People were really friendly and helpful with everything. The environment was just perfect for a moment of relax and taking a break of reality. Animators were amazing and funny to be around, especially Lera, Castelo and Pika. Food was fresh and great every day, a lot of choices so everyone can find something for themselves. The Italian chef Saied prepared delicious pasta (we love you). Room was very clean and comfortable, and Mohammed was taking care of it everyday. Sea was amazing and the coral barrier was beautiful. Beach was so clean, as whole resort. The team is taking an amazing care of it and it shows. We had such a great time, money spent for all inclusive were worth it as you can get drinks and food at anytime. One thing I will never forget is seeing happy faces all the time from every staff member which makes the experience amazing, we will surely consider coming back in the future.

Overall my experience was so positive, that I decided to delay my flight and stay a bit longer. The resort is located directly on the coast with strips of beach and places for swimming. It is situated in a beautiful well-kept garden. My room was as described and looked like on the pictures, very clean and very well maintained. The shower section curiously also had a bench to sit on, which is nice for people of limited mobility. The choices for food are very large and varied with a large selection of Egyptian-style as well as european-style options. I usually don't attend evening entertainment and music, but here I found the music positive and relaxed, not too loud and not to obnoxious. At night it was quiet and relaxing. Apparently the resort seems to take environmental issues into account and is utilizing solar power, which I like. In summary, the overall resort is beautiful, very well maintained and clean, the staff is friendly and attentive. I would like to come back next time.

As everywhere in Sharm, Dahab and Nuweibaa, you should know that there are some mosquitos outside. So pack some mosquito spray and you will be fine.

It was truly exceptional. The location and the hotel’s layout were fantastic, making the experience unforgettable. The coral reef view at the beach was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, especially the pizza at the pizza corner—it was out of this world. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and the animation team was so friendly and welcoming. We had a great time throughout our stay, with different fun activities every day. Overall, it was an amazing experience, far beyond what I expected. And a special thanks for Ayman. He was very helpful and kind.

Fabulous location, with the best beaches in the area, nice rooms and communal areas, stunning gardens, good food with plenty of healthy options and the friendliest staff ever. Particular shout out to Hossam and the guys at the Siesta bar. A wonderful stay!

Entertainment is a bit weird since there are different companies operating and targeting different nationalities. Suggest to make an international programme all week long to make it inclusive to everyone wishing to join the activities.

We chose this hotel because of the good price. Nothing special was expected of him. But the hotel surprised us very pleasantly. A large green area, a huge beach, renovated rooms, lots of varied food and entertainment. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We will definitely come back here.

The reception view creates a misconception about the hotel. This is the weak point of the hotel.

I will start by saying that our stay was beyond perfect - we were blown away from the very beginning. The staff in extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t be more pleased to help us with whatever request we’ve had. The resort was perfect for our needs - a bit out of the crowded área but close enough to all major locations. It is quiet in the way of resting and recharging though there are plenty of daily activities. Beaches and pools on both sides of the resort to pick from, we loved the Adrenalina beach where we stayed for 2 days in a row. The gardens are amazing and well maintained, and the service is beyond words. Many, many thanks to Mohamed in Shahrazad Restaurant - he is the perfect host, and also to Mohamed at reception for being so accommodating.

Hotel is excellent. The staff are very kindly and helpful. They allowed to stay hotel after check-out. There are a lot of facilities. You can dive and see different fishes and coral at hotel beach.

Hotel taxi is so expensive. you should download sharm taxi app before you came to the hotel. You didn't go anywhere without taxi. the hotel taxi staff is very insistent. Free hotel internet is not working effective . If you want to use hotel internet, you must pay extra money.

It was a good experience over all starting from early checkin i arrived at 8 am the reception offered to go to have breakfast till the room is ready i received the room at 10 which was good thing the room was clean and good the staff at the hotel always smiling and always asking if they can help with anything the beach is good with an acceptable house reef but needs some one who can swim as it is deep and not sandy beach, the staff at the restaurant is helpful and always asking if they can get you something, the food is acceptable with good quality but if they can improve the taste and the variety it would be great the location of the hotel in a good quite place nothing beside the hotel but it is not far from neema bay and the old market less than 10 mnts by car the staff at the reception were very nice and always asking if anything is needed specially Mr diaa from the reception always asking if i need anything in the room he also offered alate checkout at my last day finally it was a good experience and i will not hesitate to go again

May be they can work more on the entertainment at the hotel specially the animation team they do some activities and some shows after dinner but it was not very interesting, also if they can add more items to the open buffet it would be great

Its always a lottery to go to a new hotel you never been before. This resort exceeded expectations from the beginning to the end of the rest. Reception welcomed us with night snacks as we arrived at 1 a.m and kid was hungry. Territory is very nice, gardeners work hard to keep it green and blooming. Beach is clean, stuff controls cleaness everywhere permanently. Its always enough sun chairs and no need to rush early morning to reserve a place. A lot of various food in the restaurant. Very yummy. Bars serve guests politely and friendly, drinks are fine as well (drinkable). I would emphasize the moment this is also management well deserved success on top of that. Staff is disciplined, well well-trained to service guests and the atmosphere is friendly. Special thanks to reception (Mr. Mohmed Sakr) for assistance to back forgotten documents and money upon our return at home. He and his colleagues were very responsible to keep our stuff safe. Thanks a lot!!!!
