The room was so comfortable. It was clean and the location is great. It really did live up to my expectations. It is what it is in the photo here in booking.

The parking 🅿️ because it was hard accessing the -2 parking. We were actually using the emergency door the stairs back and forth. As well as it was confusing how it was since there was no elevator accessing it and if there is any it’s the -1 but still need to walk all the way to the -2 level parking area. The pool as well the thermal it was good but only that we needed to walk far from the hotel.

The location is privileged for those who intend to use public transportation or explore the area on foot. It is close to bus stops that provide access to the ski slopes or other places to visit. It is also next to the main avenue, "Meritxell," where shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés are located.

The availability of reception service is not very good; at times, we had to wait for someone to show up or go to the other side. This hotel has two parts located across from each other, depending on the room you book. Sometimes, we had to go to the other side to get information.

This hotel is well located to the main shopping strip and many restaurants are all with an easy walk. There is a small supermarket next door which is handy. We chose an apartment which had one bedroom and plenty of space in the lounge to sleep our adult daughter. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was quiet. The parking is the biggest issue with staying in this location. We were lucky to secure a paid parking space at the hotel on the second night of our stay, but you had to be very quick to reserve that by 8 am. The other night my husband had to drive around in circles around the one-way streets to find a park with space. To be fair we were staying in Peak period in August but not sure if it improves during ski season? The buffet breakfast was good value with plenty to choose from.

We didn't love the view from our bedroom window. Unfortunately, we had a room that overlooked residential properties along a back side street and all we could see was very ugly clothes lines covered in underwear and loads of junk stored on their balconies. Such a shame considering the mountain views so close by.

Location is brilliant, right in the center. Rooms spacious,very clean and well prepared.We had family suite, which perfectly fit our big family of 7. Two showers was a huge benefit . Staff very friendly and acomodating. Breakfast very good too. Opposite hotel there is pharmacy,bakery,laundry.

Parking 18e ,so if you go for few days be ready. For us for 1 night was better to park in the hotel for that price as you don't realy need car ,you can walk everywhere. You only get 1 key card,which makes complicated if someone goes out and another one wants to stay in,for us 1 was OK as we went everywhere together,so we didn't asked for 2nd one.

Well, the location of the hotel was good. Easy to reach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didnt use the restaurant so no comment about it. As for the room, it was a nice room at the top floor with two bedrooms that are big enough and have space to walk around the room. I think it is a good value for the money.

What I didnt like was the second bed as it was kind of noisy when you move. Not a deal breaker for me but couldve been fixed. Other than that, I dont think that I can complain about anything.

We stayed on the apartment side and had a good family room (main bedroom, 2 sofa beds, bathroom & small kitchen). The hotel location is great and an easy walk to all the shops & restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel is extremely good value for money.

Wifi was a bit patchy within the room & parking gets sold out on a Saturday night very early.

The staff was really helpful, our requests due to dietary needs were more than fulfilled. Martin in the reception, Jimena and Jose Miguel in the kitchen, were outstanding. Their food was like eating at our grandmother's house. I recommend to have breakfast and dinner there. We usually don't eat at hotels, but this place made the exception: it is great! It was very easy to move around by bus from the hotel. It is in a very good location. Everyone was very polite. We were there 15 days, and felt so confortable, it was hard to leave. We hope we can return soon.

Every room should have air conditioner. We requested it and got it, but with the climate change should be available in every room.

first time in city, only passing by ( had bus next day). It's very comfortable, place... Friendly staff, good location, was walking distance to food, shopping and not so far from bus station. Price was affordable, ok for being not in tourist high season. And as a traveller who prefer to use debit card( I don't have credit card, not intending on getting one) it's was great that Hotel allows stays without a credit card as security. Not everyone has credit cards, for each their own personal reasons. The staff, hotel was able to be booked online, and was able to accept cash payments without credit card being filed too. Thank you for that.

The room was spacious and the balcony was opening to the river direction (which we couldn't see from there, but the sound of it was kinda chill). The hotel is in a walking distance within the city center, The breakfast was great with many sweet and savoury options.

There wasn't anything horrible in the place. I think the room lights were a bit weirdly distributed and I missed a central ceiling lamp. In terms of the breakfast, I missed having more veggie options.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Andorra La Vella. It was so convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring the city! The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of options. Fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes – it was a great way to start our day.

There was an issue with the hot water supply. It required some time (a few minutes) to wait for hot water in the mornings
