Excellent location. The beach with corals and cliffs, right on the hotel grounds, was the main reason we chose to stay at this hotel. And we didn't regret it. Very good value for money, if you take into account the location and the convenience of having a beautiful and exotic beach with cliffs and corals right on the hotel grounds. We loved the pools and the bird sanctuary. We spent a good few minutes every day listening to and watching the birds.

The food at the restaurant could be better. There was a lot of variety but very little flavor. The only thing I really liked were the meatballs, falafel and mashed potatoes, which were very tasty. But when we ordered room service, the food tasted much better. So we stopped eating at the restaurant and started ordering only in our room. We only had breakfast at the restaurant.

We visited Sharm in February and we stayed a week. Mom and I would like to Thank Abdullah and Ayman from the Andalusia Restaurant. They treated us so kindly always with a smile a moment to chat. Also, special mention to Hussain from Housekeeping, he made our rooms every day and always left a cute ‘sculpture’ with towels! Karim from the pool was excellent! Food was so varied most of the days and the buffet was nice, cakes lovely! The beach side was phenomenal, that’s why I choose this resort above anything else!

Too many staff don’t speak basic English and WiFi was a bit on and off at times, but to be fair I was happy about it as I detoxed from internet at the beach!

This is my second time at this resort, but the first time was better. All the staff in the reception are excellent, especially Mina in the reception, Mr. Mosher in the restaurant, Mina in the bar, Abram and Philo in the lobby, and Ahmed in cleaning the rooms are more than wonderful. My only problem in the resort was that the driver of the car was talking. With us in an inappropriate manner, and during my entire stay, I used to walk to the sea when going up and down, and he was late for us, and when he saw us, he evaded us. It was difficult to get up and down to the sea, and I thank all the workers, except for this driver.

The driver of the boarding car who took people from Vacation to the beach when he saw us was evading us. His behavior was in our first meeting with him. He told us that the car had a problem. After 5 minutes, it would start. After 10 minutes, I told him when should we move. He told me when some people came, the car had no problem. This driver was a liar and his behavior was different. It is appropriate for visitors. I ask the hotel management to follow this position because it is difficult for us to go up and down to the sea. Thank you.

The pool is clean. The food was very good and the restaurant staff were very helpful.

The staff of room service and luggage delivery were crudely hinting for tips. The Aquapark was not diverse and some were completely out of service. .

Everything was simply amazing, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Nabil was super helpful and made our stay so much better. Hany was also great and cleaned the room even when we didn’t request it.

The food was a bit boring but nothing that actually affected our general opinion on the hotel.

nice hotel, 4 stars so fresh water in the room and cleaning every day. The beach the same as the dream beach hotel, the territory is combined. The breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant buffet is nice, same as the dream beach hotel next to it. area is with a coral reef so nice for snorkeling.

The room floor was not that clean. The toilet was not splashing water one day, but was fixed the same day. the door key was opening only from the 10th attempt, they tried to fix it but could not. you need to walk 10 min to the next hotel territory to get to the beach. twice within 5 days there was no power for 30 min in the morning (that means no lights/water/wifi). and they just forget things - shampoo was brought only on day 3, before that I got only conditioner and shower gel), small boxed juices that they usually offer for free were brought on day 2. the water is nice but when windy - lots of garbage (bags/cups) in the water. overall, for a short stay - to many problems, I would say.

First of all I'd like to thank the hotel for my nice stay there! Maybe it wasn't completely perfect, but, in general, I enjoyed my time and I'm grateful to all the hotel workers who made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Here's what I liked the most: - a simple, but quite nice and cozy room; - a neaty territory with plenty of tobacco flowers which smelled delightfully at the evening; - blossoming trees of fantasy forms; - lovely birds sometimes comming to graze on the hotel lawns; - simple but nutritious breakfast at the clean and quite spacious restaurant area. But my deepest appreciation's for an absence of screaming music by the pool and on the beach. This point is extremely important for me (and for other citizens of big cities, especially for hard working ones, I presume). Thank you very much for the possibility to listen to sounds of the sea and wind! The language barrier and culture differences sometimes led to some misunderstandings, but by mutual efforts all misundertandigs were resolved positevly, and none of them were really awful. Ah, I wish I knew more about the East, about Egypt itself, and understood the language better. Though I prefer staying in private appartments rather than hotels while travelling, I consider this hotel as an alternative. On one hand, this option provides less solitude and privacy (that's a disadvantage for me), but, on another hand, there is no need to spend your time for breakfast cooking (quite an advantage, in my opinion).

There being a road reconstraction right beside the hotel during my stay. It didn't make me happy due to noise and dust sometimes, but it didn't disturb a lot to be honest, although I'm quite sensitive person to such things. I slept very well in my room with the balcony doors shut, and spent the most of the days on the beach - that's why. Btw, such road reconstractions are all over the whole Sharm now. Seems, it's some giant project or something. My last night I were severely bitten by mosqitous, although I used anti-mosqitos device that night as well as during other nights. Why so? I don't know. Maybe they got stroger because of the seasons changing. So, to bring a couple of the devices will be a good decision, I suppose, or to buy the local ones.

The staff was AMAZING, they were so nice with us, they were very welcoming, paid attention to us, to what we needed. The hotel is very big with its beautiful pools and room. The food was great, special words for Aymen at the buffet, he always took care of us, asked if everything was fine. Also, Ala Mohammed the housekeeper, he was extremely nice, did a very nice job, and was welcoming as well. (Pictures of what we found on our bed everyday) Thank you to Abdrahmen, Mina and bilili at the reception who always paid attention to us. At the pool Kareem Eid was also very welcoming, he paid attention to everyone and was very nice.

The staff was great, especially Ayman in the dinning room. Snokleing was good, although it would be better if the other pier was fixed. Food was nice with a lot of variety especially the grilled steak and fish. Hotel manager was very helpful. He changed our room immediately when it it was discovered that there was a with the shower. He even called us later to check if the new room was good. Very attentive and professional. The tour company was also very professional and returned our money when our was canceled. In all, we would recommend this resort and would stay there again.

We think that they could set up a self-serve expresso station in the dinning area. The coffee was a bit old.
