I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all the staff members at the resort. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful time during our stay. Their dedication and assistance were truly remarkable. They were always available to answer our questions, provide valuable information, and even treated us to a delightful dinner at one of their outstanding restaurants. The resort itself was meticulously maintained, with timely and thorough cleaning. The lounge, rooms, and pools were all beautiful and well-maintained. Opting for the all-inclusive package was a brilliant decision as the food was absolutely fantastic. There was an extensive range of options, with different dishes that were always fresh, hot, and delicious. The hospitality provided by the staff was top-notch, and I am eagerly looking forward to returning to this resort in the future. I would like to extend special thanks to Yousef, the gentleman at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us and was incredibly kind and generous. I would also like to express my gratitude to Elsayed and Mohamed, who worked in the dining area and were extremely helpful. Rossum was instrumental in arranging our car service and went out of their way to accommodate changes in timing while I was away. Ali, the concierge, was also very pleasant and helpful. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Ayman and the other staff members who wore the same uniform. They were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly.

we had an incredible experience from the moment we arrived, the level of customer service was truly exceptional, and I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my entire stay. A special mention must go to the amazing staff who made this experience stand out: Mustafa went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. His warmth and genuine care for guests were apparent from the very beginning. Mustafa's attention to detail and his willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible made a huge difference. Ibrahim was another highlight of our visit. He provided impeccable service with a smile and was incredibly helpful with any requests or questions we had. His positive attitude and professionalism created a relaxing atmosphere that made all the difference. Momen stood out for his kindness and efficiency. No request was too big or too small for him, and he always made sure we were taken care of. He truly went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. There's plenty of different food to cater to all. The service during this time was consistently excellent, offering a calm and serene vibe, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, especially MR YOUSSEE ELROBY In reception area , Mr ahmed Shabana in restaurant area , big thanks to Mr.Ibrahim Emam and Mr.Reda Abu-Zaid staff was all wonderful very kind experience and polite big thank to mr ALI A.HADY , Mr MAHMOUD SOLIMAN housekeeping was wonderful every and hours this staff we’re coming to cleaning your rooms and asking if you need anything that they can help towels and bathroom hundred percent clean that I never saw with anywhere else big thanks to Mr Ahmed Ala in house keeping highly recommend definitely we coming back

location,cleanness,tasty food big & spacious staff excellent free upgrades to bigger rooms free of charge. any issue I tell them there on it like sonic to please us and they go beyond to satisfy the clients. the staff made our holiday 10/10. I have zero complaints or even anything bad to say. you must consider pickalbatros golf beach resort as your go to holiday option to sharm el shiek. we had the time of our life's.thank you big shout out to youssef elroby and Ibrahim emam from reception n manement team. thanks for the free upgrade to the 5 bed villa with pool which was exceptional privacy is most important to our family you made it a dream God bless 🙌. defo heading back soon!!!

Staffs are friendly, helpful. Special thanks for duty manager and IT manager (i can't recall the names now) helped me to solve little issue i had very quick and informed me what i asked. I assumed that a head chief of the staff breakfast saloon in the morning, he's so helpful and act quickly for any needs. The beach side is great. Just next to the coral reefs and it has involved with the super amazing fish faunas. No need to go for snorkeling any other places. The hotel's land is big and there are several pools all around. I liked the way that being able to book from al a carte restaurants for dinner each evening. The main buffet is not satisfactory that serving the same meals mostly each evening. Additionally there can be some changes or adding ingredients for the breakfast like olives, nuts etc.

The bathroom cleaning in rooms can be improved. Besides receptionists and the managers; other staffs barely speak English but good at in Russian lang. The attractions and events are for Russian speakers.

No words can truly express how magical our stay in this hotel….five unforgettable days it felt like a home away from home …incredible staff in the reception, restaurant, room service , life guards, animation team …all of them were simply amazing …they upgraded our stay to a royal wing which was unexpected amazing gesture..the chalet was right directly to the pool ….amazing hotel facilities and the hotel is peaceful and never overcrowded ..declcious food , amazing pool with alot of activities …Thanks alot from the bottom of my heart🌷🌷

Food and drinks were good as we were on All Inclusive basis. The staff are excellent and very friendly. Rooms are really good, we went for the sea view room

They allow smoking inside the bar and the semi-outdoor restaurant. This is horrendous and they should review this urgently as this is 2023.

We spent 5 amazing days in Jolie Ville Golf and Resort, we felt pampered and spoiled like VIP guests! A BIG THANK YOU To Mr. IBRAHIM , MOMEN and KARIM from the Reception and Mr MOHAMMED- our angel ! with his staff from the Pool Bar, together with all the crew that work in the resort. They have all been kind helpful and always ready to give assistance if needed. I have always find very nice assistance and crew in the whole resort, ALWAYS. The resort is very big and we have been put in the renovated area, although we should have had a sea view room, but we preferred this kind of compromise. In fact, as in this period the tourism from Russia is reduced, the hotel itself is almost empty. So some areas are obviously closed and they are renovating partially the resort. But the hotel is working properly and perfectly! The room was very big, with sofa and armchairs,with an extraordinary balcony. The swimming pools are like enormous lakes and rivers around the central part, king of "island". Everywhere, the water, the gardens are continuously cleaned and looked after. The gardeners are doing an excellent job! The Recreation team are always trying to make guests participate and to involve them into the activities; it's very difficult when there are not many people, so I really appreciated their effort. Talking about the sea part: well, the coral reef is astonishing as you may know. There are many jetties from which you can get into the water or even stay there on the seabeds to relax. The only difficult part (for those who may have problems with walking) is for sure that this resort is not directly built on the beach, and it takes approximately 10min by walking and steps to do. The structure is however buil amazing, also the one in wood built on the beach and I personally didn't find it so difficult (even if I am not a sporty person and don't walk much!

For sure as a suggestion for the future, we strongly recommend to improve internet in the rooms, but apart from this everything was perfect thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was flawless. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully designed with top-notch amenities, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Whether it was enjoying a peaceful day by the pool or taking part in one of the many activities available, every moment was enjoyable. The attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the staff made my stay even more special., and I can’t wait to return!
