On arrival, they warmly welcomed and accommodated early check in request. Facility was nice. Dinner was good.

1. i was with my child and our flight was in night and staff flatly refused late check out request (not willing to give even an extra hour) on the basis of "hotel is fully booked" whereas that was not the case as i tried to check on booking.com to extend my stay and rooms were available. Most hurting part was the way staff handled it. 2.Breakfast was not value for money and chefs on egg place were not very trained. did not understand half fry egg. gave eggs very badly with fully cooked yolk everywhere in the pan.

it was a very amazing place to be, so much to do, so many activities, everything about it was amazing the food was delicious, the pool was nice, are room get cleaned very nicely.

some employees constantly coming up to me asking me if I wanna do certain activities when I politely say no thank you and they keep going when I was just trying to enjoy my time and wasn’t ready for that activity yet.

we have enjoyed everything - the breakfast - dinner - tours and the beach

AFTER WE HAVE BOOKED THEY INFORMED US THERE IS RENOVATONS - THAT DIDNT BOTHER US - BUT THE LIFT WAS BROKEN AND HAVE TO GO ON A TOUR OR SEE THE RECEPTION WE HAVE TO WALK UP 93 STEPS - THAT WAS THE ONLY THING WE DIDNT LIKE.

Everything was just perfect from the view to the food to the staff, Omar and all of the reception team were just amazing, the housekeeping Mr Khaled and Emad, the restaurants chefs and waiters, and the shishaman TiTo, the truth is everything was just beyond our expectations and worth every dollar, will comeback soon

We did order a meal boxes for our early checkout but we didn’t receive any, especially that we were so captivated by our driver and luggage we forgot to ask until we hit the road to airport, besides this everything was just amazing

The staff treatment was beyond amazing. Extremely friendly. Very respectful. I had some difficulties however Mr. Sayed Bayouni made sure my stay was spectacular. Sayed is a phenomenal person with everything that hospitality portrays. He made sure my kids ate whenever they needed and took care of everything. From house keeping. To food to anything else we needed. You name it, he got it. He is truly the Magical Genie of Movenpick. We have decided to make another trip because of everyone's hospitality and awesomeness. Mr. Tamer Alhabrouk had showed good enthusiasm towards our stay and made great efforts to accommodate us.

Animation team needs to be more enthusiastic, we can tell when they're not in the mood. Shows at the stage needs to be longer. Stage needs to be changed to keep up with the hotel gorgeousness.. more variety in food and drinks would be appreciated

The hotel property is stunning. The views are incredible. The rooms are lovely. It’s on a mountain so there are a lot of stairs that get old after awhile. The staff and pool are wonderful. The restaurant is great for breakfast. We ate dinner there one night and it was dreadful. There is an Indian restaurant on the premises that gets excellent reviews on the internet and local word of mouth. We didn’t have time to try it. The beach itself is not wonderful unless you are a snorkeler. It was a bit too rocky to spend a long time in the water. We prefer the pool anyway.

The hotel was great and very nice, it contains everything u need from beach, restaurants, activities, and the staff were very helpful, especially Mary she is lovely & been checking on us everyday and helped us a lot. Really I enjoyed my stay and will stay the hotel again and recommend it for other

The hotel been build on a mountaintop so it needs escalators to ease the movement inside the hotel ( we crossed a lot of stairs and only 2 small lefts available) as well as to use the public transport we walked for around 1 KM from the reception so it’s better to bring golf carts to make it’s easy for us

I visited the movenpick resort Sharm el Sheikh along with my aged parents. Everything was beyond our expectations. Esraa at the reception welcomed us with her warm smile and even gave us an upgraded room. The food, facilities and the room were superb. The view from the hotel of the red sea is beyond anything one can imagine. Salah, the gentleman who takes charge of the water activities ensured we had the smoothest pick up and drop from the hotel and did our sightseeing tour too. Very happy!

THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE SERVICE WHICH I DIDNT LIKE ALL WERE BEYOND MY EXPECTATION AT THE RECEPTION MS.MARY SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SWEET LADY.SHE TOOK CARE OF ALL MY NEEDS HER WAY OF HANDLING THE CUSTOMERS IS REALLY NICE SHE EVEN SUGGESTED SOME ACTIVITIES WHICH CAN BE ENJOYED WITH FAMILY PLACE TO BE VISITED WITH FAMILY OVERALL THE RESORT AND THE STAFF ARE REALLY AWESOME
