The staff were very friendly especially at the front desk. The private beach has a snorkelling area with a beautiful and really impressive reef (even compared to a boat trip we did days before where we stopped at a reef in the middle of the Red Sea). The food was very tasty and there was a great selection (although they could work on their desserts). The entertainment team were friendly and nice.

The property was a bit outdated. The furnishings in the bathroom were old, the shower head didn’t work very well and the water sometimes had issues where it would come out either very hot or very cold and nothing in between. That said, they were renovating the rooms in the next block over from ours, so we might have caught them just before ours were to be renovated too). There was only free WiFi in the lobby (it costs €6 a day in the rooms I think). The swimming pools and sun loungers had visible wear and tear and haven’t been updated in quite a while. The cocktails weren’t great (the mojito was basically rum with a green syrup added). The juice at breakfast was not fresh.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Special mention for Sobhi at the beach bar. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. It was low season so we never felt crowded anywhere. Food buffet is very good but specialty restaurants are even better at no extra cost except for drinks. We truly took advantage of these specialty restaurants for the every meal.

For the all inclusive drinks, manage your expectations in respect to wine and beer selection. Only Egyptian wine in bags was available and one type of beer on tap, lager served in small glasses (6 oz). Internet is definitely very bad. Only available in main lobby at very low speed. Definitely buy locally a SIM card for data. Much cheaper and faster.

As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the resort. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating my early check-in, and even upgrading my room when they noticed I was traveling alone, which was a thoughtful gesture. The entertainment team and chefs were always cheerful and provided great recommendations to enhance my experience. The food was delicious and varied, and the room was impeccably clean with attention to small details. Both the bars and the beach were excellent, with the chance to swim among fish in the beautiful sea. The resort is expansive, with clean pools and fantastic evening events that shouldn’t be missed. I highly recommend bringing a snorkeling mask for an even better experience.

the internet is not free

Seaside absolutely. You can see all the reefs comparing with ras muhammed diving activity. I think hotels reefs are better than that. Staff is okay. You can get what you want. Also the entertainment crew is the best. They know how to entertain people. Last thing the receptionists are very helpful. We’re really appreciated.

There’s no free WiFi in the property. You should buy one and I don’t think it’s worth it. The hotel is old and needs a renovation. Foods must be improved, but don’t worry you’re gonna find something to eat. Chefs gonna help you.

1- the food quantity and quality has a special advantage. I think it is the second best place you will find food in after heaven 2- all staff are so welcoming Special thank to Mr Ahmed in the reception and Mr Reda in the large buffet restaurant. 3- large hotel area is an advantage (because of the large diverse of places you can stay in)

Large hotel area is a disadvantage also ( because of the large workout you should do every day between terrace and beach). I suggest to make a cable car between terrace and beach. There is no rescue man on the beach.

Very nice resort, the view were amazing. The staff always very kind and ready to help us with anything we needed. There are a lot of restaurants and swimming pools all over the resort. Our room was everyday very clean, that guy that used to clean our room didn’t miss a spot never. I wish I remembered his name to say thank you here, but I don’t. But he was very kind, trustful guy that cleaned our room everyday 🥰

The food is tasteful but very basic.

The stuff was really friendly specially Ahmed Mansour was really friendly at the reception. Our stay was finished at Thursday but our flight was until the night. The hotel did not charge anything extra for staying until our flight & we could still eat and drink.

This was our first time in sharm and I must say, we couldn’t choose a better hotel to stay in. We stayed for 1 week and I wish we could go back straight away! All the staff was brilliant, they always made sure we were okay and asked if we needed anything else. Even the staff that worked at the shops, we made sure to say goodbye to everyone incluindo all the staff at the main restaurant. The food was amazing, but the star of it were de sweets because omg they were amazing!!! There was no way of resisting them! I will miss the heat, the waffles with ice cream and the pancakes for breakfast. We are definitely coming back. We also arranged taxi from to the airport with the hotel and they were amazing!
