The room was clean and the staff was nice, reception team was so helpful and friendly. Room was big, spacious and really clean. Every single person in the staff was so hardworking. The single pool by the rooms was better than the others.

Not much food options (always the same foods and not really tasty) , away from the airport and tourist attractions, people constantly coming up to promote their business etc. by the pool, other people coming from different hotels to the sea and not leaving any space to swim there. Too many bugs and mosquitoes everywhere.

Their dedication and assistance were truly remarkable. They were always available to answer our questions, provide valuable information, and even treated us to a delightful dinner at one of their outstanding restaurants. The resort itself was meticulously maintained, with timely and thorough cleaning. The lounge, rooms, and pools were all beautiful and well-maintained. Opting for the all-inclusive package was a brilliant decision as the food was absolutely fantastic. There was an extensive range of options, with different dishes that were always fresh, hot, and delicious. The hospitality provided by the staff was top-notch, and I am eagerly looking forward to returning to this resort in the future. I would like to extend special thanks to Yousef, the gentleman at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us and was incredibly kind and generous. I would also like to express my gratitude to Elsayed and Mohamed, who worked in the dining area and were extremely helpful. Rossum was instrumental in arranging our car service and went out of their way to accommodate changes in timing while I was away. Ali, the concierge, was also very pleasant and helpful. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Ayman and the other staff members who wore the same uniform. They were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly.

we had an incredible experience from the moment we arrived, the level of customer service was truly exceptional, and I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my entire stay. A special mention must go to the amazing staff who made this experience stand out: Mustafa went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. His warmth and genuine care for guests were apparent from the very beginning. Mustafa's attention to detail and his willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible made a huge difference. Ibrahim was another highlight of our visit. He provided impeccable service with a smile and was incredibly helpful with any requests or questions we had. His positive attitude and professionalism created a relaxing atmosphere that made all the difference. Momen stood out for his kindness and efficiency. location,cleanness,tasty food big & spacious staff excellent free upgrades to bigger rooms free of charge. any issue I tell them there on it like sonic to please us and they go beyond to satisfy the clients. the staff made our holiday 10/10. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The à la carte restaurants were amazing – the Lebanese restaurant was incredibly delicious, the Egyptian one very authentic with a lovely atmosphere, and the fish restaurant had a stunning location. I highly recommend booking the à la carte options – they’re quieter and more relaxing than the buffet. The beach is great for snorkeling, and there are two large, beautiful pools. Huge thanks to the amazing staff at the main pools – especially Mahmoud & Mahmoud near the kids’ area and Ibrahim & Abdelrahman at the Dolphin Bar – your work is outstanding! A very special thank-you to Mr. Ibrahim from Customer Service Management, who went out of his way with great understanding and dedication to help find my lost engagement ring. I’m also deeply grateful to all the security staff involved – the ring was found! Tip: If you want to go to the city, take a taxi from the street infront of the hotel or use the InDrive app – the hotel taxi is more expensive.

Staffs are friendly, helpful. Special thanks for duty manager and IT manager (i can't recall the names now) helped me to solve little issue i had very quick and informed me what i asked. I assumed that a head chief of the staff breakfast saloon in the morning, he's so helpful and act quickly for any needs. The beach side is great. Just next to the coral reefs and it has involved with the super amazing fish faunas. No need to go for snorkeling any other places. The hotel's land is big and there are several pools all around. I liked the way that being able to book from al a carte restaurants for dinner each evening. The main buffet is not satisfactory that serving the same meals mostly each evening. Additionally there can be some changes or adding ingredients for the breakfast like olives, nuts etc.

The bathroom cleaning in rooms can be improved. Besides receptionists and the managers; other staffs barely speak English but good at in Russian lang. The attractions and events are for Russian speakers.

Hello, our staing in Pickalbatros Golf was really great , staff , location and food were great. Corall reef is also full of fishes so we with kids were alot under water scuba diving. The positioning of beach terraces is great because you have more fillimg of intimaci. The staff everywere was extra kind. The hotel is being renovating by parts. Everything is very clen but the bathrooms in rooms need to be cleener or to be generaly cleened. Also warning to all the ice and drinks from automats are potenciali not ok for people with low tolerance on Egiptian water. Now we are staing in Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Beach Aquapark and its newer and cleaner, staff is great .. waterpark amazing. but the filling of domesticity was better in Golf beach hotel. At Laguna Vista also is sandy beech so if you want a coral reef thise hotel is not for you. Kids anyway are enjoing in both of hotels. Pickalbatros Golf also have some agency there in edge in the loby by the store where we meet one guide wich took us to Ras Muhhamed to snorkling and was amayzing. Thank you for great holidays.

No words can truly express how magical our stay in this hotel….five unforgettable days it felt like a home away from home …incredible staff in the reception, restaurant, room service , life guards, animation team …all of them were simply amazing …they upgraded our stay to a royal wing which was unexpected amazing gesture..the chalet was right directly to the pool ….amazing hotel facilities and the hotel is peaceful and never overcrowded ..declcious food , amazing pool with alot of activities …Thanks alot from the bottom of my heart🌷🌷
