Do not look for the richness of Turkish cuisine for breakfast. location is considered central. The tall clerk, ahmet at the reception was very helpful and friendly. He supported us by answering every question we had.

My friend accidentally knocked over the table and the glass on the table broke. That evening, we were told that there was no problem, but if I remember correctly, the person called Amir asked us for 30 dollars for the glass the next day, and we said we would not pay it and reduced it to 10 dollars. A glass is never worth 30 dollars. If that table's glass costs 30 dollars, how can they reduce it to 10 dollars? Also, why did they ask us for extra money when they said there was no problem?

We were on vacation with my fiance. We stopped by at 2 am. We were met at the reception by a fair-haired boy. He spoke Russian. He told and explained everything to us. He was polite and always smiling. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. He offered us something to eat. Very attentive. Simply great! I liked Said, who cleaned the rooms. Cleans very clean. I always wondered if we needed anything. He smiled and did his job well. He also made us beautiful figures out of towels. The room was always clean and there was always bottled drinking water. He's just great! Mohamed, who worked at the bar near the pool and slides. He makes very tasty drinks. Although I don't drink heavily alcoholic drinks, he mixed the alcoholic drinks so that it was pleasant to drink. The soft drinks were also very tasty. He is a master of his craft. I drank every cocktail of his with pleasure! The staff at the hotel is simply top notch. The staff at the water slides are always cheerful and smiling. Also, a boy named Pharaoh is an excellent animator, he is fun and always lifts your spirits! It was always a pleasure to spend time in the pool! Music is playing and it's fun! Pizza, fries and burgers were crushed near the pool at 12:30. It was delicious. Never be hungry. At 16:00 you could eat ice cream. There was new ice cream every day, as well as pancakes and scones. The chefs in the restaurant prepared delicious food! There was always a lot of food and it was different! You will never go hungry. Many types of buns, salads, and also delicious pasta. Grilled meat perfectly cooked! Many types of sweets and fruits! There is also always fish and chicken. If you don't eat meat, there is always something vegetarian. The staff always cleared away dirty plates and did a good job! The sea was not so far away. We walked. You could also take a bus to the sea. It only takes 2 minutes to drive and they can pick you back up. But we preferred to walk to the sea and go to local shops.

Our room overlooked the garden. And this room could use a new renovation. But since we spent little time in the room, this was not a problem. And everything we needed was present there.

I recently booked 3 rooms at Ampharos Aqua Park hotel and had an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts amazing facilities that cater to every need. Amenities,Hotel condition need some improvement

As a solo traveler this hotel was absolutely very fantastic option for me all inclusive for a very fantastic price. It was short walk to the beach. You can enter 2 beaches 1 beach is from restaurant with lovely view of the sea and 2 beach is amphoras aqua beach. Hotel is only 5min drive to Farsha coffe -> what I recommend to everyone visit. Also old town is not far from hotel with a lot of shops and restaurants. Next to hotel is supermarket and few shops so you can buy what ever you need from T-shirt souvenirs , personal care soft drinks etc. taxis are super cheap.

Little bit old furniture but for that price and all inclusive it was acceptable and the bed was super comfortabe as a sun beds 👌

The hotel is simple but fun in the morning After the aqua is over, no more shows and youd need to take the shuttle for the shows in amphoras blue One of the amazing stuff was Mahmoud Dahy from the cleaning service as that he was so helpful and caring for your stay

Alot of the employees they give dirty looks if you have your family which was one of the most bad influences into the hotel and i would not consider coming back cause of the dirty looks if you have your family with you

Nice cute hotel. Great value for the price. Rooms are big, clean, with large comfortable beds. Two pools, one with water slides. Variety of food, and it was delicious (although the food is leaning to be more egyptian, there always was something to choose for not lovers of that type of cusine). The best thing about hotel is staff. All friendly, attentive, went an extra mile in service. Have to mention restaurant waiter Karim, Bar waiter Mohamed and Bar manager Karam. Entertainment staff at the pool were also great and helpful.

Do not go to the Naema bay, even though hotel offers free shuttle service to there, but there is no point to go, the place is newly built only for turists, pricy and nothing to see. Instead go to Old market (Suq el qadima), with the magnificent mosque, interesting waterfalls, huge caffe built in rocks... Much more to see.

Everything was amazing especially Mr Ahmed galal who makes me satisfy I'll give the hotel 10/10 but I gave them 9

I had a terrible experience with this hotel as I booked from booking.com for All inclusive and when I came he told me that my reservation is Soft all inclusive although they didn't mention that on the booking.com but he told me because I'm Egyptian !!!!!!!! But If I'm foreigners from aboard it will be hard all inclusive !!! And the same price I paid us dollars like the foreignrs but this is racialism . So be careful and ask before go .

We loved this hotel. The location is good, 6 minutes to the sea. In addition, there are several free bus routes to the beach. The beach has its own corals, they are wonderful. The beach will not be suitable for children under 7 years old. There was enough food, there was always something to choose for your taste. The pastries are great. All the staff are friendly and we felt very satisfied. Our cleaner Husien took good care of our room and created pleasant surprises for us: flowers and figures made of towels. The first few days there was no natural coffee in the main restaurant.

The staff was very helpful. All inclusive package has alot of snacks, drinks, ice cream etc. The management was very well organised. Good location.

The cleanliness could have been improved. Also the shuttle timings for beach could be a bit more frequent.
