The rooms are clean and very large. There is plenty of storage space, so all our clothes could be neatly stowed away. Large and comfortable beds. There was also a chair and a comfortable sofa in the room. All care products (by Dove) were provided. The refrigerator was clean and worked well. The coffee maker, hair dryer, and TV all worked. The shower heated up very quickly. The laundry, gym, and swimming pool were very clean and easy to use. Towels were available at the swimming pool. Good coffee at breaktfast. Very friendly and courteous staff who knew the area and were able to give us great tips for excursions. Small selection of snacks and laundry products available for purchase in the lobby. Free Wi-Fi and room cards for every family member. Free parking. Quiet location.

The breakfast selection was very poor and could be improved. In particular, the paper plates and plastic cutlery could be replaced with porcelain plates and normal cutlery. Unfortunately, there is no supermarket nearby. It is very isolated, and a car with a navigation system is essential for excursions and shopping.

The free breakfast was stellar. In 30 years of hotel living, it may have been the best.

This hotel offers excellent facilities and a friendly staff who were ready to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A special nod of appreciation goes out to the manager, Cosimo, who was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was better at this location, versus several other Holiday Inn Expresses, because the food was hot, something the other locations we've stayed at can't seem to deliver. This hot breakfast, with its good variety of choices, was much appreciated. A small note: the coffee could be stronger.

Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Area was well maintained and staffed, particularly by Jennifer, who made some great suggestions and was very friendly and welcoming. You are lucky to have her as well as everyone at the Holiday Inn Express who made our stay a pleasant one. In addition, the front desk staff accommodated our request for additional bedding without any hesitation. Room itself and bathroom were spotless.

Can't think of a thing.

The first morning for breakfast wasn’t impressed because of the home fries and sausages. I put the English muffin through to toast 3 times and still didn’t brown.The second morning for breakfast was impressed, wonderful with bacon and egg with cheese in the middle. Loved the coffee and staff are very nice.

The sausages and home fries could of been better quality. Your pool needs cleaning for sure but enjoyed it.

Our room ( and the bathroom) was extremely clean. It smelled fresh and clean and was immaculate. The room was beautiful and had a handy bench and hooks for our luggage and coats/purses. Great service. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! They looked after every detail right down to sprinkling cinnamon on pancakes and offering low sugar syrup. Lots of room to eat and it was very well organized. Staff did a great job refilling food dishes and cleaning the tables. We came for our fun yearly trip and now plan to make this our stay every time we go. We’ll definitely be back!

It was perfect!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the breakfast. We stayed two nights so took advantage of the breakfast twice. I particularly enjoyed the coffee, bacon, cinnamon buns and pancakes. The eggs were a bit overcooked so did not enjoy them as much. The eating area was clean and bright and the staff very attentive to everyone's needs. The pool was a great place to exercise and relax at the end of each day.

The air conditioner in our room was very noisy and cycled on and off frequently (we had it set at 22 degrees). I did mention this to the staff at checkout. We were in an "accessible" room and the sliding door for the bathroom did not completely cover the door opening space, which limited privacy there.

The stay was very nice, we had a great room...the breakfast was what we expected and always plentiful and staff was very pleasant.

Our only downfall for this hotel was not really with the hotel stay but appearance. The Canadian flag was tattered and torn for the Canada day celebration. When we addressed it with the staff they did say they would mention it to the manager but it wasn't changed . With so many tourists in the area for Canada day it was a disappointment to see that. Our room facing the flag was a constant reminder.

Several times we noticed fresh clean towels on the floor in the hallway. Not sure if they fell off the cart but the fresh clean hotel towels that were on the floor made it into the rooms. Also saw one of the ladies that serve breakfast take the trash out, came back in, did not change her gloves and started working on the breakfast buffet.

I had an event in Niagara-on-the-lake. This was a good and quiet place to stay not far away plus close enough to go see the falls. I liked that they had free parking at the property. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean, comfortable, and nice. It had a place for laundry and a fitness center plus lots of amenities. There was a travel Plaza with food options that is walkable and also places a short drive.

Breakfast was good but could have had more variety but good for a Holiday Inn.
