I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all the staff members at the resort. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful time during our stay. Their dedication and assistance were truly remarkable. They were always available to answer our questions, provide valuable information, and even treated us to a delightful dinner at one of their outstanding restaurants. The resort itself was meticulously maintained, with timely and thorough cleaning. The lounge, rooms, and pools were all beautiful and well-maintained. Opting for the all-inclusive package was a brilliant decision as the food was absolutely fantastic. There was an extensive range of options, with different dishes that were always fresh, hot, and delicious. The hospitality provided by the staff was top-notch, and I am eagerly looking forward to returning to this resort in the future. I would like to extend special thanks to Yousef, the gentleman at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us and was incredibly kind and generous. I would also like to express my gratitude to Elsayed and Mohamed, who worked in the dining area and were extremely helpful. Rossum was instrumental in arranging our car service and went out of their way to accommodate changes in timing while I was away. Ali, the concierge, was also very pleasant and helpful. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Ayman and the other staff members who wore the same uniform. They were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly.

location,cleanness,tasty food big & spacious staff excellent free upgrades to bigger rooms free of charge. any issue I tell them there on it like sonic to please us and they go beyond to satisfy the clients. the staff made our holiday 10/10. I have zero complaints or even anything bad to say. you must consider pickalbatros golf beach resort as your go to holiday option to sharm el shiek. we had the time of our life's.thank you big shout out to youssef elroby and Ibrahim emam from reception n manement team. thanks for the free upgrade to the 5 bed villa with pool which was exceptional privacy is most important to our family you made it a dream God bless 🙌. defo heading back soon!!!

We spent 5 amazing days in Jolie Ville Golf and Resort, we felt pampered and spoiled like VIP guests! A BIG THANK YOU To Mr. IBRAHIM , MOMEN and KARIM from the Reception and Mr MOHAMMED- our angel ! with his staff from the Pool Bar, together with all the crew that work in the resort. They have all been kind helpful and always ready to give assistance if needed. I have always find very nice assistance and crew in the whole resort, ALWAYS. The resort is very big and we have been put in the renovated area, although we should have had a sea view room, but we preferred this kind of compromise. In fact, as in this period the tourism from Russia is reduced, the hotel itself is almost empty. So some areas are obviously closed and they are renovating partially the resort. But the hotel is working properly and perfectly! The room was very big, with sofa and armchairs,with an extraordinary balcony. The swimming pools are like enormous lakes and rivers around the central part, king of "island". Everywhere, the water, the gardens are continuously cleaned and looked after. The gardeners are doing an excellent job! The Recreation team are always trying to make guests participate and to involve them into the activities; it's very difficult when there are not many people, so I really appreciated their effort. Talking about the sea part: well, the coral reef is astonishing as you may know. There are many jetties from which you can get into the water or even stay there on the seabeds to relax. The only difficult part (for those who may have problems with walking) is for sure that this resort is not directly built on the beach, and it takes approximately 10min by walking and steps to do. The structure is however buil amazing, also the one in wood built on the beach and I personally didn't find it so difficult (even if I am not a sporty person and don't walk much!

For sure as a suggestion for the future, we strongly recommend to improve internet in the rooms, but apart from this everything was perfect thank you!

Food and drinks were good as we were on All Inclusive basis. The staff are excellent and very friendly. Rooms are really good, we went for the sea view room

They allow smoking inside the bar and the semi-outdoor restaurant. This is horrendous and they should review this urgently as this is 2023.

We have stayed at jolly ville for 5 nights. In the hotel there is a pleasant atmosphere and we felt at ease all the time. The sea is very close and ideal for snorkeling. The two swimming pools are awesome. Rooms are big and nice, with confortable beds, wonderful balcony and air conditioning. We enjoyed every minute and we definitely recommend jolly ville for your stay at Sharm. P.s. we suggest to agree with the hotel for a private transport from airport to hotel and viceversa. We found difficult to find a taxi for cheaper price alone. Also, we recommend the trip to ras Mohammad for snorkeling which can be organized from the hotel.

Food was not special, but good enough for few a days stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was flawless. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully designed with top-notch amenities, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Whether it was enjoying a peaceful day by the pool or taking part in one of the many activities available, every moment was enjoyable. The attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the staff made my stay even more special., and I can’t wait to return!

Food is excellent, you can choose every day many meals, sweets etc. Employees and management of the hotel are very polite, they do everything we ask to make our vacation great. The water in the swimming pool was very cold .. the water is not heated, which made us upset and uncomfortable  Please heat it

We had a really nice time at the resort with our family. When we arrived, we directly received an upgrade of the room and had a very smooth and warm check-in, even though we arrived around midnight. We enjoyed the heated pool and had great dinners at different a la carte restaurants at the resort. The hotel is located near the sea and offers wonderful snorkeling possibilities. The staff is incredibly serviceminded and made everything they could to make our stay marvellous. We would like to extend our gratitude to hotel management mr. Hesham Fattah and mr. Ibrahim Emam for their hospitality and great service. Thank you for everything!
