Food was delicious with a wide range of differences, especially cakes. Amazing reef, with warm clean water , plenty of fishes also i saw a giant tuna 1,5 metres lentgh. Cool panoramic views to the bay from the hotel, outstanding sunset. Great dancing performance with a different dancing styles, a lot of great activities like stratching, yoga e.t.c Nice option of free coktails/mocktails. Good local beer. Nice and free gym.

Agressive promotion of the dfferent tours with a triple more prices then average.. Very expensive local shopping without trading culture. Some of staff was rude and doesn't polite. Cleaner came to me room and said to us go out, he have to clean the room.. Sometimes wasn't anough sunbeds for all party members on the beach. Expensive diving, no flexebility and no option. You are going to spend 60$ for 15 minutes on the beach or spend full day under the sun on the jaht with no food.. Some meals like a fish wasn't cooked well, some of my party members got a stomach problems.. Expensive spa.

Such a manager like Mr Ahmed Ismail in this hotel helped us to achieve all our dreams and expectations (during the stay asking us about all what we need and did it , also arranged for us taxi to the airport) The staff were very kind and friendly food and restaurants were great. the beach was huge and cleaned . The room was also clean and renovated.

Our stay at Reef Oasis blue bay was just perfect! Everything was as described and even better in person. The staff, at Guest services, room service, entertainment, restaurants were all super friendly and helpful. The pools, OMG, the pools are insaneeee! They had some great outdoor jacuzzis as well overlooking the red sea. There are so many activities and excursions available. Their spa was also pretty amazing and good value for your money. The resort was well situated so we could easily get to the hotspots around town. We also loved the daytime and evening entertainment. Our room was quite huge and just what we needed. It is really difficult to put into words how great this stay was but it was worth it!

The breakfast could have been better. It was a bit bland and tasteless. Also, the people who own the little shops inside the hotel were harrassing us a bit. We ended up having to walk the other way to avoid them.

Our stay at Reef Oasis Blue Bay in Sharm el Sheikh was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of the staff — truly the friendliest we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. A very special shoutout to Ahmed (Main restaurant outside section), who made every evening meal feel extra memorable with his kindness and attention to detail. He genuinely made our dinners feel like special occasions. And Hassan, the bartender, deserves a medal — always smiling, always attentive, and somehow managing to bring us perfectly chilled beers every 30 minutes. The resort itself is immaculately maintained, with lush surroundings and huge, comfortable rooms that easily made us feel at home. We were kept well hydrated thanks to a constant supply of water and soft drinks provided in the room — a thoughtful touch. The food was the best we’ve ever had at a resort. From variety to quality, it was outstanding — even the meat was incredibly tender. Whatever your tastes, you’ll always find something delicious to enjoy. The reef right in front of the hotel is teeming with life — perfect for snorkeling. We also took a yacht excursion with top-notch dive equipment and professional guides. Extras like the gym and choice of five large pools rounded out what was a truly relaxing and indulgent getaway. We’ve already recommended Reef Oasis Blue Bay to our friends and family, and will continue to do so without hesitation. It was wonderful vacation every thing was incredible, the pools, gardens, rooms absolutely everything was clean and wonderful. The food was amazing and 24 hours food was available. The stuff were very helpful and friendly, also the hotel is very safe, the hotel location is very special and close to the airport. Big thanks to all the workers at the three restaurants, they work really hard and made out vecation really spacial, specialiy Mahmoud Mohamed. Also the lifeguards who are 100% awake all the time, specialiy captain Abdullah at the aqua_park. Special thanks also to Sheniuda Milad and Ahmed Ismail, the receptionist he's been every friendly. Also thanks to all the stuff they made our vecation special ❤️

There's no clocks in the hotel facilities, and its so important, also the main restaurant chairs are not comfortable , the room cleaning was good but sometimes they forget to put the products on.

The stay was absolutely great. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Special thanks to the Hisham, who works at the reception - he helped us countless number of time throughout our stay. My friend has disability and struggles to walk so I was grateful that we were placed in the room very close to the main facilities. Also the location was amazing, the beach has a beautiful reef with many fish, we were snorkelling all day long. All the amenities were beautiful and the restaurants were very good, lovely place to go! Also I loved that in the last day our departure was quite late (8 pm), but the check out was at midday. We were allowed to stay for the whole day at the hotel, were provided with towels, all amenities included and also could take a shower at the hotel room before our departure. Great service, thank you!

Overall stay was great, but if I should think of something - there are some tours with diving and travelling to Ras Mohamed Nature Reserve offered at the hotel. I felt that the guy who offered them to us was kind of rude and pushy and even lost his temper when we were not keen on buying them XD overall I bought this tour 4 times cheaper with Get Your Guide and had a great experience. But anyway it annoyed me that he was unnecessary rude while trying to sell something but overall feeling of the resort was amazing.
