We have just got back from a fabulous week's diving holiday. With 5 days spent on the dive boat, the hotel was perfect for our needs, the bed was comfortable, shower hot, staff attentive and friendly and a great breakfast to set us up for the day. The dive centre is excellent. Pete was so much more than a guide and his advice and tips over the week really improved our diving - my air consumption improved by nearly 50% by the end of the week!! We also did our Enriched Air speciality course which was conducted in a very professional manner whilst still leaving us feeling like we were on holiday. When we return to Sharm we won't think of going anywhere else. Thanks to all at Oonas Dive Club for a great holiday.

The stuff was super nice and helpful! We checked in past midnight, got a lot of directions and help whenever needed. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. The room was good sized, and the bed very comfy. The location is great for divers who want to use one of the Naama bay diving clubs and have it at a walking distance from your place.

It's incredibly loud from all the resorts, as to be expected. The towels were grey (used to be white) and a little bit more cleaning in the bathrooms would be nice (some mold on the shower cabin walls etc). The wifi was not great either.

- The view from the 3rd floor rooms (our room was on the 3rd floor, maybe from the lower floors it is still good but it is the best on the 3rd floor I believe) - Great location - Beach (access to the neighbouring hotel’s beach) - Breakfast (general continental breakfast food but still sufficient and nice) - Size (?) - this is a small hotel, it is not crowded, there is no noise at all, all is quiet, guests were all adults) - Staff (they were really helpful and nice)

- No lift there - Bathroom is really outdated. If the hotel update it, the hotel will be my favourite on the naama bay even with a price increased

The staff was nice. I got a huge room with 2 bedrooms and a living room, also a big terrace. The beach was very nice. I booked the room for 8 hours to rest before a flight.

The taxa had a hard time finding the hotel because some roads were closed. When he asked for help no one knew the hotel. 1 hour after booking the hotel I got a message that I have to pay cash at the hotel. It would have been nice to know when you book. I just took out money and had to take out money again. You cannot pay anything with card at the hotel so you need a lot of cash if you stay there longer. The beach closes at 18:30 which is very early. The sun goes down 2-3 hours later so really a shame you cant spend more time at the beach. With that said, the hotel and staff were ok and I would stay again.

A Memorable Stay at Oonas Dive Club – Highly Recommended! Reviewed by: Alaa Hafny Despite being a small hotel, Oonas Dive Club is truly one of the most charming places I’ve stayed at in Sharm El Sheikh. My review is based on a 4-night stay, and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience. Location: The location is absolutely outstanding. The hotel is situated directly on Naama Bay’s beachfront – literally first row – and shares a private, clean sandy beach with the neighboring Swissotel. One of the highlights is the pedestrian promenade that runs between the hotels and the beaches. This promenade is full of shops and supermarkets and stretches along the entire bay, offering a lively yet peaceful atmosphere. Being very close to Peace Road, the city’s main route, the hotel gives easy access to most of Sharm El Sheikh. Transportation is convenient – you’ll find both taxis and public minibuses (which are budget-friendly and reliable). Facilities & Food: Oonas Dive Club offers a bed-and-breakfast style of stay. While lunch and dinner aren't included, the on-site restaurant serves both at very reasonable prices. The breakfast is a simple but delicious open buffet, and the food quality is consistently good – although I would have appreciated a bit more variety from day to day. There’s no swimming pool at the property, but for me, that wasn’t an issue at all – the beach and the sea were exactly what I came for. Rooms: This was my favorite part of the stay. The rooms are exceptionally clean and private. Bathrooms are spotless and in great condition – nothing felt old or worn out. There were absolutely no issues with insects or bed bugs, which speaks volumes about the hygiene standards. The room's balcony offers a breathtaking view of the sea, palm trees, and the mountains of the Sinai Peninsula – all at once. Natural sunlight floods the room during the day, which I absolutely loved as someone who enjoys being close to nature.

