Close to town helpful staff Great breakfast

Car park is 14 euros a day, don’t remember seeing that on Booking.com, don’t lose your car park ticket on leaving CP, there was no one to open barrier early doors! Rooms can get warm,, if u open window it can get noisy from road below.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, good size rooms clean and functional, decor a little dated. Amazing breakfast, just what you need before hitting the slopes, probably the best thing about our stay. Parking was a bit expensive but that's probably normal for Andorra.

Have stayed here a couple of times now and it will always be my go to accommodation in La Massana. Breakfast is great lots of choices. Location was perfect for what we wanted. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms.

The upgraded room with a balcony was great! The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The pool was open for the last couple days of the season and was very nice after a long day of cycling. This is the second year I have stayed here for the UCI mtb events and will definitely be back.

Room was ok, not huge but solo so no issue. Highlight is bike washing station at front door, and a secure bike storage room with power and tools.

The bike storage room is on the first floor, ok for light bikes but difficult for my heavy e-bike.

Front desk staff were super helpful, very accommodating during a busy time. Food was really tasty. Bike wash station out the front was super handy and the beds were comfy too!

There was a fair bit of road noise, though we were there at a very busy time of the year. We weren't allowed to bring our own water to the dinner.

The food - quality and choice. The staff - friendly ( notably - in the dining room ) The 'Welcome drink'. ( 'Mine's a Martini'! ).

Not exactly a 'deal-breaker' but - - the room's chair - on the verge-of-collapse !

Breakfast was lovely lots of different things to choose from. Perfect location for us to explore the mountains (easy walking distance to the gondola lift). Staff were friendly and helpful

Comfortable and quiet room, attentive staff, breakfast above expectations (complete, delicious and filling), easy location with a beautiful mountain view, excellent value for money!

Exceptionally clean, front desk staff and restaurant staff super friendly and multi lingual. Breakfast was great, not rushed at all. Price of stay was really good too.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. Welll, 1 pillow with almost no suppirt and a thin, hard cushion to be exact Also, very thin curtains so the light came in at 5am. Why no blackout material which could also act as sound insulation. Windows double glazed but no problem hearing traffic throughout night and even conversations people were having outside.
