The staff were extra polite , from the receptionist to the housekeeping , the rooms were super clean , wide and comfortable , with all the amenities that you may need , food was excellent and every day there was a special dish to enjoy in the dinner but lunch need more variety to be honest, Pool and beach were clean and the drinks were great 👍 , animation team was super especially shika

The location of the beach is far from the hotel you have to take shuttle bus but that was OK for us , the sea is more suitable for diving more than swimming ., the restaurant must have wider area for clients to avoide the crowding

I had a great stay at Sunrise Remal. I travelled as a solo female and felt welcomed & taken care of by all the staff here. My room had a lovely view overlooking the pool, comfortable beds & pillows, with a nice hot shower too. The wifi works well around the hotel & the beach. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the beach, it runs all day so you don’t ever need to wait long. At the beach, the corals and fish are amazing so snorkelling is a must! There is a lovely new restaurant at the beach which stylish with lovely fresh burgers & chips. At the buffet there is fresh meat, fish and omelettes every day. The hotel is also located near Soho square if you want to venture out in the evenings. Overall a 10/10 and exceeded my expectations 😄

I did like everything by the hotel. There are the most amazing people working here. They all are worth a statue made of gold. Who ever I came in touch, were just as nice as they all are.. The hotel itself is a wonderful adventure. Basically, you can stay in the hotel all the time. You have access to all kinds of meals and drinks, including swimming pool, fitness room, and not less cleanliness. My very special greetings to Mr. Mohammed Ghunem. The very nice man of all time. The hotel was very clean, both in the restaurant and the grounds. Beautifully designed outside and lovely flowers. The reef was beautiful. Staff were always excited to share what they had seen on the reef that day. The hotel was smaller than others but I liked that. Our room had a lovely view of the pool, easy access and close to the restaurants. The staff were very friendly, big smiles and always there to help. We especially liked Mohamed who served us our drinks on the terrace outside at the main buffet. I would come back, had a very nice stay. I think it will be very good once they finish construction.

Noise on the beach due to construction. Music at the pool and on the beach was too loud, it should be peaceful. Animation kept us up one night as the music was so loud, the bass was vibrating our room. Had rabbits and chickens in a pen all day and night for Easter celebration which was strange and cruel. Not sure why that was necessary? Staff asked for good reviews

Beautiful resort! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a few requests, and they were all resolved swiftly. The facilities are nice, clean, and modern. We especially enjoyed the pool, the pool bar, and the shisha area. There is also a private beach with a bar, bathrooms, and a towel center. The reefs are wonderful there! A special thank you to the reception manager, Mohamed, for helping us with everything we needed, and to Filip for the darts contests 🙂

Best hotel i have visited to sunrise chain.....staff so friendly and helpful thanks to mr.shebl in reception for warm welcome and great offers.....hotel services and cuisines are perfect specially indian restaurant....coral reefs at beach are amazing with awesome biodiversity i think the best after ras Mohammed protectery....hotel flexibility in early chech in and late check out is so appreciated for booking guest....not last visit isa

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was great. The location is excellent, and all the amenities met our expectations. A special thank you to Ramy at the pool bar — he took care of us throughout our stay and made fantastic drinks every day. His friendliness and professionalism really made a difference. Thank you, Rami! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

One thing to be aware of is that the hotel seems to be quite popular among Russian tourists, so the overall vibe may reflect that. It didn’t bother us, but it’s good to know in advance.

This is probably the best hotel I have ever been to. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Sheml in the reception is always friendly and checks on everyone, Amr from housekeeping is very nice, Mostafa in the restaurant always makes sure you have everything you need, Haitham in the pool area always made sure I had a cocktail in my hand. There is a lot of CCTV cameras in the hotel so I always felt safe as a solo female traveller. Whenever you take a taxi/leave with someone, they get the name and number plate of the person who you left with. The beach is within walking distance but there is a free shuttle that can take you there within a few minutes. The Egyptian restaurant is really good, and they bring you a lot of different dishes to try. There is entertainment everyday in the evenings and sometimes in the afternoon as well. It felt more like a homely environment than a hotel. I will definitely be coming back here in future, and recommending it to anyone who visits Sharm El Sheikh.

The location. It's close to the airport, but it's also a 20 minute drive from the city centre. This means that you cannot just go out in the evening for a walk because there is nothing around this area, no restaurants or shops or anything. You have to take a taxi to get anywhere.

Everything, the hotel is awesom e, and Mr. Mohamed Abdelsalam from the reception management is very helpful and decent, as well as all the reception staff are very polite and helpful, specially Mostafa Hesham, I really am enjoying my stay in here!

Nothing, everything is great!

The hotel is very clean and cozy the stuff will make sure you have a wonderful time especially Mr.abdel Salam from the reception he contact us before arrival to make sure everything is good for us and also help us during our stay by responding to each and every request sometime he contacted us during the day to make sure that we have a wonderful stay a big shout out for him. The beach is perfect for snorkeling, and you have a variety of a la catre restaurant you have a to make a reservation a day before in the main restaurant the food is little bit repetitive but for a 4 star hotel it's perfect. Shika form the animation team is full of energy and will engage you in every activity only if you want. He has the sense to decide whether you want to engage or just relax. The sales team who offers trips will only offer to you one time and will not insist or come again and will leave you to relax. The night entertainment is good but they can do better. I can say it's the best 4-star hotel stay I've ever had and of course, will come again.
