A Stay That Touched My Heart – Thank You, Xperience There are trips you enjoy, and then there are experiences that leave a lasting imprint on your heart — and staying at Xperience was exactly that for me. It wasn’t just the beauty of the location or the comfort of the rooms (though both were wonderful), it was the people who made it truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt seen. I wasn’t just another guest — I was treated like family. The level of care, attention, and warmth I received throughout my stay was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Every single need was anticipated. Every question was met with genuine care. Every moment felt personalized. I want to give the deepest thanks to Mahmoud, Mohamed, Yacoub, Beshoy, and Adel — you are the heart of this resort. You weren’t just helpful, you were exceptional. Whether it was checking in to make sure I was comfortable, offering thoughtful recommendations, or simply sharing a kind smile and a few words, you made me feel so at home. Your energy and passion for what you do shines through in everything. My room was always perfectly clean and fresh, a little oasis I could return to every evening. And the beach? Just steps away — peaceful, beautiful, and so grounding. It made every day feel like a gentle escape from reality. There’s a certain kind of magic that happens when people truly care about their work — and Xperience has that magic. It’s not about luxury, it’s about connection. About being in a place where people love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Thank you for making me feel so welcome, so taken care of, and so uplifted. The breakfast is abundant, continental style. Decent music, with a nice view to the sea. I can not pick only one worker because all of them are really kind, helpful and serving. We arrived early (4AM), and the room was ready for us.

Great place for snorkeling. Mr.Adel, the caretaker of the property, tries to do his best to make guests happy and satisfied (he allowed very late check out). All staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were nice and no need to pre-order as before – its open buffet from 7 till 10. There are several restaurants near the hotel too (Hariri Restaurant of Syrian food in Mercato is special). The room was comfortable with a big bed, good pressure in the shower.

I went first to another hotel as stated in booking: "Please note that the check-in and key-collection takes place at Xperience Kiroseiz Premier Naama Bay located at Peace Road, Naama Bay" but that was not necessary. You can go directly to Hill-Top if your booking is paid. Beware also hotel doesn't have pools, just the open sea.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable, right in front of the beach. We were lucky enough to have the first bungalow, and waking up every morning to that stunning sea view was absolutely magical. One of the absolute highlights is the direct access to the coral reef. From the hotel, you just walk across a small wooden bridge and you’re right in front of the coral barrier, no boat trips needed! So make sure to bring your snorkeling gear, because the underwater world here is breathtaking and you definitely don’t want to miss it. The location is also perfect, close to everything you might need from the city. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped: there’s a safe, a TV, mini fridge, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with a great shower and good water pressure. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sharm el Sheikh. A huge thank you to the manager, Adel, he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I had a small accident and injured my leg, and he went above and beyond, providing me with an emergency kit and checking on me daily to make sure I had everything I needed. Truly exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. I had told the manager in advance that it was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they helped me surprise him in the most beautiful way, they decorated our room, brought a birthday cake, and made sure everything was ready even though we arrived late. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our trip unforgettable. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. The food was also great, and yes, they had French fries every day, which, let’s be honest, is a holiday essential! Overall, a relaxing, wonderful experience!

I stayed here for 14 days and absolutely loved every moment. The location is fantastic—just a one-minute walk to the beach! My bungalow had a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of storage, a clean walk-in shower, and a stunning sea view right from my little terrace with a table and chairs. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Housekeeping was excellent—I was provided with shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, and two 2L bottles of water every single day. Breakfast was served as a set menu with lots of tasty options. Mahmoud in the restaurant was always friendly, professional, and very attentive—it was a pleasure to see him each morning. A special mention to Mr. Adel, the general manager, who personally greeted guests every morning during breakfast to make sure everyone was happy with their stay. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. The Wi-Fi was also very fast, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing stay in a beautiful setting with truly outstanding service. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beachside getaway!

The team who works on site is excellent, Adel the manager is a top guy, he took the time to listen to my feedback and just in general he and the team was happy to chat and give advice. He also sorted out any issues i had with the room. He aims to create a welcoming, familiy like environment, which is very nice, especially as a solo traveller. Also i arrived like 11pm to the resort and i was a little bit hungry and obviously i didn't know where to get food from, so they've ordered some food for me which they brought to my bungalow, that was a very kind gesture especially when you're tired etc. The bungalows are as promised, have a sea view, and are very close to the beach. The interior is functional, although it would need a bit of refreshing, a bit outdated. Breakfast is okay, i didn't have it every morning because i was out on excursions. The grass and the grounds are kept very nicely as well. The absolute highlight of the place is the beach and, more specifically, the reef. It's absolutely amazing even compared to some of the reefs i saw when out on a snorkelling excursion. Location of the place is great, walking distance to Mango market, short taxi ride to Old Market etc.

Maybe the outdated furnishing, some of it a bit flimsy. Also, i found the mattress a bit too firm, but once i mentioned that to Adel, the manager, he said he could get a different mattress from the other hotel.

The staff could not be more helpful, thank you to each of them, some of the accommodation is a bit tired but the staff made up for this

Everything was excellent for my needs. Good price. Family-style attitude. Nice hotel with sea view and private beach with the colourful coral reef.

We stayed at Xperience Hill Top for a whole week, and it truly felt like discovering a little jewel by the Red Sea. Every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind-hearted. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the charming and professional lifeguard at the beach — he made our time by the sea unforgettable and added a sense of safety and joy. The restaurant staff brought breakfast to our room every morning with such care and cheerfulness — it was the perfect start to each day. The front desk manager was always responsive, thoughtful, and attentive to every request we had. Everything and everyone at this resort made our experience magical. If you’re looking for a place with soul, smiles, and stunning Red Sea views, this is it. We will absolutely return.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the moment we left, the staff took great care of us. Maybe the room wasn’t perfect, maybe the air conditioner was a bit noisy — but there’s a team here that makes you forget all the negatives. We truly felt like we were at home. It was very easy to share any needs we had, and the team was quick to respond and meet our requests. Special thanks to Mr. Adel, the hotel manager, as well as our friend Ahmed in the restaurant and Michael, for taking special care of us and making us feel at home. Another great advantage is that the hotel has its own beach and a beautiful underwater world to explore. On top of all this, you get to enjoy it all for a relatively affordable price. I’m definitely planning to stay here again the next time I visit Sharm.
