The location is excellent right next to the beach and we were upgraded for free to a sea view room which was great for sunrises! There are multiple swimming pools so you always have space to relax and sometimes the whole pool to yourself. Our room cleaner, Mazhtar, was simply amazing, friendly and respectful - such a lovely man who made our day every morning. In addition, the private clinic at the hotel was brilliant dealing with fire coral stings and an infection. The food is just ok but overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Negatives - the hotel taxi service is a scam with the person on duty trying to charge us 5 times the price we ended up paying for a trip to the mosque (he started at $50 and we ended up paying $10). This taints the experience and we never used this service again. Also, room service is very poor when ordering food - average wait is 50 mins and we waited 1h45mins on one occasion. Finally, the agents selling the massages are very annoying even after you’ve already paid for one. Take note, that the masseurs are not trained to pay attention to sports injuries or healing after surgery so will massage everywhere despite instructions not to massage certain body parts as they don’t understand English.

How close is it to the beach, soho square, and other places.. basically you can out for a walk at night without getting worried sbout getting scammed by a taxi driver.

Near the beach and airport

Location is perfect, as close as you can get to the airport, beach front location, 5 mins walk from Soho Square. I've seen previous reviews both good and bad about the food but I didn't have any issues. There is a wide variety for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, which changes every day... OK, sometimes you might only find one or two things you like one day, but the next day you might find 20 you like... but everyone is different. But overall we were happy with the food. Entertainment included beach parties, foam pool parties, muaic and dancing, as well as Table tennis and pool facilities. They even show European football in the evenings for those who want to see the action! The best thing about this hotel was the price, I am sure there are better resorts in the area, but for the price, this place was definitely value for money. I must say the staff were brilliant as well, always happy to help - it was a pleasure to stay here

We went to the sister Sport Hotel next door once, i wouldn't recommend it unless you have kids that want to use the slides. The front hotel is definitely a lot nicer and I am glad we chose it. There are plenty of beds and parasols on the beach but the beach itself is not massive. The pool is 1.2m all over.. would have been nice to have a slightly deeper end but this is just a small point. You will be regularly asked if you want an excursion, use the spa, etc, etc, as you hang around the pool.. can get a bit annoying but just say straight away thay you are not interested and they will leave you.

Amazing Stay at Concord Resort – Highly Recommended! We spent four wonderful days at the Concord Resort in Sharm El Sheikh and were truly impressed. The resort is elegant, refined, and perfectly maintained. Everything — from the stylish design to the beautifully landscaped grounds — reflects a high level of care and quality. The location is stunning, and the services offered are excellent. We particularly appreciated the gym, which was well-equipped and clean — a real bonus for those who enjoy working out even on vacation. What made the experience truly special was the staff: always courteous, professional, and attentive. A special thank you goes to the maître of the Italian restaurant, Mimmo, who was exceptionally kind, attentive to every detail, and even spoke Italian, which made us feel especially welcome. Overall, we felt truly at ease and pampered throughout our stay. We would definitely return and recommend this resort to anyone looking for a classy, relaxing, and memorable getaway.

Nothing except maybe too much staff asking for extra services

Best food i had in all resorts I ve been in Egypt, the Italian chef Elisabetta makes a huge difference. The honeymoon package was a superb value, the staff is always friendly and helpful. If your room is sea or pool view with a short walk you can go anywhere. The extra services within the resort are great, we tried spa, photographer, excursions and beauty salons, just need to negotiate a bit with them with the price. The laundry is efficient and has a very reasonable cost. soho square is abt 7/8 min walk but they take you there directly on a golf car if you ask. Special thanks to all the amhed at the pool bar,

Both animations teams were just horrible. You only see em if you go to the beach, and they don’t do much anyhow, and around 23 when they try to get people to the disco outside the resort. Beside some professional dancers only from 20 to 21 there are pretty much no show at night. Also 0 sports, only occasionally (not even on a daily basis) beach volley but you must go at the sport hotel and be willing to play with some 6 years old kids. Premium sport channel from the room is often not working but they have conference room with a projector where they show the main game. Try to avoid the shops inside the resort, they over charge you. If it wasn’t for the animation team and lack of possibility to do sport at the front hotel I d given em a full 10 out of 10

Very nice territory, green and spacious, beautiful infinity pool (it was very cold in December). I was really lucky to be upgraded for a room with sea view. I also think in this part of the hotel, the rooms are a bit newer, my parents had a bit more tired room in the other end. A lot of food, a lot of choice, I just cannot understand anyone who complaints about the choice. Every day they had some new topic, for example, Asian, and then made some kind of variation of rolls and Beijing duck, not really authentic but I appreciated the effort. There was some fish, but yes, no seafood only for additional pay. But it was impossible not to find something that one would like, also vegetarian options and special options for diabetics. Always lots of fruits and vegetables. We also walked to the sport hotel nearby and checked dinner there for a change, they had outside grill. I am not so keen on animation but I also participated in some Latina dances, Pilates and step aerobics. There was a show every evening that also did not repeat for the time I was there. The gym very spacious and also ok-ish equipped, I enjoyed it.

Everything that I do not like about all-inclusive hotels: alcohol is always bad, a lot of staff everywhere that controls what you do and where you go. The beach is closed after the sunset and you cannot walk there. I understand that is for my own safety but I am just annoyed but this constant control. There is a coral reef belonging to the hotel but surely you cannot swim further away, one has to stay within 50 meters. There are late night parties at the neighboring hotels but everything was silent after 23, so actually no complaints.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. I especially want to mention ElHussein, the manager at the reception—he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a big difference. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and kind. Thanks to ElHussein and the whole team, we felt genuinely cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
