I felt safe in the room; and it was nice and clean.

1) It would've been nice to have more food options than what was provided in the hotel. 2) I didn't like that the breakfast restaurant wasn't open longer than 10:00. Being one vacation, we like to sleep late. 3) I didn't like that the evening restaurant hours were not clearly posted and opened and closed at will, or so it seems. 4) No free shuttle available to and from the airport, even though the website says there is shuttle service.

Room very quiet and very large bed, very comfortable. Loved the Spa and the rooftop.

Was disappointed as no vegetarian main dish in either of the hotels restaurant. It is an international hotel and generally the trend is to eat less meat due to climate change. So we ate out elsewhere where there were many different and interesting dishes.

People are really kind, room has enough space, big bathroom. Cocktails in the bar are great, breakfast is fine and food for dinner is really tasty. We had the best brownie that I ever tried. Rooftop is absolutely amazing, stunning view of the whole city and sea on the other side.

Spa is quite small for big hotel and you have only one hour per day. Everyone is going at that time because during the day they are out, so it is crowded. It looks like it needs some renovation. Beds are not so comfortable and pillows are bad.

The location was great, just literally around the corner from the metro. The young girl at reception talked us through getting to the metro and how to make connections. The room was lovely and the bed incredibly comfortable. Lovely bathroom and loved loved the gowns and slippers provided. Breakfast was lovely and food was freshly plated in the buffet. Plenty of choices, hot meats cold meats, fruits, juices, breads, pastries, plenty of variety. I am vegetarian and had no bother filling up! We ate dinner there on two evenings. Again, I was given a vegan menu with lovely choices. My husband is a meat eater and ordered beef ribs on both nights. Unfortunately a little under done on second night but he decided not to return it.

I loved the bedroom but feel there could be a full length mirror somewhere in the room. I had to wait to see my outfit in the lift!! Also, in our room there was a step up to the beautiful bathroom which maybe could use a strip across it as in the dim light ir was hard to see!

Breakfast was great. Coffee good. Time the area open was wonderful. The hotel is fairly easy as a walkable destination. Taxi service was right out the door which helped. Hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. The dinner (we pre-purchased this) was excellent. In the restaurant, Martin, Su, Mary, were all exceptional!! Food was amazing and served hot and plentiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner; the scripted menu was sometimes difficult since the choices weren't always something we would eat. I don't care for spicey but sometimes found it so. The dessert was always awesome. . . but we loved the Lemon Sorbet we were served (every day).

First off, a huge thank you to all the employees and staff at the hotel for making us feel so welcomed and embraced during our stay. The hotel itself is super clean and beautiful, with plenty of amenities like the rooftop, offering spectacular views of Barcelona, and the spa, which you can access throughout your stay—a perfect way to decompress after a long day of exploring. We also really loved the neighborhood, which felt like a hotspot for locals. Every day there was something happening, and in every direction, you’re surrounded by cool and affordable local bars and restaurants. If you enjoy exploring by foot, the location is pretty central to all the major attractions and activities. We highly recommend visiting some of these spots on foot, as it gives you a chance to wander and discover hidden gems along the way. Our room was next to a club/bar, which didn’t bother us, but if that’s something that might affect you, consider requesting a room away from the club. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking with them again on our next trip to Barcelona. P.S. The beach is just a quick 20-minute walk from the hotel!

We had a twin room, the bed was comfortable and room quiet at night All facilities in the room as you would expect, we're good quality Bathroom spacious and clean We ordered room service a few times, and the food we found to be very good We used the spa one day, has sauna and steam room and swimming pool, we did find the pool a little cold, and it was fairly busy, but to be expected on the weekend Taxis available outside, 10 minute drive to main streets of Barcelona We booked this hotel based on reading prior good reviews, and we weren't disappointed, would definitely return,  a quality hotel at reasonable price

This hotel was absolutely perfect! We landed in Barcelona from the UK to find there was absolutely no power in the city, we were very worried however as soon as we got to the hotel, the staff were very reassuring and we still had power and wifi. The same evening, the bar staff at the bar in reception ensured we had a table and could eat as no where was open for food. Food came out so quick and staff were so lovely and attentive. The rooftop bar was definitely a favourite, the views were stunning, bar staff were so lovely and always insisted on bringing the drinks over. The room was so lovely, so clean and tidy. Overall the staff, the rooms, facilities, bars and restaurant was absolutely perfect, in a great location too! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Everything was perfect!!

The room was clean, well equipped and spacious and the little private balcony was a nice place to sit and relax. They offered a very good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Great housekeeping too. I liked the little spa and gym and it was good that they have restrictions on children using them, so you don’t have to put up with screaming kids spoiling the sauna or disrupting your workout. It’s not bang in the middle of the centre but it’s good to be a little bit away from all the busy areas. And anyway, the beach is only 10/15 minutes walk away and the old town is easily reachable by public transport from the nearby station or with a slightly longer walk (25 mins or so).

The weather was a little disappointing for once - but that’s not the hotel’s fault :-)

Our room was large and comfortable- especially the bed. The bathroom was well-equipped and modern. The staff were helpful when we had a problem, and check-in was available 24hrs as promised. The spa facilities were nice, even though it was busy towards the end of the day. Having children only allowed entry until midday did make the experience more peaceful, which was good. The room service was reasonably priced, and the new rooftop bar was good and had a lovely view.

With the majority of hotels in Barcelona, it was expensive for what you get. It would be great to have an early morning, adults-only time for the spa (8-9am), as we were finding we had to plan our day to make full use of the facilities without being in the busy time of 8-9pm, or compromising sight-seeing during the day. The hotel isn't in amongst the main attractions, but is only a short metro ride away (the stop is about a 5 minute walk). This worked well for us but may not be for everyone- if you want to stay out very late for example.
