I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is nice enough. I love the kiddie pool, the playground although simple, the kids loved it! They had lifeguard all day for the pool which was great in my eyes. The selection of food was alright, but a bit repetitive. A couple of cons: we had all inclusive and we would get drinks served in the tiniest plastic cup, it would vary, sometimes in a tiny bit bigger plastic cup. Coffee in a paper cup. I like my coffee on a mug. We felt judge when we would ask for drinks, they would speak in their language, asking for an omelet was the hardest thing, I would ask for everything and two ingredients would get added, didn’t matter how I tried, then the next person would come along and they would get everything. I was so baffled. Wasn’t sure if it’s because I was a woman? Some of the staff were great, while others make you feel uncomfortable, not just me being a woman but the husband of my friend also, when he would go ask for drinks. Just didn’t feel right. Not welcomed. The beds were a bit on the hard side, first night it was so uncomfortable for me. But by the end of our stay I had gotten used to it. We didnt like that breakfast ended @9:30am, although they had continental until 12pm.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—everything you need is just steps away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant, with plenty of exciting activities to keep you entertained.

the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and frequently disconnected, which made staying connected a challenge. Additionally, the shuttle buses to the beach and nearby cities were outdated and lacked air conditioning, which made transportation uncomfortable at times.

The staff was very helpful, always responding quickly to our requests and really tried hard to make sure we were comfortable. We were there for New Years Eve. The staff organized an amazing evening with typical foods and entertainment with seating around the pool, going above and beyond. The pools and gardens are clean and well kept. Nice sun beds around the pools. Mattress was comfortable. Ping pong table and Pool table were fun for the kids. Great massages and Hammam. Reef beach, 10min walk away was very nice - spacious, good snorkeling, bar/restaurant service, clean bathrooms. Shuttle every evening to Old town to Namam Bay shopping district.

Sliding door facing pool to our suite was a bit broken - I felt like someone could easily break-in. The bathroom and room in general has poor lighting. Rooms are a bit outdated. Taxi service in the hotel is over priced.

The staff is great. Very kind and helpful. This makes the hotel much better than fancier hotels ive stayed in. Im a frequent returning guest and each time i find it great. The atmosphere is a family like warm and welckming. There are animation activities for all ages. The swimming pool is not very big but large enough. Personally i have food allergies so my food is served to my room. I really like this hotel.

Personally i have a problem with the price that rose several times in the last 2 years and for ne has become quite costly. Buts thats me.

Nice cozy hotel, quite similar to 4stars hotels around. Food was tasty, nice wine for the dinner.

We have arrived before NY and payed triple price for the night 30-31. But besides that we already payed for “all inclusive” personal on the reception tried to make us pay 65euros per person for the NY dinner + animation. That actually was included! They said that we Donna be left without dinner and need to go out of the hotel if we don’t pay!! They definitely tried to scam us and it left bad taste that spoiled celebration. But we decided to stay longer because besides that everything was fine.

Basically, I like Falcon hills a lot. They do all their best for the guests. It was my 3rd time here, perfect as usual! Very good value for the price) Everything is always exceptionally clean: room, surrounding, pools, etc All the staff are very hospitable. Rooms are a bit old but everything works and, again, clean) Food is good. Diving club Pirates inside the hotel is the best one) As a female solo traveller I feel totally safety here.

Seems like past year there were more meat food. But mb I am wrong.

Rooms were exceptional as usual and the staff as well, very friendly and helpful from hotel manager to house keeping. Food quality was good but taste been better in previous stays. Had an issue with AC that was fixed and room was upgraded for the inconvenience. Best value for money in sharm elshiekh by far.

The Animation team was rude and not friendly at all, were basically doing nothing all day except chat you up if you are a foreigner to sell you excursions and even then they are not very friendly and noticed people complaining about as well. I stayed here before a couple of years before and it was amazing not like now. AC's most of the time have issues even after checking it, hotel beach isnt that great honestly

The hotel was just as we expected. I would like to thank all the staff — they were all very helpful and friendly. The food was satisfying and suited our taste well. If you're planning to join the tours, keep in mind that a good amount of your time will be spent outside the hotel. The animation team was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

Breakfast could be improved.

・Hot water wasn't available most of the time ・2 glasses were provided but there's no tea spoon & kettle in the room ・The ceiling light in the bathroom was really dark ・Very limited buffet breakfast menu. Nearly half of the pastries are sugarcoated ・WiFi wasn't reliable most of the time ・Could literally hear the showering and flushing noise from next door (due to the connecting door?) ・Room interior reminds me of the 80's or 90's design

The food was good, excellent personal, for the price we paid was everything good

We booked all inclusive, but we should pay extra money for included alcohol ( it was not written anywhere what kind of ALL INCLUSIVE we are taking) and then, on reception was a surprise that we have to pay.
