We went to Faena to enjoy the facility + restaurant + Rojo Tango. We enjoyed the pool area, ate at El Mercado, watched the show at Rojo Tango, and enjoyed the live music at the Library Bar. It was very fun! Live music at the bar was a pleasant surprise. The room was quite large, automatic blackout curtains, windows you can open, and a bathroom you can fully open the curtains of to let the daylight in - nice touch.

The breakfast was quite ordinary, inside the breakfast room is too cold (same issue for dinner time at El Mercado). The hotel was not very clean - there were tissues and things on the ground on our floor when we arrived which were still there when we left :) The bed was very clean but the room in general did not feel super clean. There two things could be improved.

Beautiful public rooms, great pool area and outstanding staff. Spa & gym looked good but didn’t use it. Nothing was too much trouble. They recommended great venues for food and drink and their Tango show was fabulous.

Room devoid of any real decoration thought - plain walls and no pictures which made our duplex suite feel rather lack lustre. Downstairs sitting area a bit of a waste of space & not really worth having. A slight fusty smell to the room was not a great welcome. However, all the positive of staying in this hotel & location outweighed these negatives.

Aside from the kitchy decor, which is part of the brand, it seems, the hotel.is close to a swamp, so it's impossible to avoid the mosquitoes in the morning and evening if you're trying to eat or drink outside. Also, they don't provide certain amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, like in room coffee and tea. Parking was 80 USD per night. They do their best to upsell this way.

The pool was nice, the location is good in Puerto Madero area

The spa area is very small, there is just 2 things you can do and a relax room. This is not a hotel to come and relax in, it’s for partying. The massages are overpriced for Buenos Aires standards. Most of the staff were great, one women spoke poorly to us.

The pool is amazing. The environment is awesome. The breakfast is perfect. The restaurants inside are great. The tango show is the best of all Argentina.

The bed has a way too soft mattress.

Our trip started with the airline losing our baggage, and the staff were incredibly helpful with getting it to us from the airport. They spoke excellent English, which was very helpful for navigating all our issues!

During our recent stay, we were warmly received by the staff at this establishment. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs ensured our visit was a pleasant one. We extend our gratitude to the staff for their exceptional service and commitment to hospitality.

as this was an old factory some rooms are not ergonomic at all like 615 w park view The skybar side is much better with a small difference the tango show dinner was bad , no air and i regret show is good

We like the hotel but you can see it needs some renovation on some points. We love the pool area overthere with nice people but the water was too hot.

Location excelent Swimming pool service more or less and service breakfast is poor. The rest was excelent.
