Me and my friend came to this hotel for the second time because we had loved the hospitality of the staff, location and atmosphere last year. Special thanx to friendly and kind Shaban and his tall colleague at the restaurant. They even remembered us being thee again. This hotel is small, older but well kept and very peaceful with great coral - just what we appreciate on our holiday. We would surely come back again.

We had room 1116 which could use shower updating, as well as the noisy AC. The plastic glasses at the beach bar could be replaced, too. We loved the food, but we missed more hummus and my friend would appreciate more Egyptian folclore and traditional dances in the evening program. Room cleaning was o.k., but the floor seemed to never have been mopped during our stay. Plenty of noisy russians also didnt add to the tranquil atmosphere.

It is location is amazing ww had a car so it was really close to the old market; Heaven Church and Naema Bay; soho square definitely worth visiting. The hotel has a coral reef beach with snorkeling right at the door; the all inclusive package is really good; the buffet has lots of variety and the food tastes good; the stuff are friendly and cooperative; great value of money they offered me free room upgrade with pool view and access to their 5 star sister hotel

I was injured by a surgeon fish while i was at beach; so please take care and don’t get close to fish

The staff were absolutely excellant. Friendly, polite and so hard working... As a first time solo traveller I was so nervous but they quickly put me at ease. The room was cleaned to perfection.. Mohammed, the supervisor was so nice and made sure everything was ok with the room. The boy that cleaned my room (2323) needs a special thank you as well, as it was perfect. Ahmed in the pool bar...always with a smile even in the heat was such a lovely, genuine guy and made time for everyone. And the waiters, chefs in the Aloha restaurant were just so nice with smiles always ( even though I feel they were over worked.). I didn't have much contact with the lady from Guest Relations. However, when I did talk to her at the pool, she didn't seem interested in listening to me. Maybe a bad day. 🤷‍♀️ I work in tourism and can be critical and know how difficult it can be working in the heat but I have nothing other to say negatively about this place. I'll definitely be back. I loved it !!!.

Just 1 day the evening food just wasnt as good as other days. Was probably just me being difficult but i just opted for freshly made pasta that day and it was georgous. But there was always plenty of options available...Would have loved more Egyptian food though.

The accommodation was much better than we expected. The room was quiet, peaceful and cleaned every day. The meals were very tasty, you could eat everything with confidence. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and attentive, we thank them very much for their work during our stay. All we did all day was eat and drink! :) The hotel has its own beach with beautiful coral reefs. Besides all this, if you need anything (extra water, medicine, etc) there is a bazaar just a few minutes from the hotel. We will definitely be back! :)

We chose the hotel for the location, in order to spend our time snorkeling. The hotel is perfectly situated with its own beach featuring a dock out to its own access to coral reef. It was fabulous! The beach was also great, in that it had varied views and heights, as well as plenty of available loungers and umbrellas during our stay. The staff was very accomodating. We arrived in the middle of the night and were immediately upgraded to a "5 Star" facility at Amphoras Beach. It was very large, but seemed run down, needed cleaning, and had chipped drinking glasses, and many other broken doors, drawers, etc. We requested and were moved the next day to smaller, but more functional and cleaner, room later in the morning we arrived. It corresponded to the room we had originally booked. We had originally chosen Blu over Beach because of the reviews, but we ended up remaining at Beach and were otherwise very pleased with the location, the ordinary and rather bland (but plentiful and "safe") food. We had few drinks, but many coffees throughout our stay.

Food variety and seasonings (at least, on the side so one could add them) need expanding. Otherwise, other than our first night-room, we are very satisfied and likely to return to enjoy more snorkeling!

Hotel was good for its price. It has a good pool and lots of programs. It's built on a big area. It has lots of buildings which contains couple of rooms in each. It was quiet enough and walking on the resort area was peaceful. Service personal was kind. Foods were average for me. Resort area is ok. You can reach to Naama beach or old city via Taxi. (Use the taxis outside of the hotel)

1-) It doesn't have sand beach. Photos may be misleading. 2-) Receptionists are not kind. We went to Cairo tour and I lost my wallet on the tour bus. When I came to reception at 3AM, they asked me $4 for keycard. I said I lost my wallet but they said it's the rule and they show me a paper which has not latin alphabet lol. I asked credit card from my friends and it worked thanksfully. Next day tour company found my wallet and bring to me. I gave back them keycard and asked refund. They said they cannot do it because I paid with CC lol. That was a shame!

Personnel was so kind and helpful. Mohamed from reception took care of our check-in and he was helpful if we had a problem. Entertainment guys are very good guys and they are so funny. Ninja Ahmad knows what he is doing. He is the king of entertainment. Lucka and Sam are also great guys. I would come back just for these guys.

This place is a really great pick, especially for this money. The resort park is beautiful and well maintained, situated on a faint slope towards the sea. The rooms are clean and big enough, even having your own terrace. Bed and pillows are also great. Only the shower was a bit fragile, but the beam is ok and the water warm as you like. Dinner is great and no worry about food poisoning here. Lots of variety of dishes, vegetables, meat, fish, and...sweets. Coffee is good too. Drinks are for free, incl. alcoholic. Staff is very correct and friendly. English could be better, but it's enough to get there. This hotel is also eco-friendly. It makes a lot of effort to save on electricity and fresh water. Tip: I asked for a quiet room near the dinner and reception. This saves you from a lot of noise from the evening entertainment (daily 21h-23h). It also saves you from walking uphill in the heat to the diner everytime (the entertainment area is near the swimming pool and seaside).

One of the best hotels in sharm el sheikh , The receptionist were very professional, thanks to Mohamed and Mahmoud, they were always available and kind . For the restaurant , meals were very delicious and a lot of varieties everyday Specially the oriental side and the barbecue, thanks so much to the Head waiter Sig. Magdy for his kind welcoming everyday with his lovely staff , waiter Shaaban , Mostafa and Mohab , i still remember their names because they let us feel like home . Our compliment to the chef Ashraf Fathy that was very professional He was supervising the food himself ,their were a lovely chefs who made the live pasta or eggs . The housekeeper also were always available and everyday they always kept the room cleaned and full of everything we need it . The pool was fantastic with warm water in January, beach full of corals for who likes snorkeling, . The animation team was very sweet, thanks to Faroon , and the DJ . We will come back sure .
