The employee was willing to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the check-in date when booking. However, the manager made every effort to accommodate our team. The rooms are quite spacious, I liked the public area even more, it is very spacious, with comfortable areas for both eating and relaxing. Very convenient location close to the historical sites of Barcelona. At the same time, the cost of accommodation is economical. Special thanks to the staff for understanding the situation when leaving the hostel and the opportunity to restore the canceled reservation for two of my friends.

Nice hostel, exactly like the pictures. The room and the common areas were clean. The staff were friendly. The location is good. They also have an online site, which is worth checking out.

It has no curtains in each bed and no personal light (I knew by seeing the photos, but still it’s a con). When the air conditioning was working it made a strange noise every 2 minutes or so. Also there were some beds in the female dorm, mine included, that had no power outlet beside the bed. So I could not have my electric devices in my bed and charge them at the same time, which was very uncomfortable. By booking website I paid 40€/night for a bed in a female dorm, which is a lot to not have a power outlet beside my bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, enough bathrooms, toilets, kitchen and chilling places for everyone. It was in a good location very close to the metro and bus stations.

The hostel has very nice areas and the bedroom was clean, is very well organized!! It was very clean!! also the personal was very friendly!

The bunker bed swang a lot when someone moved, I felt like it was going to break and the system of check-in is quite annoying, I don't understand what is the purpose of registering on a website, besides the QR codes doesn't work. In the showers you had to push a button in order to have water for like 3 seconds.

It was really nice for a hostel. The common areas are big, clean, and comfortable wjth several couches and areas available. There are several toilets and showers available so there wasn't really any queue. Alin, the receptionist, was really accommodating and gave tips for the city. It is also just 2 blocks away from the metro and bus station and 1.3 km away from Sagrada. It is also very fun having those little sayings everywhere. This hostel also provided the linens so no need to bring linens. Just bring your own towel and lock for the lockers.

Great location with the city centre a short walk away and the Arc de Triumf. There was generally a friendly feeling and there was a big common area to sit and hang out. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned.

The staff were strangely lacking in enthusiasm, which is odd because the decoration of the place is so lively and colourful. Very small thin pillows. There was a lack of cooking equipment and basics like knives and forks

Fun and friendly place to stay. Near a good supermarket and small cafes.

Very busy room with roommates in and out at all hours of the night meant we didn’t sleep too well, but of course that is a hazard when staying in a hostel in a city that never sleeps! Charging ports didn’t work on our side of the room.

The staff and the kitchen facilities

The air conditioning didn’t work very well, so the place tended to be very stuffy. There was no soap by the toilets to wash your hands and the shower drain was blocked so you had to stand in the water.

If you are traveling alone and you like this kind of accommodation is super. Friendly staff, clear spaces, and the location is super. near metro station and 10 minutes walk to the center of the town. Very satisfied

The room for 6 people is quiet smal but never everybody was in the room. Also the pillow was so thin that you couldnt sleep at all.

If you plan a short stay in Barcelona and looking for a bed, this is a great option. Easy check-in and check-out, great location.

Rooms are accessed via cards and the door buzz laudly when you unlock. It is anyoning when people go in and out while you try to sleep and door buzz all the time. For lockers you need your own lock and there is extra charge for towels.
