The location is perfect — situated in a beautiful and peaceful part of Barcelona, yet just steps away from the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. There’s also a very convenient local store directly opposite the building, which was great for picking up essentials. The apartment itself was stunning — spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with high-quality furnishings and a luxurious feel. It was incredibly quiet at night, which made for very restful sleep after days of exploring the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their service made our stay even more special.

While we were standing outside trying to figure out if we were in the right place, the desk attendant ran out and invited us in. He was friendly, and pointed us towards grocery stores where the locals shop, etc. The unit is in a great part of town, a two minute walk from a metro line. We rented a 4 bedroom suite for our family of 7 and were very pleased with the amount of space. Two bathrooms, a small but very functional kitchen, a dining room table large enough for the family, and a living room to gather in. Everything has been remodelled recently and looks great. Air conditioning needed a nudge to get it going again after a recent power outage (before we arrived), but then worked fine. There's even an elevator, which was appreciated when heading up 6 floors with our groceries.

The shower in the bathtub leaked water all over the floor. Based on the water damage to the moulding around the door, this is not the first time this has happened. We felt we could only use the stall shower because of this.

We arrived at the apartment at the pre-arranged time. The administrator was already at the reception, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The apartments are located in a quiet area with great transport accessibility — the metro and many convenient bus routes are nearby. The apartment itself is very well equipped: there’s a washer and dryer, dishwasher, heater and air conditioner, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, stove, and oven. Everything was clean and tidy. We also appreciated the nice touches like ice in the freezer, coffee, and a bottle of water waiting for us. The internet connection was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this cozy apartment — it’s perfect for a family visit to Barcelona.

Everything! The apartment was spacious, very clean, with great natural light, located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. You have everything you need right next to the apartment like bakery, super market, cafes, parking, metro and bus station. The gentlemen at the reception were very helpful and they provided us with all the information we needed to made our stay more comfortable. The apartment has a very nice and modern aesthetic, was fully equipment and it was super functional. We will definitely come again when we visit Barcelona.

nice spacious apartment , Gd location, not right downtown but close enough ... clean with decent sized rooms receptionist available & lot of young groups of ppl staying in the hotel great staff & service ... always helpful

1 bathroom in a 2 bed & 2 bathroom was very tiny .. other one was a good size the power went off for a day which was inconvenient if you were checking in & lift didn't work but they compensated immediately without even asking ...

Absolutely perfect apartment last minute booking as got stuck in barcelona as flight cancelled and rescheduled 2 nights stay spotless clean everything you could need fully equipped with washing machine and all staff super nice and friendly gave us a late checkout till 2 so we didn't have to get out too early to go to the airport would defo book again if returning to barcelona

Bit of a walk to the main tourist area but we eventually figured it out

Although the apartment wasn’t the one it appeared in the picture (different layout) it was still a very good option. Modern design, clean and well equipped. The main bed is very comfortable. Location is very good, surrounded by good options for brunch and tapas. You can leave your luggage with no charge.

Considering the price and that it is a building of apartments for rent, with reception and general cleaning services, it is strange that they ask the guests to take the trash out. In addition, although it is mentioned, I found that requesting a deposit of 250EUR is bit excessive.

Amazing location. Close to it there is a market and bakeries. 20 min to the pedestrian road with loads of restaurants. We managed to walk everywhere. Clean rooms and good size for six people. Two bathrooms which is handy if there is a big group. The kitchen is well equipped as well

Even though the apartmentswell equipped, there wasn’t hand soap or anything to wash in the kitchen. we had to buy everything and then for four days it will end up in the garbage that is not really environmental friendly. The shampoo Dispenser in the shower was broken and also empty. They also asked us to take outside the garbage ourselves, which is OK, but the recycling system is not really logic even if you speak Spanish. At the end of the tourist and that doing wrong the recycling and for the price they could do it themselves..

Barcelona has an excellent metro system & Mercedes Heritage apartments is about 200m from the station named “Hospital Clinic”. The reception staff were very friendly and marked places of interest on a city map & answered any questions we had. They also made a phone call on my behalf to confirm a local booking which was most helpful. The apartment had a washing machine and drying rack and so we were happy to catch up on washing too.

The lounge wasn’t very comfortable - a very small issue as we were not in the apartment that much!

It was very clean and well located but at the same time in an area that is not crowded. The apartment is very clean and has the amenities needed. There is a metro station nearby and a good amount of small shops and several restaurants and cafes. The staff was very helpful and they also helped us get an airport shuttle service. The receptionist Lulu was very kind and helpful during the check-in process.

We were very pleased with the apartment. We had a small issue with the bathroom window but we appreciated the staff did what they could to address the issue.
