The direct access of the magnificient view of Playa Reducto. Also the proximity to the bus station, which connects Arricife to the rest of Lanzarote. It is also very near the main attraction of Arricife which is the Castillo de San Jose. Staff at the Reception were all attentive & friendly. Special mention though for Alexis! Housekeeping always respected the door signs either do not disturb or pls.make up the room. They are not noisy or whatsoever, more on some guests talking loudly sometimes. Note: Best located hotel for those who will not drive around as it is near the bus station that connects Arricife to the following places: PLAYA BLANCA: 3.60 Euros, one way Line/Bus No.60 YAIZA: 2.20 Euros, one way Line/Bus No.60 TIGUISE: 1.40 Euros, one way Line/Bus No.3 Bus Stop: Hotel Salinas PUERTO DEL CARMEN: 1.80 Euros, one way Bus Stop: C.C.Biosfera Line/Bus No.3 (Acess to the Old Harbour Town, walk around 5 minutes, ask the driver to be sure where to head on from the bus stop.) Originally we agreed for 80 Euros but Juan, the taxi driver is very kind so we give him a lil' extra by making it 100 Euro. *LCT Tour which covers Timanfaya National Park, Green Lagoon & La Geria is 39 Euros per person so paying 80 Euros(we made it 100 Euros) for 2 pax for an exclusive taxi tour is not that bad considering you have more time to snap those pics & enjoy the sceneries on every destination.

Need improvement; not necessarily "dislike". *The pillows. Too soft. *A bit complicated to open the door to go to the balcony. *Towels had seen better days. * Calcifications on the faucet & shower head. * Shampoo dispenser (deffective) * Resto area needs upgrade on its facilities&services

Good location and nice professional lady on the reception, who helped us a lot with taxi and other issues. The room is specious and well equipped. I would add only electric kettle and a couple of cups, which could be beneficial for guests. The room was cleaned on daily basis. Breakfasts were very good and nutritious.

I was very upset with the Internet, that is why can’t give 5 stars. The connection on the second floor was poor, The internet was possible to connect only near the balcony with very low speed that I even could not send photos or watch YouTube. On the 31.12.24 the Internet became perfect. I don’t know what happened, but it started to work, so I could use the Internet from hotel WiFi only one day from my stay.

Dinner was good - could recommend. There some issue with canceling reservation (after missing a flight), but after arriving one day later we found compromise to cover the cost. Sea view was good. Beach is fine. Calm place to stay. Cleaning everyday.

Breakfast was bad - skip that. Asking for cancellation/refund in force major event (missing flight due to passport issue) - hotel rejected refund option and it was difficult to reach the administration via phone. Construction work nearby and beach automobile beeps/honks in early morning was a bit annoying. A bit pricey for what you get, but given options at Lanzarote it was best value/money (nearby ocean with "sea view") that I could find.

Location to the airport. Location to the beach, cafe/bars and restaurants. Helpfull reception staff. Helpfull cleaning staff.Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels if required. Very nice cafe staff always had a smile. I did not use the restaurant so can not comment on the food etc. The room on the 6th floor was quiet.

For the time of year (January)I should of booked a beachfront room, a balcony would of been nice. This is not a fault of the hotel but a choice I made.

The location is fine, right across the street to the beach. There is a larger bus stop 5 minutes away. Wi-fi works excellently for a video as well. The rooms are clean and tidy every day.

There is no daylight in the room. The only window overlooks the hallway. The sea is not very suitable for swimming. At least at low tide, the water is very low, and the pesky rocks are not clearly visible on the bottom. There are very few (good) bars nearby. There are almost no tourist attractions within walking distance.

very good size room & very clean. Good location, right by main beach, not far from old town etc and good walk to the main bus station. We were at the back of the building facing the town with a nice view to the mountains. We didn't notice much road noise but we were on 6th floor. There is an inner courtyard with rooms around it which looks fine too (i.e. there isn't an air-conditioning unit in there making noise all night). The door swipe system for our room failed after a few days but they got it fixed in no time.

The doors to each room had a tendency to slam shut and some people just couldn't seem to adjust for that. I didn't hear anything from the other rooms (apart from slamming doors) but I tend to sleep soundly. Don't rely on a bus from the cambriador to get to the airport - go to the main bus station. There are two timetables at the bus junction near the beach which are completely out of date. Check times on-line and go to the main bus station. That staff at the bus junction don't give a monkeys and haven't a clue.

For me, relaxing place to stay, an urban beach with a promenade, a balcony directly above the sea. Sufficiently spacious, clean room, large and comfortable beds, we liked breakfast and dinner, friendly staff. Even though it was low tide, we could comfortably walk in the calm sea water even 400 meters from the shore, only sometimes you have to be careful of rocks near the shore. Walking distance from the bus station.

The location is brilliant, the view is superb, the staff were lovely and the room was spotlessly clean. Arrecife is also a fascinating, under appreciated city where we were also able to enjoy some of the build up to Carnaval, including seeing the extraordinary Chirigotas and a drag contest that also included the Spanish Eurovision entry performing!

Nothing. Yes there are one or two little rough edges like the extractor fan doesn't seem to work in the bathroom, the shower head was loose and the safe is broken, but these are incredibly minor and don't undermine the overall experience of a very lovely stay.

Location is excellent, literally on the beach. We rented a room with double bed with balcony facing sea, so the view was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable, room was clean and tidy. Definitely would come back again. Value for money is great.

There are things that could be improved but I believe its mostly because we stayed in December which is out of the season times for Lanzarote. I'm pretty sure that everything would have been even better if we had stayed during season months from May to October. But really can't complain to anything, value for money is great in my opinion.

Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Everywhere within the hotel was spotlessly clean. Loved the balcony for an evening drink. Fridge was a bonus for keeping the drinks cool.

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room & more coat hangers in the wardrobe.