Only a couple of small things to note – the breakfast could use a little more daily variety, and while there’s no King Bed option, the hotel joins two single beds together quite seamlessly, and you won’t feel the difference at all.

Oonas is a very cozy boutique hotel 16 rooms and 2 suits. You feel at home at all times. Ahmed at the reception was extremely helpful and available. Hegazy and Abd El Rahman at the restaurant were always friendly and polite. Beach was amazing. Restaurant offers good plates at good prices. You won’t need to dine outside that much. The room rate is excellent with a great value for money. The place is always extremely clean and simple. You feel at home at all times.

The long trees in front of the rooms can be cut. It will give a full view of the sea for all rooms. The loud noises at night from surrounding hotels, I truly wish there would be some sort of control. Renovating the room furniture bit by bit would be an excellent idea, but keeping the cosy and simple feeling of the place. Double glass for the room terrace would be a great idea as well.

We stayed in this hotel only for a day, we arrived there after a long drive and hiking at Jabal Mussa to enjoy the beach at Sharm El-Sheik. Initially our driver had to pass through a security guard who wouldn't let our driver pass without a tip and that was kind of annoying. We were disappointed with that, however once we get to the desk all that changed. The Manager at the desk at the time was Ahmed and he was very professional, full of smile and treated us well. A very polite guy. That positive personality was what we needed after a long day. We enjoyed staying one night and next day we checked out around mid-day but left our stuff with reception enjoying our time at the beach until 3 PM. The location fantastic as it is steps away from red sea beach, and right by the beach walkway where you can find a bunch of restaurants & shopping area.

One thing is the plugs on the wall do not have a USB charger for your phone, so you need to have appropriate plugs with you to charge your phone

I always feel very warmly welcomed by the hotel manager at Oonas Dive Club Hotel. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the rooms are always clean. The reception area has a lovely scent, thanks to the oils from the shop next door. My partner absolutely fell in love with this hotel and is already planning to return. It’s the perfect place to relax. While it’s a budget-friendly hotel, it has everything you need: peace, cleanliness, stunning views of the sea, and easy access to beautiful reefs for diving. The atmosphere is very safe, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy Sharm El Sheikh on a budget without compromising on quality.

All good for the money you pay.

1- Breakfast was good and always fresh with variety of options to choose from it's mainly international cuisine options rather than mainly Egyptian breakfast even though they have some mornings when they offer some traditional Egyptian options in the breakfast. 2- The room was pleasant and very clean. They take cleanliness seriously and there is daily room service. The towels are clean and they provide toiletries but no blow hair dryer and honestly I don't need it. 3- The private beach is shared with the nearby hotel and is very new, clean, tidy and quiet. However, you need to be careful while swimming as occasionally there are marine life that you need to be cautious about and respect them like lion fish, surgeon fish and sting rays in the shallow water of the beach. Read a bit about those marine life and get yourself a pair of beach shoes and snorkeling goggles and enjoy the beauty of this beach! 4- The best thing about my experience so far was the diving club and all the professionals working there it made me turn away from the cheaper options as once you dive with this high quality of service you would hate getting less quality in the future diving trips.

Some days, the nearby hotels play loud music which is very common in that touristic area but the good thing about Oonas Hotel is that it is on the very end of the Bay making it more quiet than the nearby hotels in the area

Right by a beautiful beach which they share with a nearby hotel which isn’t open to residents of other hotels etc. Nice room for the price. Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. The restaurant had really good food and the staff was were amazing. They offer cheap laundry service on site which is very helpful. Unfortunately I can’t comment on the breakfast as I either wasn’t their during its opening times or was fast asleep haha.

Although it has a beautiful beach very close, it is quite a long walk to Naama Bay and nearby shops which is not there fault as they did not lie about their location on the maps. I believe they could improve the bathroom slightly as it was old and some of the facilities were broke but nothing really bad and totally understandable for the price
