I was in Sharm for a diving holiday (and you MUST use Elite Divers when you are there - https://www.elite-diving.com). So I needed a comfy bed, good shower and bedroom door that locked. The hotel delivered this excellently. The old "La Perla" Hotel with a lick of paint, the Manager (Sayed) runs a tight ship - with young staff who are willing and enthusiastic. Sure the air con in my room is a little noisy, and maybe not as cold as you would expect, but this is a quibble! It is fantastic value for money, and I will definitely be staying again!

There was nothing not to like. The hotel met every need and expectation I had of my stay.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating! My parents are staying there also and they were always willing to help which is very much appreciated. The rooms are freshly painted and it looks more updated. Pools are clean and was happy to swim there and enjoy some sun. It’s great that they have free transportation to/from the beach and free sun beds once you’re there. I enjoyed the outside dinner they did, with some entertainment. I’m not sure how often they do this but should make it more as it gives good vibes with all the guests. It’s good value for your money and the extra things they do make it an even better experience. Overall I enjoyed my short stay and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for affordable place and still enjoy the hotel. Thank you to the hotel staff who have been so kind.

The plugs in the room and are outdated and should be changed for safety, curtains could be changed, mini fridge also and better drainage for the shower. I think they should use glasses and cups, instead of plastic/paper cups and also replace the plates as it’s chipped a lot of them. The reception area is very hot during the day and it’s a shame because it would be more pleasant if you could hangout there and maybe have some drinks.

Nice staff. Highly recommended if you are on budget. They offer large room a nice pool and bar at lobby.

The very best perfect hotel in Sharm el Sheikh! Very quiet, clean, good prices. Centrally located. The rooms are very large with big balconies! Two pools, very delicious fresh food and drinks, big lobby with nice sitting areas, a billard table. Great professional service, assistance and help from the friendly reception. There’s two times per day a free shuttle to the beach and back. Opposite the street there‘s a shopping center, Arafa. I kindly recommend the Arafa restaurant. I heartly recommend this hotel heartly to all travelers. I will choice again the El Khan hotel on my next visit to Sharm el Sheikh.

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel are a 10, special mention for Said at reception and Ahmed for leaving always a very clean and decorated room, i would repeat with no doubt,i can't judge the food as I haven't eat here, but im super satisfied, Free wifi arriving to room and all over the hotel is a rare gem in Sharm, for this reason, quality price it will be difficult to find a better option in Sharm than this hotel

They are offering pretty much space for the price, welcoming drink, staff is very nice and positive, some pools around. Not far away from sea and center. I was satisfied.

Crazy amount of mosquitos in my room, don't know where they come from, I didn't left door opened or something.

**Best Hotel in Sharm!** Sayeed and his colleagues are the best receptionists I have ever come across. They are always ready to help. I initially booked this hotel for just one day as I hadn’t researched much about Sharm and thought one day would be enough. However, Sayeed went above and beyond by helping me find a one-day excursion to ras al Mahoummad for the next day, even after I had checked out. It turned out to be an amazing experience! They also provided me with early check-ins and were always helpful with my travel-related queries. The location is conveniently close to all the tourist attractions. I would definitely book here again if I visit Sharm in the future. Thank you so much, Sayeed, for all your help during my stay!

The hotel has very friendly staff especially Mr Saeed and Shaadi were always so helpful and worked hard during a very busy time for the conference I was there for. The bar staff always so kind and lovely to my 2 year old son who loved running around the lobby area. The location was also really good and accessible to the Old Market area and had public transport to take into the centre. We also loved some of the restaurants they had around the hotel within a few minutes of walking there is a lovely Einstein Kaffe and also McDonald's and chemist's etc around as well as supermarkets.

Although the rooms were so big and we liked that the pools were clean every day but they were very cold water so we couldn't swim in it. We also would recommend that the hotel updates it's furniture and bedding with abit more nice new decor as well as the bathrooms. Some of the tiles and paint needed redoing but other than that for a budget hotel it really was the customer service which made a difference. The breakfast was also okay with fresh omelette options and some hot food but a few more hot food choices would have been ideal.
