Gorgeous hotel. I was very spoiled with how well I was treated. Seeing Elena's face at breakfast and all other people whose names I don't remember was a treat. I didn't get the original room earmarked for me but it ended up being fine. My plane was extra speedy and I breezed through everything so I ended up getting there before 10am so it was a blessing having the room ready. The location was good and walkable to some sites but very close to public transportation.

There isn't much but I would say the beds are horribly uncomfortable-think so firm you might as well throw the blanket and pillow on the wood floor. There were some temperature control issues-not sure if it was to save electricity? Good there were thick blankets in the winter. Would love to see the tvs upgraded. Overall a pleasant experience. I would have to think if I wanted to book here again-I mostly loved it but the beds are a major issue.

The chairs in the Salon Vienes were not very comfortable. They are not meant for tall or big people. Fancy but uncomfortable. Also, the temperature of the room couldn't be brought up regardless of multiple tries throughout my stay adjusting the target temperature on the display of the thermostat. I think that was set to work that way by design to save on the electric bill? So not good at all. It was very cold at night.

Location was wonderful. Staff was superb. Room was beautiful. Overall, exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Expensive food and drink at the roof top restaurant although a lovely spot.

Probably the best located hotel to enjoy this spectacular city and beyond expectations. Casa Fuster has got to be amongst the top 5 of all hotels in the centre of Barcelona. Its classy, historic and exudes luxury and in addition to its location at the head of the Passieg de Gracia, its well run by the most helpful and friendly staff we could have wished for. The roof top bar has an exclusive feel and yes its expensive but what the hell? Its worth it!! Great views, great vibe and lovely drinks. Rooms were very beautifully decorated and beds / pillows were amazingly comfortable.

Perhaps our only major complaint was the breakfast room which was located in the basement level without windows or natural light. It felt a little oppressive and perhaps could be better located under canopies on the roof terrace. We couldn't fault the choice of food for breakfast especially ordering items off the menu (even if sometimes service was a little slow). Our room was located above what was quite a noisy square below which at times sounded like a school playground however, this didn't affect what was otherwise a really comfortable stay at this hotel.

My husband and I stayed for one night in August 2024. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the 24 hour reception desk. We also appreciated that we were able to have an early check in as we arrived quite early in the morning. We liked the location, the comfortable bed, air conditioning which worked, cleanliness of our room room amenities and the quiet room ( we stayed in Room 222). Breakfast was included in our rate and was a buffet, with a decent assortment of hot and cold European and Spanish style offerings. There was also a chef who prepared omelettes and crepes to order. The staff in the breakfast room were also friendly and helpful. The hotel is old-worldly and has a lovely history. Whilst our room did not have a view the view from the rooftop is great.

Quite expensive

a great hotel, which stays completely to its reputation: very comfortable rooms with the excellent beds and high-quality linens, well thought trough lightning and small, pleasant 'extras', top notch service. you may add to it an excellent location and a presence of a Michelin stared restaurant at the location.

Two minor issues: there is no printer available at the business corner, so one should send the documents to an email of the hotel for printing. The bathroom has a shower in a bathtub. I know it's traditional, but I personally prefer a modern shower cabin instead.

Our reservation was to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and the staff couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was an unforgettable one. My wife loved the way that the she was made to feel special by the whole team, and the birthday touches in our room were hugely appreciated. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel to anyone who is looking for faultless quality during their stay in Barcelona.

We couldn't fault this hotel, and the staff are amazing. It is just a shame that the on-site restaurant is closed on Sunday's and Monday's, but this is not unusual and a number of other local restaurants are the same. If you are looking for an alternative, then we would thoroughly recommend El Nacional, which has different areas within it each one offering different types of traditional food - all excellent. This should be a smily face icon buy the way!!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and couldn't have chosen a better 5star hotel. We were given a selection of fruits and chocolates and a bottle of champagne as a gift - it was a great surprise. We also got a beautiful room with a view of the Sagrada Familia. Spacious room, comfortable bed, luxury quality bedding, bathrobes, towels. The bathroom had everything we needed, of the best quality. A great sauna was available for private booking, it was the highlight of our day every evening. The cleanliness everywhere was spotless, the staff at the reception, the concierge, the cleaners were very nice, they always looked after us. I highly recommend this hotel, we would be happy to return anytime.

Everything was perfect.

The doormen/concierge and front desk were so helpful and kind. Upon check in they were very helpful in arranging rooms next to one another, as we were traveling with kids (I did make sure to call ahead with plenty of notice). In addition they were extremely helpful with our luggage and brought us pastries on our way out the door to the airport for a morning flight. The property is in a great location and walkable to all points in the city.
