing, reception stuff were nice people and also the guest relations. Big thanks to Mustafa, George and Mina from the Main Dinning room during breakfast, lunch and dinner they always made sure we are happy and if we needed anything. Bar guys were amazing in the pool spoiled us so good ! Special thanks for the General Manager he also checked up on us daily. Gina She was nice on the phone but I was surprised she didn’t say hi when we arrived :/ Overall we were happy and definitely we’ll be back.

A lot of mosquitoes, the food was okay not the best food but it was fine. The housekeeping staff didn’t do a very good job sadly we asked many times to make the room and after like 4 hours of waiting it was done and not so clean especially the bathroom and bed sheets they were only folding the bed not changing the sheets!! And Mirror was dirty.

Everything was clean and constantly being maintained. We got an upgrade and had 2 lovely spacious rooms and twin bathrooms. Which was a god send with two teenagers an 8 year old and my husband. Everything was provided by the hotel we didn’t need to bring any essentials with us. Madonna in guest relations looked after us all the time and everything we wanted was done properly. staff was on hand when we needed them. The entertainment was great and everyone was very welcoming. The hotel felt safe even at night. There were so many restaurants if one was busy we’d go to another. We had activities, meals and entertainment all included in our stay. I’d definitely come back here again.

A lot of Walking but it’s such a big hotel so can’t be avoided. Breakfast finishing early.

Specially, Mr. Ahmed Maarek (Reception) + Mr. Mahmoud Raslan (Main Restaurant) + Mr. Melad (Room Service) & all the staff of Italian Restaurant. - Italian restaurant experience was a really amazing one .. Thanks to the waiter and chef. - Aquapark ( We all enjoyed it so much). - Family room was amazing and everything was on time. - The taste of food.

- Beach is so far than Hotel and it shouldn't be described as a beach, the more suitable description (it's a lake). - Although, the food taste was good but they have a problem in the variety and quantity, you need to be there in the restaurant instantly when it opens for every meal before the main dishes run out. - Sweets buffet needs a lot of improvements, same buffet for the whole duration of the stay and the taste is not good by no means.

A vacation for someone traveling alone is about the people one meets. This facility is for families with children. If you are looking to get a fantastic vacation with your kids, this is it.

Can't really say i disliked anything. Egyptians, much like most Africans, are friendly happy people who are easy to talk with and fun. Of course there is a very definate every man for himself vibe so get used to interruptions and people pushing in but most can be overcome with patience and keeping in mind that this is Egypt. Just interrupt back. It is expected. Remember to smile.

I would like to thank everyone in Xperience Kirosiez Parkland for making my stay with my family and the extended family so exceptional. Special Thanks to Mr Michael, Madonna for responding so quick and delivering the smooth stay. Excellent food and drinks with a variety that suited everyone of us. All the staff at the bar and restaurant have been helpful and friendly. Kyrollos and all the restaurant staff especially Martina have been exceptionally helpful and nice to make us feel home.

I had a good stay at the hotel overall. The reception staff were smiling, welcoming, and helpful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, I was impressed by Mr. Essam Shenouda from top management (Hotel Manager), whom I had the pleasure of meeting twice. He was polite, and helpful, and even offered assistance at the restaurant, which I greatly appreciated, though I didn’t take him up on it. Also, I’d like to commend Mr. Mohamed from housekeeping, who was incredibly polite and ensured my room was cleaned and organized daily to a high standard. Thank you to the reception team, and Mr. Essam Shenouda for their exceptional hospitality. Their efforts truly stood out and made my stay more enjoyable. I hope the restaurant service can be improved to match the high standard set by the rest of the team.

However, my experience at the restaurant during lunch and dinner was disappointing. The service staff lacked professionalism—they didn’t smile, were unhelpful, and often didn’t respond when greeted. Their attitude, especially near the end of their shifts, was uninviting and inattentive. The variety of food options was limited, and the quality was just passable for me. I didn’t even try the bar, not even for a cup of tea, because the staff there seemed to have the same uninviting attitude as the restaurant.

Wow, what can I say, we originally booked this hotel for 2 weeks (Dec 21 - Jan 4) We were so impressed with every aspect of the hotel that we booked for another 9 days! We leave on Saturday 13th January now. The hotel itself is spotless, the grounds themselves are maintained daily, and the pool areas are spotless and operated to a very professional level. The dining areas are literally cleaned on a minute by minute basis, once you have finished your meal your plates, cups and cutlery are removed by staff working with the utmost professionalism. This place is run with military precision. I can't thank the stuff in general enough for their professionalism. The entire hotel staff operates to one of the highest standards I have ever seen, we have traveled all over the world i.e. South America, Far East Asia and multiple European locations and this place is up there with the best of them. employees. These guys, from the guys sweeping the grounds to the hotel owner, operate with the same level of professionalism, they are kind, courteous and most importantly respectful of the guests, they treat men, children and ladies as equals with the utmost respect, I saw a recent review that stated that The male staff were looking at women's bodies so well, I can honestly say that this is a whole lot of bull and nothing but lies!! These men will literally have their eyes down when talking to a woman Which I found strangely odd to be honest, as my wife is 10 and I found it strange that no one was looking. But seriously, they work with the utmost professionalism. Some names to mention Islam, the hotel pool manager is literally one of the most genuine people I have ever met, he shows no bias in his actions at all! Everything you see with him is real, he is literally one of the nicest and funniest people I have ever met. I can't thank this man enough for making us feel so comfortable and welcome, he is one of the main reasons we extended our trip.
