Wonderful hotel and facilities. Rooms, beach, pool everything is 5*

Unfortunately they probably have some agreement with Russian tour operator so they are overcrowded by tourists. They waked up early morning to get all the beach umbrellas and the poo sunloungersl so even if you try to get to the facilities at 7:30 am is all taken. The hotel does not want to handle and I believe for a 5 stars hotel this is not the right approach to customers. We are looking for an holidays and relax not for stress.

The place is very peaceful and quiet. Helpful staffs Jude Tony Marc Mohamed the one next to the pool bar.

The only thing that I noticed was, the hotel' name is not visible from the main road it has the same colour with the structure a bit visible only at night or in the pool.

The room was beautiful and the pool was lovely we loved the swim to bar

Their lifts were malfunctioning a bit and made it tricky to get to the room at times

I LOVED absolutely everything in the property, everything was just perfect and we really enjoyed our stay there. I mostly loved the view outside the room and the lovely nice staff

The property is very well located and has a lot of entertainment for kids - kids club, a little playground, water inflatable, pool, beach, it's great for families. We probably didn't go in the best season as it was holidays and was very busy. Overall, it's an OK hotel, just doesn't meet my - and what I know are Fairmonts standards - as a 5 star resort. Breakfast is average - not so many options, fruits lacked any taste, the pancakes and waffles were outstanding, I must say, nothing else on the breakfast impressed in any way. The pool toilets were dirty, beach showers have almost no pressure, you could see that there were many beach towels left behind that were not collected so virtually impossible to get a sun lounge, beach also had a bit of trash on it (I know, this is the guests fault). Room was nice, spacious, nice balcony and fantastic view, there's a blowdrier that doesn't connect in UAE plug so you need to ask an adaptor, they did the cleaning forgot to leave towels, we had to ask that, when they brought it over one of the towels was so thorn that it was ripping with the hanging threads, the mini bar didn't cool so putting waters there had no effect, and a couple little other things. Again, nothing serious but not up to expected standard, in my opinion. While I understand they were busy, given prices increase double fold in this period and we pay it, my expectation doesn't lower - they should be able to consistently provide that 5* service if they want to charge it as such.

Food and 24/7 construction next door.

The resort has a lot of entertainment and is family-friendly. Breakfast is great with a lot of variety. Also, many restaurants are available at a reasonable price, so you don't need to go out for food. Staff are very friendly.

Although our offer is assumed to have a seating area in our room, there wasn't one. However, Mr Sami, whom I thank a lot, managed to offer us chairs. I advise the management to facilitate all rooms with a seating area (Two chairs and a tea table). One more thing, small black pieces are spreading in the swimming pool. Management has to find a solution to that.

All the staff in the hotel are very nice and welcoming, from the reception to the security, everyone. Special thanks to Yazzin who onboarded us superbly. Thank you Yazzin. Also, the breakfast buffet is also excellent, the foods are delicious and the variety is sufficient for guest of different nationality. We woke up late during our check out but was greatful for the extention given with no extra charge. We will for sure come back.

There's isn't much, we understand that the property is a bit old, so you would see some wear and tear here in there but not really bothering. Overall the property is neat and well maintained.

The view from our room was amazing, the room its self was comfortable and the bed etc good.

The control panel for charging usb etc didn't work. Also, when looking for a sun lounger all of them has been 'taken' by people putting towels on them. I walked around the place twice and spoke with the guys in charge there to help me find a bed but they didn't do anything. This kind of thing shouldn't be allowed. We ended up just removing towels ourself. There was literally not one single bed by the pool or beach that hadn't had a towel reserved on in. The staff needs to monitor this or at least help guests.

Excellent beach view, very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager, Ms. Shaima. Excellent breakfast, but a bit too crowded at times. As this is usually the most expensive hotel in the area, I expected a Wow factor, but didn't see it.

Maintenance department is not doing a good job. There were leaky pipings in one of the rooms we stayed, malfunctioning safety boxes in both rooms, and a broken hair dryer in one of the rooms, all problems were taken care of immediately. Hotel was fully booked during our stay and of course, all the facilities were a bit overwhelmed, but peak management was OK.
