BREAKFAST VERY GOOD, COULD BE BETTER , BUT NEED MORE STAFF. LOCATION IS VERY CLOSE TO MESSE, AND FOR THAT REASON WE CHOOSE IT

I BELIEVE THAT POLICY OF "NOTHING FREE" IS SOMETHING THAT WE ALL AGREE, BUT WHEN YOU PAY 700EURO PER DAY, YOU DESERVE AT LEAST A FREE BOTTLE OF WATER 1,5 LITER PER DAY...WE CHECKOUT AND AFTER WE PAY 4K FOR FEW DAYS, THEN WE PAY 8EURO MORE FOR 2 SMALL BOTTLE OF WATER....IS NOT A MATTER OF 8EURO, IS A MATTER HOW IT LOOKS TO CUSTOMER. ALSO WE WOULD PROPOSE TO OFFER SOME UMBRELAS FOR RAIN , EVEN WITH CHARGE AS OTHER HOTELS DO.

This time I booked a more expensive room at the top level of the hotel where you have access to the top-level breakfast room included. That has been worth it - view is much better there and you have a quite exclusively breakfast room there with very less people and some extra good food which you cannot get downstairs at the ground level breakfast room. I enjoyed every breakfast there especially with the great view on the Frankfurt skyscrapers skyline.

All fine. I cannot remember anything. Maybe only that you have always to walk a bit to reach the hotel via public transport (U-Bahn Bockenheimer Warte) because it is in the middle of two metro stations and not really close to any of the both. But if you are using a Taxi so or so this doesn't matter.

Very helpful reception staff. We arrived a day earlier than planned and were accommodated and given a room for the extra night with no problem! Room was lovely, very modern and bed very comfortable and huge! We spent quite a bit of time relaxing in the Level Lounge as we had just arrived after a long trip from Australia. Staff there were lovely and often asked if there was anything we needed or they could do for us. Even though not in the main tourist section of Frankfurt ( which I was aware of when booking) the old town and other sites were easy to get too as there was a U Bahn stop just down the road. A thoroughly enjoyable stay! Thankyou

One small issue. We had to call a technician when the whole room blacked out twice for a brief time. He was very prompt and apologetic

Nice modern hotel, nice rooms with nice view. Good breakfast, nice sauna and a well equipped gym with good (Technogym) equipment. Within walking distance from a metrostop that brings you to the old city center.

Parking in the hotel is expensive (43 euro). However, we stayed in a weekend and parking in many streets around the hotel turned out to be free after Friday 22:00 hour till Monday 06:00 (we parked in the Emil-Sulzbach-Strasse).

Simply, but functionally furnished room. Good bed quality. Good location. Nice view from the hotel restaurant

We visited the hotel restaurant Oben Restaurant and Skybar 2 times. On July 26 everything was fine and so we decided to reserve the same table for the next evening. The next day it was a completely different restaurant. The table that we reserved was occupied. Everywhere was chaos. I ordered extra bread which I received the day before without any problems. They brought me two portions of tomato spread with bread. I was surprised that I had to alert the waiter to put the wine in the cooler. The waiter took it to the cooler at the next table.

The breakfast was under the quality standards of other Melia Hotels. very simple and repetitive food options. The bread section was disappointing The ubication of the Hotel is excellent if you have to go to a Messe Exhibition since is a 5 min walking The area is safe and you can go walking to Frankfurt downtown in 25-30 minutes with no rush, also close to Metro a trolley stations nearby, Great choice

Personnel must be better trained to reach better standards The personnel at the front desk were exceptionally good and diligent

It is at very good location to main transport points and expo areas

Personal at reception are quite rude to reply questions and giving information. So we give 8 points just for personal behavior.

Great room and the breakfast buffet was outstanding every morning. We also had our 49th wedding anniversary dinner at Oben and it was exceptional.

The only downside was we paid for parking in advance and received a card that was supposed to get us in and out. However, after the first day, the card did not work and we had to ring the front desk from the parking garage every single time we entered and exited.

It is a very modern and stylish hotel with balconies and a great view, if you get one of the higher rooms with the skyline view. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very modern. The breakfast is vast and has a ton of offerings. My girlfriend even found some Japanese breakfast options.

Nothing to not like, except some flickering in the lights and crackling noises on of the floor in our room. Both things will be fixed, the staff told us.

Super hotel, an exceptional level of service, I’m always welcomed with a smile and the experience is seamless. The hotel itself is modern and well appointed. I stay in a Level room and the additional services are very, very good. It’s perfectly located in Frankfurt Westend within easy walking distance of the business district, the Oper and the old town. Highly recommended!

Nothing to fault, this is a well run modern hotel, in an excellent location, inhabited by very pleasant team who make every stay a joy.
