Location View of the bungalow Beautiful Sandy beach Breakfast expérience ( at the terrace of your bungalow overlooking beach ! ) Staff especially : Hany and Adel at security and reception, Ayman and Michael room service and bar , Nabil at house keeping, Maged the beach attendant. Very professional and helpful gentlemen. Good for bed and breakfast. Don’t expect to have dinner there. There is no restaurant but there are excellent restaurants within 10 minutes walk. I would definitely come back again.

Needs a little bit of maintenance

Everything was perfect , special thanks to mr, Adel he is doing a great job to make everyone feel comfortable, The room was clean and the staff was amazing specially Mahmoud from the housekeeping team and Mr, kamel from the reception Thanks a lot and looking forward to see you the next year .

The bathroom smells bad during the night but it’s totally fine

The staff are very friendly and there is always a warm welcome. As in previous visits we were well looked after and attended to. I love having breakfast at the room where you can eat at your own leisure. In the evening you can order delivery which security will help with or wander 15mins into the Old Town where there are a variety of restaurants. Xperience is my 'go to' place for a relaxing break and after approx 12 visits it is like my second home!

Sometimes the noise and talking in the adjoining rooms can be disturbing as there is no insulation between each of the rooms.

The beach is very close to the bungalows, very calm water. Very peaceful. Very polite humble and friendly staff. Mr. Adel, Mr, Hany, I don't recall the rest, but everyone was very nice, polite and friendly. Good maintenance of the garden. We like the design/furniture within the bungalow. Extra big breakfast; the food is varied and the amount is good enough for both breakfast and lunch snacks For people looking for 100% peace and calm, this is a perfect place for you: it's only the beach, room, generous breakfast, and very warm hospitality, friendly, polite crew.

It would be nicer if there were more plantations added (even short ones). The wall is not soundproof.

Calm and clean, basically your room is on the beach, and you are alone mornings and evenings, when guests from other hotels leave the beach. Staff are super nice and helpful. Special greetings to mister Kamal and mister Adel, they go above and beyond to make ur stay enjoyable. I loved my morning coffee with barefoot walking on perfect groomed green grass, swimming alone in the sea before 9.30, glass of wine in the evenings with the view of lights, sea and Old market. Old market and public transportation are 10 min walk away. You also can go to the coral reef beach of the same chain (one of the best honestly).

We didn’t have big expectations, so no disappointments. It’s a low budget property, but it has high potential. One thing made me irritated- tourists breaking intentionally the small coral there, and littering in the sea. May be the management should warn the young workers on the beach to don’t allow this and to be more firm in keeping nature undamaged. I read that there are mosquitoes and other insects there- we haven’t seen a single 🤷🏽‍♀️

The hotel is a great value for the money paid, good location near the old city, very good breakfast served to the rooms, rooms with sea view at 50 meters to the beautiful sandy beach. At the end I would like to Thank all the staff one by one from the night to morning receptionists, Mr. Khaled and also the room cleaners. Thank you so much for your efforts to make our stay comfortable.

It was a very enjoyable experience, the hotel was quaint and cozy with direct beach access which was ideal for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the beach. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay - I would like to say a special thanks to Adel, Moustafa & Kamel. They made the biggest difference in our experience.
