I had a nice stay at this hostel in Barcelona. The place is huge and has a kitchen with large fridges, which is really convenient. The location is great, and the staff were incredibly welcoming.

There were no blankets provided—only sheets—which wasn’t very comfortable at night. Also, the shower door was made of blurred glass and didn’t have a lock. You could still see silhouettes inside, which felt a bit uncomfortable, especially since the room was mixed-gender.

The hostel has good rooms for chilling, a kitchen and a roofed terrace. Toilets and showers were clean, the lady at the reception was really nice and we could store our luggage both on the day we arrived and the day we left. She also pointed us to a water fountain just a street away from the hostel where you can get crisp water. Location was also good, Sagrada Familia within walking distance and metro stations.

It is true that the shower door doesn’t lock (it just doesn’t have one), but that wasn’t a problem for me. My only complaint is that the sheets weren’t really clean, so I’d recommend taking a liner with you (you should do that to any hostel).

1.Bath room short size for changing dress after taking bath. 2.Room is conjested for 8 persons. 3.Locker should be slightly bigger size . 4.its difficult for drinking water collection in bottle from the wash basin due to low gap between basin & water tap mouth .5.While leaving reception ,the light which has been provided in the first landing ,these lights needs to be changed , because of high level of reflection of light on eye may lead to injury .

We had a bunk bed room with six bunks for six family members. It was a very good deal euro-wise, in a nice location in Barcelona and quite functional. Sheets were delivered at front desk and towels for a small charge. There were a lot of young guys and groups of young girls but also a few young families. There was not much noise for all the young people. The rooms were clean and just a little bit sporty battered which was the sports theme.

Some loud guys but not during the evening/night. It was quite fine

We were welcomed immensely. The staff were the nicest people and very helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable and we were supplied with new clean bed sheets. The showers very nice and there was good pressure in them. The toilets were also clean. The property had a big fridge and big dining area. Great location and extremely good value.

I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t say longer as I had to go back to work.

The overall stay was pretty decent for the price. When they say there’s a gym included, that’s very misleading. The gym is like 7€ for a day pass and it’s next door. Other than that the staff was friendly and I had a good time.

This was my first time in a hostel and it definitely set the bar very high. The guy at reception when I arrived was very friendly, the room was clean and bed was comfortable enough. Toilet and shower were in the room which was nice. Nearby to a metro station and plenty of shops and cafes nearby too. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here

Only complaints I have are that the shower door did not have a lock on it (I was the only one in the room during my stay so it wasn't an issue for me but I can imagine it could be uncomfortable when there are other people in the room) and there was no soap so I had to go buy some in order to safely take my contact lenses out

Very disappointed I added an extra night as I put in the original booking wrong. I did this in front of the staff, and he knew it was an honest error. I had 3 nights instead of 1, so I paid more, and because of the error they still charged me an extra night, so that was really shit and made me decide never to use them again

Shower was decent, Bed was comfortable enough. Very close to bus routes and has a nice Cafe (Origo) around the corner. Highly recommend a Hola Barcelona card the public transport is Very good!

Staff appeared disinterested, Often had to try multiple times to swipe card but might just be an isolated issue. Did not try the gym or swimming pool though I understand it is actually separate. Locker boxes some of them appeared damaged in my room but still relatively safe.

After 18 months of travelling i can say, there is a lot of space and rooms. It was clean, met some people ln the room.👍🏻

I would recommend to install a door lock for the shower (its cheap and easy). And a better extractor hood in the bathroom to avoid possible mould. And make the wifi acceptable to iphones. Thats the reason why i changed after 1 night. Thats it. Apart from that all good👍🏻
