I wanna start my review about the hotel that first of all should pay attention on the price. Like all hotels this hotel also has some nuances , BUT Hotel Siva Sharm has alive colourful coral reef with plenty fishes, turtles, moray eel, stingrays, has so short pantoon has convenient location - near to the airport , near to the Soho Square. In the hotel all restaurants (including Ala-cart), reception, all rooms - everything in one building. Would like to have more variety of food and more fruits, but you will not be hungry. There are meat, chicken, fish every day. And of course we would like to thank all the staff for the warm welcome. We really like this hotel and wonna back again as soon as possible

Everything was amazing from arrival to departure. There’s was here and there some attitude, and I’m a quite sensitive being, so that threw my mood a bit sometimes off, But in general this was the best all inclusive stay of my life in a resort. The resort is uniquely built and makes you feel like you stay in a castle. When I say the view is outstanding, I am not even close to describe the actual truth. It’s mesmerizing. The staff is incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The room service was amazing. I recommend the massage and spa 100%. I truly arrived to holiday after having a full body spa and massage and was able to relax. The private beach is small compared to the pool area, but the view and water is outstanding. Absolutely lovely place. Thank you so much for making sure that we have a wonderful and unforgettable stay.

I booked a room for my employee who had to fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Moscow. I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough. I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. I was aware of the hotel's crisis before checking in and was prepared for anything. Upon my arrival, the atmosphere initially seemed quite depressing. However, Amr and Ali at the front desk were helpful, providing information and directing me to lunch while my room was being readied. The lunch, consisting mainly of rice, grilled chicken, and salads, was not exceptional, but it was adequate. My interest in this hotel was not for the dining experience, but for the coral reefs, which were the most impressive I had seen on this trip, having compared five different hotels. My room was amazing, featuring a large balcony with a sea view, and it was just 45 seconds from the waters of the Red Sea—a truly fantastic proximity. At the Siva Sharm reef, I encountered mantas, turtles, morays, and an abundance of colorful fish. The animation was underwhelming, and the food had very limited variety and was the same every day. Half of the hotel was out of order, which gave it a slightly creepy vibe. At one point, I even thought I was in a mental hospital—long, empty corridors, very few people, and a deafening silence.

This hotel is honestly exceptional....the location is amazing and all the rooms are sea view which is very rare, it's very clean and the service is very quick The staff are always there to help you with a very friendly attitude and welcoming faces :) The food is tasty , you get to have all the options you need everyday even if it's a bit repetitive at times but it still is delicious and very convenient for the hotel's prices. The hotel is perfect! Big room, confortabile and big bed, big balcony facing to the sea. Big and nice swimming pool. Access to the sea and snorkelling . Facilities to go on trip on the sea, many offers. Party music in the evening . Quite room with very good sleep during the night. The staff really ok. Welcomed . Food was very delicious, every day different food. Billiard tables, piano and walking distance 1,4 km to Soho place. Good price . Amazing sea view !! Big hotel !!

Ther service is profissional and polite. The location is direct beside the water and walking distance to Soho Square. Free easy parking. I recommend the hotel and I would book again.

The wifi internet does not exist. I believe that adding wifi internet service would improve customer experience and even increase the satisfaction level.
