Has great flexibility on cancelation and booking, which was important to us having a road trip and needing a stop over for the night with our two dogs, the property received us with last minute booking and kindly welcomed us, even gave the dogs a little welcome pack of dog biscuit and poppy bag, the hotel is located literally next to a beautiful park and has parking place - so perfect for a night or two stay over with dogs! Every personal was super kind, even helped me get an extra blanket when cold at 2am! The room inside is more modern than the building looks from the outside and the bed was comfortable!

The room and the bed is relatively small for two people, especially the bathroom was not well thought through, nevertheless for the night stay it was perfect for us and location was most suitable.

Very nice, located in a beautiful park just outside of nuremberg. Quite close to the third reich rally grounds and documentation centre

Walking back alone at night in the dark dark woody park as a single woman was a bit nerve racking. Most ppl seemed to drive or be in couples. Hotel was nice tho, had AC and a comfy bed

It was a great property, clean, comfortable, accessible. They also allowed us to keep our luggage before our checkin time.

The room temperature was not set properly. Even changing the thermostat didn't help.

the location was very convenient for us since we travelled with our dog. the park is right next to the hotel which was excellent for our stay.the staff is very friendly, the room was clean and the sheets spotless. they were so prepared to accommodate our dog's stay and they even had bowls and treats for her

hard to say. I would probably suggest to make some improvements to their breakfast menu.

The staff was great.....seemed to value you as a customer. Special call out to the restaurant manager who recognized us and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. Food was great and he made us feel like he prepared just for us. The staff at the bar and restaurant at night were outstanding. Front desk arranged taxi rides with a smile and took care of any questions.

Very clean, spacious room, comfortable beds. 24 hours reception, two parkings - paid one right in front of hotel and another free one a little bit behind, but also very close. Both with a lot of places.

Only minus - no fridge in room.

As we stayed only one night, we really enjoyed the breakfast. The children loved the pancake machine. The parking was great, as it's immediatly next to the hotel.

The only minor minus is that it's not so close to the subway.

Staff was excellent as we arrived late and booked one of the last rooms at the counter. Room was super big and petfect for family with 4 small kids

I booked for 2 adults and 2 children and somewho booking changed my reservation. When I got to the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was only for 2 adults. The hotel quickly solved the issue and turned the sofa from my room into a bed. No extra cost was charged. The staff was really gentle. There are public parking place near the hotel where you can use, besides the private parking place. I was very satisfied andhappy with my stay. Thank you Mercure and thank you staff!

nothing that did not like, but would be nice if in each room had a small fridge.

We wanted to be in a location close to zeppelin park and this was right on the door step parking across road you had to pay for breakfast was excellent
