Rooms were great pool areas kept very clean with plenty of sunbeds cant fault the people who work there free towels for the pool is a bonus must mention the flower arrangements throughout the hotel fabulous! Daily entertainment staff do a great job trying to get people to join in various activities

Main pool not allowing any inflatables two children 10 and 13 not impressed. Entertainment needs to improve to get more people watching at night. Lots of processed foods in restaurant could be better. Drink prices quite expensive beer 4.50 for 400ml to much

Room, Location, Facilities, Service - all was perfect! Even we spend only mornings and evenings in the hotel, but kids like swimming pool, football fields, snooker, etc. Location is great. Everything is within short distance (shops, restaurants, shopping malls, beaches, attractions, etc)

I was asked to pay additional fee for my 13 years old kid. As in hotel kids are considered up to 12 year old. But booking.com has listed bungalow for a booking to a family with three adults and one 13 years old kid. but I think this is an issue of booking.com or how this hotel listing has been setup on the booking.com. This was unpleasant surprise on arrival.

I only stayed here for 1 night, so I can't offer much on the hotel, but for the price I paid, my expectations were high, and I left feeling a little disappointed. The room was basic and a little small. The pools are heated which is needed in winter months. Location was good but everything is downhill and the climb back up would be difficult for those who aren't fit or able bodied.

I felt the cleanliness wasn't satisfactory for a 4 star hotel.

Have just returned from a 5 day stay at GF Isabel. We liked the spacious apartments, large heated pool with plenty of sunbeds and free towels. A good range of activities were available, especially for children. We didn't leave the hotel, so we can not comment on the surrounding area.

We were very disappointed with the food offered by the buffet restaurant, which was bland and dated. For a 4* hotel, we were expecting a wider choice of quality meal options

Accommodation superb, love the sunbed area up on one of the roofs. Never a problem to get sun bed.

Lack of staff was obvious. Upstairs sun area wasn’t well maintained, ie mattress and umbrellas blown over but Never tidied up. Also unlike previous visit you had to go to the bar to get a drink- no table service

in general, this was last minute decision, because vacation was approved just day before trip. Long evening in booking.com. Initially was looking for hotels/apartments in Los Christianos, but due to overpriced offers moved search to Adeje, Costa Adeje. Spent sone time reading comments, GF Izabelle attracted with good feedback regarding location, environment for children. We selected Villa, as we are family with small children. Taxi from TFS airport was around 20EUR, big one to be able transport all bags. I was also trying to use booking.com offered taxi preorder, there offered price was 59DUR. Upon arrival in airport went outside, there was huge line with taxi waiting-any required size. Location of hotel is excellent, next to the supermarket, where You can find rent a car company Hertz, Triffty. Ocean with beautiful beach is only max 10 min walk, no extreme climb to upslope, easy access. Check-in was nice and smooth, compliments to staff! Accommodation in villa excellent. We got villa almost next to the pool. Cleanliness and all equipment inside is super. Outside villa there is jacuzzi, but water is not heated. pools are heated, not overcrowded, always you can find place for family, not only for one person. Breakfast is good, variety of food, quality, etc. Children friendly restaurant, they will arrange child seat, plates, spoons, forks, etc. All areas easily accessible with baby stroller. in one sentence-place, where you will return.

All up to excellent standards, only one small comment. We were leaving hotel day earlier than planned, and I approached guys in front desk on evening before to arrange taxi and help with bag transportation from villa to reception. Due to GDPR, i will say: old gentlemen with glasses in reception copied my requests and promised to arrange it. o On next morning, nothing from required was received. Went to the reception, nice lady supported and called for taxi, organized everything.

Pool, great kids facilities, lovely well-located bungalow, nice restaurant for breakfast and a great pool bar. Our bungalow was also ideally located - I don't think the experience would have been the same if we were in some of the other bungalows.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful sometimes at the reception, it also took over a week to get a door fixed (by which point we were checking out). I think our enjoyment also depended quite a lot on the location of our bungalow which was great.

It is a very nice hotel for families with children. Located within a 10-15 minute walk to several beaches. Spacious two-room room. A variety of food. Daily cleaning. Thank you very much for keeping quiet after 11 p.m.

The breakfast was great so many choices.The location was perfect close to beach and many places to eat but was very peaceful at night.

The facilities and location were excellent and the evening entertainment was very enjoyable.

I didn't like that the toilet paper could not be flushed in the toilet very unhygienic in this day and age.
