The staff were excellent. Mr Rauof on reception was very helpful. Security man also friendly and helped me get taxis. Restaurant staff excellent. Food was a little repetitive but in the main fine .

One man who was the senior waiter was extremely unfriendly and on one occasion even shouted at me for asking for something not on the buffet . This was witnessed by his manager who apologized to me so I hope he dealt with the situation. I don't go to hotels to be shouted at and I still can't believe he did it . Shane .

We spend with with my wife 4 days with half board service in the hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful special thanks to Raouf the receptionist who provide us very good room. The freely provided Palma Beach by the hotel is spectacular, the coral reef for snorkelling is incredible. The garden of the hotel is very well maintained and beautifully. The food is better that we expected. We recommended to visit one time to El Fanar Beach the entrance fee is 150EGP / person but coral reef is incredible.

Everything is clean but the bathroom and the furniture soon need some renewal. The shuttle bus to the beach go at 9:30 and come back at 13:30, I winter is OK but in the sumer season this is not enough.

There was nothing I didn't like...seriusly!

Lots of amenities with an affordable spa. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Very close to awesome snorkeling spots. Conveniently located to a mini market. I would absolutely book here again next time I'm in Sharm.

The included beach access was kind of confusing, but again, has some of the best snorkeling - they provided a free bus shuttle at 9am.

Rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and have a nice balcony. Meals are tasty and the service is excellent. Bar is well stocked with good service, pool table and TV. Pool is very clean and well looked after. Also a pool bar. Good location for snorkeling and swimming with daily bus to the beach. Taxis right outside the hotel. Also convenience store. Dive shop across the road. All the staff are great and so so warm and friendly. The day manager Mohamed Aziz could not do enough for us. He made us so welcome. The night manager Raoulf also was great and very helpful.

We only bought the room, but there are also options including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some days we also had the opportunity to try their food. The food was quite adequate for the price, although some items were not fresh. The hotel's pool was quite big and sufficient, there was also towel service. The hotel has an agreement with 2 beaches and there is a shuttle service here every morning. We went to the sandy beach and we were very satisfied. Employees are very friendly. Rooms are big, clean and with balcony.

No wifi except in the lobby. Also, there is no air conditioning in the lobby. We had some trouble while waiting for a taxi etc. Also some food was bot fresh.

Chief is 1A man. Booking.com said i paid, while hotel didn't saw that. I checked that at bank 2 days later, and there was no payment done. Booking.com was not helpful (to call them on some number abroad, while am abroad too - money would be gone) i would spent 50€ on phone doing nothing. Chief didn't know i will pay later, he was OK'ed with previous situation. Real payment was done. Situation: Booking.com failed (Open Viber calls, or free phone) CEO of Viva Sharm: top behaviour he showed Breakfast at 7:00 on...all for great even for Vegans. Salads etc. Arabian was great. Best, they drive at 9:30 to the bech, Cuba beach, with top Coral reef and Temple beach. They pick you up at 13:30. All free. Coffee free in pub. Breakfast as well. Didn't try their launch and dinner, too much food. Market is 300 m from Hotel.
