Hospitality It was really nice to stay at SharmingInn. I had had a staggered two - three days stay at the hotel, because it was a new place and I didn't know what to expect or whether i would like it. But after my three day stay, I decided to commit to stay for another 4 nights. What a wonderful decision! I was treated with so much joy, enthusiasm, fresh linens each and every time I needed, and a complementary late check out on the day I was departing for my country. I would like to really express my gratitude to Mohammed the manager who was always available each and every time, and with a smile ready to assist me. I remember one incident, when I had a friend come over to change her clothes, we had just had a long trip and she needed somewhere to rest for a few hours before our flights to our different countries and Mohamed heard us out and gave us both a hot meal and allowed my friend to rest. Mohamed you have no idea who you hosted ... If she could have her rating here, I know she would rate you personally too ☺️😊 She is forever grateful for your generosity and will be back to book at your hotel with her family. I would also like to thank Abdul at the restaurant, who ensured that my body got the needed nutrition at all meal times, even outside meal times. There was a time, I had an excursion to Mt. Sinai on a Friday night. I remember I was coming to the hotel from a long day of meetings and I didn't know what to pack or expect. When I told Abdul, he said worry not, he took charge. He took care of the journey needs and I while at the summit of Mt. Sinai, while everyone was waiting in hunger for the sunrise, I had my wonderful meal with hot tea ( enough to share with new found friends) Thank you Abdul ☺️You're such a great soul. Even after the excursion you went ahead and recommended a great masseur Ali for my friend and I. I would definitely come back again because of you.

Despite the obvious language barrier, you always went above and beyond to accommodate and communicate. I learnt that language is just not words but action too. You did me good Asante.

Staff , Hotel , location & view all things was perfect

The staff was very helpful. Managers Mohamed and Ali were there around the clock day and night to help with whatever issues I had. They accommodated me beyond my expectations.,

Excellent management! Very decent room size w a great pool view.

The staff were versy helpfull .MR Mohamed the front disc manager did all his best to satify our need.Mr Ali had welcome us vert friendly.

Good position and good time table bus service to the beach. Palm beach Is wonderful, with qualified security staff on the Pier, and good services. Good animation. Good internal cleaning. Nice food and drink

There was no yogurt and fruit at breakfast but anyway there was a good choice of food.

Quiet near the sea, with good service and kind pesonal.

The Staff and specially the Manager Mohamed makes you feeling like at home, anything you need would be solved by the hotel. Staff, if you have a question or need , they will give their best to improve your time at the hotel. The last day, our flight was in the cmevening and The hotel staff let us to stay longer for free!! We will come back again to this place.

Some hotel facilites were not available at this time we were there. The regular price of this hotel is great but we were during thr Coop27 and price was 3x the standard one.

It was quiet Resort, services were very good, there was plenty type of foods and drinks. Rooms were clean. Swimming pools also perfect, management surprised the customers with festivals and intertainment with music and dancing activities.

Staff were excellent very accommodating. Pool was very relaxing, good size, very clean throughout. Food was good however you have option to order off a select menu for around £2 including steak, chicken etc which was delicious. We will be returning in November.
