Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Great to have free shuttle pick up and drop off.

Pillows were a little hard and uncomfortable.

Close to the airport. Shuttle was on time. Driver was courteous. Room was very nice, and I got a quiet nights sleep. The breakfast in the restaurant was spectacular!

The room was large and modern, and very close to the airport. The extra facilities were excellent; a decent sized gym for a hotel, a good sized swimming pool for a hotel, a sauna (dry spa) and a steam room (wet spa). Breakfast was reasonably good. There was a free shuttle bus to/from the airport at all times, and from the airport there was a direct express train (the UP Express) to the very centre by the CN tower; the layover return ticket valid for 7 hours was only $12 CAD, so this was a very cheap option, although it was rather time-consuming (the train journey to the centre was 40 minutes, and then add 15 mins wait to get the shuttle bus, though that was only 5 minutes from the hotel).

Breakfast was a restaurant-style service rather than buffet-style, so some days it was very slow. Coffee at breakfast was just pretty poor filter coffee.

The room was large and clean with great facilities. The hotel is close to the Pearson Airport and many bus routes, so that's a big plus. Some good restaurants/cafes and shops are close by, so that's a big plus. The staff is friendly & courteous & helps out when required.

Since the hotel has only 2 floors, the views aren't something you can get. But the hotel more than makes up for it with it's amenities. It's about a 30-minute drive from Downtown Toronto, but may take almost an hour by Bus (with multiple changes), so keep that in mind while booking this place as a Tourist.

The very best thing about the hotel was the friendly, helpful staff, especially at check in. We are 2 older Australians who were stranded by the Air Canada strike.They were wonderful and very understanding of our predicament. We needed an emergency 1 night stay initially, which we needed to then extend for a further 6 nights and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate us and put our minds at ease. The facilities at the hotel were A1, no issues at all. We would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller.

Arrived at YVR around 1:30 a.m. and was amazed to find out that the hotel shuttle runs all night. The driver was super friendly and an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient and our room was incredibly clean and comfortable--super comfy bed and pillows. Restaurant opened at 7 a.m. Again we found the staff to be friendly and hospitable--a relaxed and happy way to continue a couple of rough days of travel. Thank you to the Best Western Premium Carlingview for a great staff and excellent facilities. It all means so much to exhausted travellers.

This team matches value with great customer service. Yes, you are right next to the airport and planes fly overhead. But I could barely hear it considering how close they fly. The staff treat you great, the price can't be beat, they give you a shuttle to the airport, if you need a place close to the airport, or if you need a fair price for a hotel within the GTA, you can't go wrong putting your trust in this operation.

I was travelling and needed a place to stay for one night before I went to the airport. So this place met all my needs and there is nothing that I did not appreciate about this hotel/property/team.

Convenient and accommodating shuttle access to the airport, friendly and helpful staff, snacks available for purchase in the lobby, phenomenal view from the roof (especially at sunset), held our luggage for us at no additional cost while we travelled to Niagara for 2 days as we were returning to spend the night prior to our flight home

Hotel is a little bit dated and not within easy walking distance to very many food options

The staff were very helpful and courteous. One of our bags missed our flight and they were very supportive in the process of retrieving it. The shuttle from and to the airport runs frequently and the hotel is quite close to the airport so it's a pretty quick transfer.

All airport hotels are overpriced. This one is among the slightly better priced. Being as close to the airport as it is, you have to listen to the constant arrival of flights, but there is a cutoff time for planes so it does eventually get quiet.

Location was perfect for our intended stay. Shuttle service was efficient. Reception staff (unfortunately forgot her name, but she's a Filipino) was kind and accomodating. She offered/suggested that we take some snacks (from their snack bar) since we can't avail the breakfast the following day (we had to leave by 7am). Room was very spacious and neat. Bed was comfortable.

A hot and cold water dispenser for guest use would have been nice.
