The beds you can just sleep for hours :) super clean amazing staff especially front desk extremely helpful

The food did make us ill the food outside of the hotel was great didn’t make us sick at all same food in the buffet every day would be nice to have a change

I loved staying at the resort. Everyone was so helpful! We got there earlier than the usual check-in. They got our bags gave us the bracelets, and we enjoyed lunch and the beach up until 2 when we checked in. I had asked for one of the renovated rooms and once we got there we got upgraded to one. They escorted us to the room in a golf cart and OMG, so beautiful. The entertainment team, both Italian (Bartolomeo and Angelo) and foreign (Anastasia and Inora), was extra welcoming - they always have something planned even way into the night. At the beach, you'll definitely bump into either Mohammed or Deno from the Cinderella Eldawley diving center. They can offer you some deals (you have to work for it tho) to enjoy some great excursion (that you can also find though GetYourGuide.com). We booked a snorkeling tour on the El Bana Royal boat (the crew, the food, the view was just amazing). Don't forget to stop and see Gennarino to snatch some perfumes before you leave. They have certain activities that have set days - the Egyptian night, karaoke, movie night, sports day etc. Too bad our stay was short! Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno :)

The only downside to it was that you had to walk quite a bit to get to and from places and you didn't always know everything that was going around but in such a resort I think that's quite expected.

There was enough variety in the meals.

Even though everything was included, there were always personnel-related problems with pizza. The staff gives whole pizzas to some customers. He even divides a small slice into three and gives it to some customers in a funny way. Even though we said there were 3 of us, he didn't want to give it and actually gave us less than a slice. But he also gives a full pizza to some customers. I can understand why he gives less due to intensity. But not treating all customers equally is unacceptable.

Clean, food was good, good location, got upgraded to the newer rooms for free which was really kind of the staff.

Staff were all lovely apart from one of the cleaners who turned quite rude after asking us to exchange some money for him which was USD and we’re from England so it was of no use to us. Food was a bit repetitive although was nice and drinks at the bars were flat

The location is very nice. The area and the room was clean (we had a superior-newly refurbished room). Distances are not big, can easily walk everywhere. Slides are great, the coral reef is a must see. Several pools are there, 1 is heated. Plenty of bars available, good services. For kids there is a miniclub, playground there is minidisco every night. Free evening shuttle service to Naama Bay. Overall it's a great place, and if the negative experiences explained would be taken into consideration and being corrected, it would become even better.

Regarding food you have quite a few options, but it doesn't really varies. Mainly meat/fish/vegetables in some sauce. Lacking international food. Grill, pasta and occasionally hamburger and chicken nuggets, that's about it. Due to the fact , that the majority of the guests are Russian and Ukranian, animation and most programs are concentrating on them. Also there are quite a few Italian guests, with their own animation team. All other guests have to find their own ways really. It would be good to explain to new guests how the room card works, that it also closes the door. A lot of people doesn't know that (we were shown by the housekeeper), and late night or early morning you hear people slamming doors thinking that's the only way to close them.

The room was very clean and the room service cleans it every day Food was very good , delicious and variable Coffee machines were clean and the coffee tasted good love it actually

Pools need to be much bigger

Everything was perfect in that hotel. Beach is amazing. Restaurant contains tousands of options to eat, workers have smiling face and helper. Especially special thanks to Muhammed (who seen on the first photo) If he is at reception when you check in be sure that your holiday starts at that point. He has a smilinh face an very kind young man. You can go diving, safari and boat trip for extra activities. Actually ı don't think to get a holiday in my country (Turkey) anymore.

All stuff was friendly except the orient bar staff seemed to be bored every time we visited the bar for food or drink

Very enjoyable holiday, accommodation excellent.

Disappointed by poorly cooked food, some days difficult to fine something to eat. Simple things like potatoes were almost raw and not fit to eat. We had to be careful with the meat as it was cold on some days, the soup also was not hot enough on some days. It seemed the chefs didn't seem to know even the basics about cooking. The service staff did their best.
